I originally made an agreement with Charles that if after removing the logs on the South 67 Condos page the pollution stayed tolerable in the building, those logs being visible would not be a problem.  Well the situation hasn't gotten better, it's only gotten worse...much worse; the last 3 days (including today) the level of pollution coming from E26 has been so strong it's had me feeling like I was going to vomit every day.  It seems he thinks he's won because the logs were removed in response to his legal threat, however I'm done playing around & at this point am setting everything regarding these problems back to public, including the 97 logs that were originally hidden regarding Julie after she was evicted & the additional logs that were still being done privately (meaning nobody could see them) until today when I decided E26 was just too stubborn to lay off the problem even with several hours of noise pollution in response to his secondhand pollution today.  I may not know what E26 is doing in his unit (cigarettes, drugs, spice or incense), but the level he allows it to get making me this ill day, after day, after day would classify it as a nuisance if not anything more serious.  The only way these logs are going to be removed again is if the problem gets resolved before I finally get a chance to move out of this hellhole.

I'm expecting E26 is more than willing to go through the lawsuit even if he's aware he won't get any money out of it & I've been planning for it.  As I told Charles the same day of the threat in an email, if he does go through with the lawsuit, it won't work in his favor; it won't even get to court seeing as he can't sue a dead man (I'll let him figure that one out).  Furthermore I've been contemplating on how to go through with it & decided on a method other than what was originally planned when this first started entering my mind that is guaranteed to get in the media involved (I'm keeping those details to myself, however it's will most likely effect everybody in the building, not just me).  If E26 has any smarts, he will not even attempt to go through with a lawsuit because he is not going to want that kind of reputation when it hits the news & he'll be putting other people at risk when I go through with what I have planned in response to a lawsuit (or illegal foreclosure as Charles has threatened before).  Originally I had to laugh at Charles when he said people in the building were afraid of me, because at that time I was not a danger to anybody other than perhaps myself; now I agree with him, while it may not have been the case in the beginning & it was the attitudes of the people in this building that pushed it to that point.
