Indoor smoking/drug use still a problem in Building E of the South 67 Condos, currently drug use confirmed to be coming from E22, but considering there is currently nobody living there, it's actually coming from E12 (which has been an ongoing problem for a very long time).  This ongoing indoor secondhand pollution problem is exactly why we're trying to find another place to move out of this health hazard situation caused by inconsiderate indoor smokers/drug users, where the HOA chooses to ignore the situation & use technicalities to prevent people from speaking to them about it, which is exactly why I've had to get other organizations involved in the past & will be filing a housing discrimination complaint against them early next year if I haven't seen any results by then; I'm giving Charles a chance to either help us find a place to move to or follow through on what he stated last week which is almost guaranteed to put a stop to it before I file those complaints (I'm still keeping the details of what Charles said last week to myself for the time being, but I'll probably spill the beans on it if I haven't seen any improvement by the end of the year when I file the housing discrimination complaint; I've already tracked down 3 contacts each for 2 different organizations that deal in housing & disability discrimination cases.

Health problems from indoor pollution today:
  • Chest Pains
  • Coughing
  • Dizziness
  • Headaches
  • Migraines
  • Nausea
  • Ringing Ear
  • Sore Throat
UPDATE:  Pollution coming from E12 is getting pretty bad again, so I ended up texting Charles again.  I intend on calling him during business hours to find out what can be done about this & provide further details that the smell we smelled in E22 was actually coming from E12, the smell that literally had me retreating from being in E22 when he was here looking at the unit when Randy was trying to sell him the unit.

For now I think I'm heading back to bed ill again, seeing as I'm not going to be able to do anything about the scumbags in E12 to get them to stop on my own.  Hopefully Charles will either call the police on them or attempt to talk to them personally about the issue.  Another update will be posted later on what Charles was planning to organize if I don't get a response from him on the text or the phone call goes south (or I can't get a hold of him) when I try to call him.

UPDATE:  Decided to do some investigating on where the indoor cigarette smoke was coming from by going outside & looking to see if any windows were open when I kept smelling it while my windows were open to air out the drug smell coming from E12 (only making the matter worse).  No other windows that I could see were open in this building (at least on the top floor, I couldn't really see in the fenced yards of the lower level of the building), so it's definitely not coming from outside.  Why it would be worse when I have my windows open I can't really say; I would assume possibly due to better ventilation, allowing the smoke to travel into my unit easier than if it were just plugged up with the same air (this isn't the case with the smell of drugs coming from E12, however).  I'm pretty sure I know where the cigarette smoke is coming from because I've caught (seen) them doing it before; it's coming from E26.  I've decided I'm going to start responding to secondhand pollution in the building with "noise pollution".  Charles was already called on the drug smell coming from E12 earlier, however he didn't seem to have a lot of interest in the information I was giving him regarding that, even though he did say he was going to do something about it (probably a charade to get me off of the phone quicker).  We'll see if he has any properties for us to look at (considering we're trying to move from this pollution factory & he offered to help us find a new place) by the end of the month, otherwise I'll probably spill the beans on what he's attempting to organize that should put a stop to the problem to see if it puts any fear into these fuckers & possibly get them to stop on their own.

UPDATE:  The pollution coming from both E12 & E26 has unfortunately forced me to go back to bed ill again; this is the second time today this has happened.  Here's hoping Charles actually does what he says he's going to, because I'm going to start filing discrimination complaints against the HOA before the end of this month if things don't start getting better.  First thing I do when I wake up, I'm going to be contacting the BBB to request a listing for the South 67 Condos HOA considering there doesn't appear to be one (currently the only option to file a complaint against them is to file it against Property Management Systems Inc. since they are listed & currently the building managers for the property, however I've been attempting to keep Charles out of this since he has at least attempted to get the issue resolved, even if he hasn't succeeded).
