Indoor smoking/drug use continues to be a problem in Building E in the South 67 Condos. While I can't remember when it started, the smell that appears to be effecting my home office looks like it's coming from E26/E28 (possibly both; the intensity of the pollution coming through their front doors seems to alternate between the two of them in which is stronger, at times they're both the same intensity), while the smell that is effecting my living room appears to be coming from E12.

What's coming from E12 is not as strong as what's coming from E26/E28, I would expect because there's likely no cover up (there has been in the past, but not today); I would expect what is currently coming from E12 is either e-cigarettes, hookah or some other form of mild smelling drug.  The smell coming from E26/E28 could either be spice or possibly a cover-up for indoor smoking or some other drug; the smell from these units can get EXTREMELY strong, so strong it makes it hard to breath...

In any case, Charles is working with me to at least get the drugs stopped (meaning I text him when it's happening & he calls the police on the people responsible; seeing as the police no longer seem to respond to my complaints due to the reputation I got from Julie's "avoid the police" games & Charles has a contact for the Murray Chief of Police when they choose not to do their job) & he stated he was going to take the information I emailed him yesterday that might be the link we need to put a stop to the indoor smoking entirely with his lawyers to see if it's doable.  I'm skeptical whether he will actually speak with his lawyers about the process I emailed him yesterday, but I'll be filing a discrimination complaint against the management & HOA of these condos on Monday if I don't hear anything about what the lawyers had to say about it or if the answer is that they can't do it, so the method is going to get pushed regardless of whether he follows through on it willingly or I have to force the matter through a complaint against them.

Health problems from indoor pollution today:
  • Chest Pains
  • Coughing
  • Dizziness
  • Headaches
  • Migraines
  • Nausea
  • Ringing Ear
  • Sore Throat
UPDATE:  Looks like the smell coming from E12 is also effecting my home office, which I noticed as I was posting this new entry on the indoor pollution log for this building.  I pretty well already knew that, but logs are done on a day-to-day basis & do not carry over from the previous day (unless the pollution continues over midnight from the previous day).

UPDATE:  Decided I needed to go back to bed ill again around 9:30 AM because of the pollution (I assume coming from E12 based on the smell).  Charles is supposedly coming by today to give me the smoke detector (not that I really believe that given he's been saying that for months now), with any luck he'll catch them in the act while he's here.

UPDATE:  Charles never came by today, can't really say I'm surprised since this seems to always happen when he says he's coming by.  I likely won't ever get that smoke detector, so people who want to complain about the fact I haven't had a working smoke detector for several months should be complaining to him since he already promised me a replacement when the one I had was going off nearly all day on the indoor pollution.

UPDATE:  I think starting tomorrow I'm going to start doing video logs of the health problems caused by indoor smoking/drug use through my security cameras since it seems I got exporting of those videos to my PC working.  My security system unfortunately doesn't record sound & the logs will be limited to my living room, dining room, kitchen, home office & bedroom (no bathrooms/hallways); while some health problems may not be obvious through the videos, coughing should be easy to see (if at all possible, I'll edit them down so only the obvious health problems are shown in the video rather than uploading hours of video at a time).  Those videos will be uploaded to my YouTube channel for reference to the problem to people that I feel need to have access to them for whatever reason; they won't be public due to the fact I sometimes don't have a shirt on in my unit (when the heat is a little too hot to be having a shirt on & I don't want to use my fan or open a window...especially in the winter) & I don't expect people will want to see a fat man without his shirt on, but I will offer access to those who are requesting access provided they're not causing problems with them (if the links are getting passed around after they have access to the videos, I may end up making access to the videos account-restricted).

UPDATE:  Looks like at the moment the drug smell is coming from E22, not E12, so seems getting rid of the carpet in there did not get rid of the smell...  The smell from there wasn't much of a problem the last few days, so I have to assume the heater has been turned on & that's what's pushing it to other units (currently pretty strong in my living room).  Well I can't really penalize other people in the building at night by cranking up the volume on my TV to hear it over my air purifier when it's right next to my face, so I'm going to bite the bullet on this one & use my headphones tonight.  That does not mean I'm going to mute the sound on my TV however; the sound will still be going through the TV speakers at a normal level until 9 AM because of the drug use that did happen today (not including the smell that is coming from E22 since there shouldn't be anybody in there currently & there has at least been an attempt to clean it up by getting rid of the carpet).  Provided there is no drug use after midnight tonight & it continues to not be a problem through the day tomorrow (which I think is going to be highly doubtful), I'll continue using the headphones at night WITH THE VOLUME FROM SPEAKERS MUTED until it begins to become a problem again (this also means there will be no public logging if people can keep their dirty little habits outside of the building; I'll look past what is tracked down the public hallways from outside provided it's not effecting the inside of my unit).
