Indoor smoking/drug use continues in Building E of the South 67 Condos.  We did get a bit of a break from it after I put that document up in the foyer, however I guess it's going to take some time before they get it through their heads that they could be sued over it (if they even took the time to read it).

I can't really rely on Charles to get it stopped; he made it clear he won't be taking any more steps to get it stopped yesterday & it's become pretty clear that all my calls to him are going to get the same treatment (anything he can say to quickly get me off the phone, then sweep everything I just told him under the rug once he hangs up).

I decided to look up the BBB page for Property Management Systems Inc. yesterday to find out what kind of complaints have been filed against them in the past; there wasn't much there (probably a lot of people didn't know what company to file a complaint against, looking for the name of the property rather than the name of the company that manages them), but the majority of complaints were not handled in an acceptable manner to those filing the complaints (yet somehow they still have an A+ rating).  I think I might end up making a complaint to the BBB about Charles not doing his job (meaning not following through on anything that I've been telling him since the eviction in E22), although I'm going to leave that step for after I contact the HOA of Utah (which I really don't expect I'm going to get an answer back on, but better to try & fail than to not try & void any chance of progress), I'll leave contacting my Senator for after I contact the BBB.

One other thing I looked up yesterday was the official website for Property Management Systems Inc. (www.pmsystems.net).  I might try filing a complaint through their contact form before I attempt to contact the HOA; with any luck the complaint will go to somebody that is above Charles in the company.

At the rate things are going tonight, I expect I'll be back in bed ill again within a half-hour.  The hacking on the pollution is unfortunately causing me to lose my voice again, so it's obvious I'm not going to get over my cold while I have to continue dealing with indoor pollution every day (might consider spending a few nights elsewhere, those few nights are going to end up being in the hospital at the rate things are going).

Health problems from indoor pollution today:
  • Coughing
  • Dizziness
  • Headaches
  • Migraines
  • Nausea
  • Sore Throat
  • Trouble Breathing
UPDATE:  Ended up having to go back to bed ill again directly after waking back up due to getting a splitting migraine from heavy coughing caused by the indoor pollution.
