I think I've decided I need to move; the pollution might stop when Julie finally gets kicked out, but I still have to deal with the discrimination from the others living in the building & I'm getting tired of being treated like the spawn of Satan based on false information, assumptions & vicious rumors.

UPDATE:  Charles mentioned something in his call 2 days ago that to this point I have kept quiet about, but I think it's time to come out with it.  He made a comment that he thought "in your ________ mind, you would still complain about the new people even if they weren't smoking inside."  This is a portion of what he said obviously & the blank is the one word that would have put this argument into perspective, however he was talking so fast & wasn't allowing me to speak I didn't actually catch what that word was, but I know it wasn't anything good.  If it were not for that portion of the statement about my mind, I would have just considered it a matter of credibility (I've never lied to Charles before, even told the truth when the truth would get me in trouble, so credibility really shouldn't be an issue); that part of the statement shows that Charles is also starting to discriminate against my disabilities...  This is only one of the reasons why I decided that contacting him on this issue is no longer in my best interest (there was actually several statements from that call that made me decide it wasn't worth it anymore); he's only using my statements against me, which quite honestly isn't the first time I've had this happen (my second landlord, Gloria Simpson, pulled this on me also after telling me to complain to her rather than trying to take matters into my own hands; this was another indoor smoking situation at the first apartment building I ever rented from with other patients in the Valley Mental Health program).  At this point I think it's time to update my review on the South 67 condos page again...  >.<

UPDATE:  Got another bit of discrimination from the guy in E26 today.  The guy saw me heading towards the dumpster to take out my trash, he actually made an effort to change the direction he was walking to go around a bush on the other side of the dumpster.  It doesn't stop there however; when he got to the front door of the building, seems he was in a hurry to get in the door & close it before I got there (and I wasn't far behind him); the amusing part about this was that he was trying to close the door while one of his dogs (on a leash) was still outside of the door.  This is why I don't see any purpose in trying to be considerate to others living here anymore; too many people that are prejudice against people like me for whatever imperfections (disabilities in my case) they may have.
