Indoor drug use is still happening in Building E of the South 67 Condos; while it took me a while to verify where it was coming from, it eventually came back to E26 again.  I put up the document of Tobacco-Related Mortality statistics again, within a few hours not only that was taken down, but also the document on what homeowners can do in regards to dealing with unwanted  indoor drifting tobacco smoke.  Things are going to start spiraling out of control here & more than likely the police is going to get called on an outburst that is going to leave this whole community shaken.

I spent the last several hours trying to write a statement to E23 since I thought they were starting to be civil, but now I think they probably took down both documents since they saw me put up the one, so it's probably several hours down the drain trying to be civil somebody who I thought had decided to have an open mind since I started having discrimination problems with them a week after them moved in.  Perhaps it's time I go back to making it a point I'm logging this online every day & not being subtle about it by making it a large statement rather than a small one.  At this point I think I'm going to stop proofreading it & just print it, since I think I wasted several hours on this thing already if it really was them that took those documents down.

Health problems from indoor pollution today:
  • Blurry Vision
  • Chest Pains
  • Coughing
  • Dizziness
  • Headaches
  • Hoarse Voice
  • Migraines
  • Nausea
  • Seizures (mild)
  • Sore Throat
UPDATE:  I think I may have come up with something that will deter people from taking down those documents in the future, at least after they do it once since it's going to be a shock factor that will likely make them ill.  Next time I have to put those documents back up, I'm going to test that & see where it goes.  It definitely isn't going to raise anybody's opinion of me, but it might make them think twice about whether they want a possible mindscar if they take them down again.

UPDATE:  E26 has been at it pretty well all night with the drugs, so they're going to be getting a lot of noise tomorrow (might just leave my radio cranked up all day).  What I need to figure out is a way to deter them from doing it at all rather than giving them payback in response to what happened the previous night (since I'm not going to take the noise pollution route at night time where that's going to disturb the people below me trying to sleep).  Perhaps it's time to put in a drug use complaint against them through the anonymous tip lines.

UPDATE:  Woke up about 10:15 AM, the pollution is still pretty strong in my own unit.  Given it's Sunday & E26 was at it with the drugs nearly all night while I was awake, I'm not really surprised, however I haven't attempted to confirm the source yet...  Most of my time being awake this morning has had heavy coughing as a result of that pollution.

That thing I worked several hours on last night for E23 appears to have not even been taken in their front door yet, so I think I'm going to share it here since I don't think they're even going to read it.  Of course I think I'm going to want to finish proofreading it before I share it with decent people (as in most people living in this building are not decent).

The document on Tobacco-Related Mortality statistics has once again been taken down, as well as the small note about Facebook logging in the foyer (but not the other one I put somewhere else in the building).  Next time they take down the Tobacco-Related Mortality document, they're going to get an eyeful that will likely make them ill & is definitely going to make a commotion around here.

UPDATE:  Looks like E23 did take in the note...directly after the last update, however I expect they may not read it (they might for laughs in the beginning, but the question is would what's in that note change how their opinion of me is now?).  I'll give it a few hours to see if they get back to me...if I'm able to, since I might end up breaking, passing out or dying due to the level of pollution currently.  I think I will share that note on the web regardless, just in case anybody else in the building should see it & with any luck, change their opinions of who they think I currently am.

UPDATE:  Anonymous drug abuse report has been filed online against E26.

UPDATE:  I did something today that I haven't done in a very long time, I prayed...  I prayed for help not only with my situation with the hostility & indoor smoking & drug use, but also to help perhaps my only friend in the building with a hardship he is also having (I won't go into details on that).  Originally I was only going to pray for his help in my friends situation, but I decided while I was at it, why not ask for help in my situation also?  In a sense I felt a bit refreshed after it sunk in, but I don't think my prayer will really be answered (I've been inactive in the church for way too long, but our Lord is a forgiving, holy individual, so I only hope that my prayer was listened to & this situation will at least become tolerable until I am able to move).

UPDATE:  Drugs verified to be coming from E26 again about 5:30 PM.  I haven't used the noise pollution to my advantage at all today; I think it's time to start using it again.  If I start smelling cigarette smoke again tonight, I'm going to be putting that one document back up again & they're going to get a shock value that is likely going to cause an uproar here if they take it down again; that shock value is going to continue to get worse & worse either until they decide to stop taking it down or until Charles decides to get involved in the problem again.

UPDATE:  E26 is being very persistent with the secondhand pollution tonight.  Turn on the noise pollution, secondhand pollution stops after a few minutes.  Turn the radio off, secondhand pollution immediately starts up again.  I'm about ready to let my radio blare the entire fucking night (at least until 9 PM, then I'll find another way to deal with it).  At this point I'm not really smelling cigarette smoke, however the assumed drugs might be a cover-up for it & it gets VERY strong in my unit & the public hallway (I can only assume it would be suffocating in their unit, at least for those with respiratory issues like I have).  Tomorrow Charles is supposed to be coming by, I'll definitely be talking to him about this; even if he doesn't come by, I'll call him on his cell if I need to.

UPDATE:  E26 still at it.  I need to get somebody over here when it's happening so they can verify it as well; wouldn't be the first time I've gotten a written statement on it for use in future cases of this problem (still have the hard copy of one of those statements).  I do have one friend in the building, but always busy with work, so can't really be bothering him to sign a statement every time this is a problem; he owns his unit & has stated that the indoor smoking bothers him also, so really he could speak to Charles or the HOA himself & wouldn't really need to go through me (at least the HOA will listen to him).  What I really need is something that will monitor the air quality in the building so I can give those results to Charles, however such devices are extremely expensive from what I have seen online when I was searching for one to purchase, so unless I can find something that's affordable, the only way I'm going to prove the bad air quality in here will be to somehow convince a health inspector that a forced inspection needs to be done on the building (this is something I have attempted in the past, but never could get any of them to call me back).  I'm getting to the end of my rope here, so might just have to start going through the BBB, Department of Housing and Urban Development & Department of Justice using the Fair Housing Act to file a discrimination complaint against the HOA to get this resolved.
