Indoor smoking/drugs use happening once again today in Building E of the South 67 Condos & once again confirmed to be coming from E26.  I'm getting seriously tired of this shit!!!  I'm going to start making some calls & contacting some organizations to get in the middle of this situation.  If I can, I'll see if I can get the media involved in this somehow, that might scare that fucking asshole into taking his dirty habit outside so he's not continuing to grief everybody into the pits of hell one way or another.  Tomorrow I start the noise pollution in response to his secondhand pollution again; he doesn't want to take his shit outside & won't answer the calls of Building Management because he already knows they're going to be telling him to knock it the fuck off, so I'm going to start dealing with this my own way again.

Health problems from indoor pollution today:
  • Blurry Visions
  • Chest Pains
  • Coughing
  • Dizziness
  • Headaches
  • Irritated Eyes
  • Migraines
  • Nausea
  • Ringing Ear
  • Seizures (mild)
  • Sore Throat
UPDATE:  Smell from E26 is getting pretty strong again (which I pretty well expected for the weekend, but it doesn't usually get EXTREMELY bad until Sunday), decided to text Charles to see if he could get him to knock it off.  If he continues to ignore calls from Charles, I'll start responding to the secondhand pollution with noise pollution until he gets it through his thick, stubborn skull.

UPDATE:  I ended up texting Charles about the increasing pollution from E26 two more times tonight; seems he called them, the spice/incense smell stopped for a short time, then started back up again, where I once again texted Charles.  I expect it's going to get EXTREMELY bad at night, where E26 is going to think I won't be able to response to his secondhand pollution with noise pollution; he'd be partially right, considering I won't do it between 9 PM to 9 AM, but 9 AM to 9 PM is another matter & I can keep a rough estimate of what happens at night, then give that back in noise pollution the following day.  However if I have a timer going to give back what he gave in noise pollution has additional pollution on top of it, time won't be subtracted from time accumulated from the previous night while there's additional pollution on the "payback" time.  If the accumulated time gets over 12 hours in a day, I guess I can just keep it going 12 hours straight every day until it finally stops.

Right now the spice smell is starting to get noticeable in my own unit, as well as it can definitely be smelled in the public hallways (public hallways can't really be counted unless it's entering my unit from anywhere other than my front door & usually the determining factor is whether it's coming through their front door strong than it is in the hallway, otherwise it's likely just being tracked back in from outside).  I'm either going to need to put my respirator on or turn on the noise pollution; I'll use the respirator at night when I can't get his attention with the noise pollution, but I can use the noise to get his attention until 9 PM, then keep a rough tally of the pollution for "payback" tomorrow.

UPDATE:  Peak low temp in my unit reached 66° F (see first comment below) due to being unable to use my heater via central air because of the pollution that gets sucked through the vents from other units to my own, which is also the reason why I've had my gas shut off since September.
