Health problems from indoor pollution today:
- Blurry Vision
- Chest Pains
- Coughing
- Dizziness
- Headaches
- Irritated Eyes
- Migraines
- Nausea
- Ringing Ear
- Sore Throat
UPDATE: It looks like at this point the upside of no long periods of pollution is out the window; I’ve ended up in bed ill once already do to increasing pollution times. The toxicity level of the pollution wasn't bad for most of the day, but it's now getting near the point that I'll probably need to get Charles involved by the end of the day...
UPDATE: Tracked time has pollution at 4 hours & 1 minute today. Time is likely low due to not being tracked while I was doing my washing.
Temps reached a peak low of 65° F today (see first comment below) due to not using my central air to avoid sucking that filth through the vents from E26; this is also why my gas is currently turned off seeing as I would rather not have to continue paying an upkeep fee to keep it on when I'm not using it (hot water is provided by a central boiler, so I don't need gas for hot water).
