The smell of drugs is once again coming from E22 in Building E of the South 67 Condos, however once again because nobody is living there, it means it's actually coming from E12.  Weekends are always the worst when it comes to secondhand pollution, so I'm going to attempt to get out of the building for a while to avoid some serious health problems (not like being over the weekends really changes anything, I've been dealing with health problems from it nearly every day for close to 2 years straight).

I think it's time to spill the beans on what Charles stated to me a week ago to see if the shock of what's to come scares people into knocking it off.  Charles stated to me over the phone (on either the 12th or 13th) that he was attempting to arrange a drug bust in Building E of the South 67 Condos with the Murray City Chief of Police; I don't know when it's going to happen or whether it's something that Charles will even follow through on, but it's something I'm looking forward to & currently the only thing that has me holding back on filing discrimination complaints against the HOA.  If it hasn't happened by the end of the year, my plans are to file the discrimination complaints against the HOA on New Year's Day.  There are also intentions of getting the BBB involved (if not as a complaint, then as a review against them), however there currently isn't a listing for the South 67 Condos; which means unless I can get a listing for them on the BBB, the review will end up being on Property Management Systems Inc. instead, since this is the company that Charles is employed under & assigned to manage this property by the HOA board for these condos (I would have much rather kept Charles out of this considering he has at least attempted to get the issue resolved before, but considering all attempts have been unsuccessful for nearly 2 years, I will take that route if I can't get it directly to the HOA for these condos).

Health problems from indoor pollution today:
  • Blurry Vision
  • Chest Pains
  • Coughing
  • Dizziness
  • Headaches
  • Migraines
  • Nausea
  • Ringing Ear
  • Sore Throat
UPDATE:  Just finished sending an email to the BBB requesting an entry for the South 67 Condos be created on BBB.org.  I provided what information I could about the condos, however I don't have a contact for HOA board members, so I suggested they contact Charles on that (providing his phone number at PMS) to get a contact for them (Charles & the HOA are going to know I've contacted the BBB when this happens & they will be getting contacted about this issue in the near future).  If an entry is not created by the time I'm ready to file the complaint or post the review on them, I will need to apply them to PMS instead (something I'm trying to avoid by requesting a listing, but I will take that route if one can not be added).

UPDATE:  I started smelling cigarette smoke in my home office as I was finishing up the last update on this post; based on the cover-up smell coming from E26, I think that verifies it's coming from that unit.

UPDATE:  Seems the mention of the intended drug bust may have gotten the attention E12, I haven't smelled the drug smell since maybe around 8 AM.  I don't expect it's going to last, but we'll see...  If we can get a week of no indoor pollution, I'll start cleaning up these posts; however I've still smelled cigarette smoke off & on today even after I stopped smelling the drugs, so cleanup probably won't happen since a drug bust won't really effect people smoking cigarettes inside (I'm hoping it will scare them into knocking it off, however)...

UPDATE:  So we did get a bit of a break from the drug use for a while until I left at 3:15 PM; I spotted the guy that was doing it lighting up what looked like a joint near the dumpsters.  While I was glad he was going outside to do it now, it didn't last & I walked back into my unit when I got back about 4 hours later to a faint smell of what I've been smelling nearly every day from E12 for at least a year.  As it got later, the smell also got stronger in my own unit.  We'll see if I still smell it (including the cigarette smoke that's been coming from E26) tomorrow when I wake up, there will be a new log tomorrow (as early as midnight) if I do; for now, I'm heading to bed...
