The pollution has gotten extremely bad since yesterday & it's a different smell from what I'm used to, so I expect somebody else other than E26 has thrown their hat into the mix. Since Charles is not allowing me to verify who it is for an accurate complaint, I'm just going to have to file a complaint to Charles & it's going to be assumed that it's coming from E26 even if I state that it might be coming from somewhere else. Regardless with it being this strong since I woke up around midnight, I think it's time to make another complaint with Charles & see what he can do about it. I've already been forced to bed ill once from this pollution today; I expect I'll be spending the majority of today in bed ill from it or worse yet; calling the paramedics from health problems it's causing.
Health problems from indoor pollution today:
- Blurry Vision
- Chest Pains
- Dizziness
- Headaches
- Migraines
- Nausea
- Ringing Ear
- Sore Throat
UPDATE: I think somebody in the building is using a signal jammer … I’ve always had wireless interference (never really have been able to use my Logitech G930 Wireless Gaming Headset since it can’t operate through the cable, it has to be used through wireless), but lately it’s gotten so bad making the majority of my wireless devices completely unusable… I first started noticing it when I was responding to indoor pollution from E26 with “noise pollution” (towards the end of doing it) from my radio when the signal literally went dead (nothing but “white noise”). One other thing I noticed in this same instance was that my security camera in my bedroom actually froze; I had to literally unplug it & plug it back in again to get it to start sending new data to my receiver. I expected it was coming from E26 at that point since it happened while the “noise pollution” was happening in response to his secondhand pollution. Later on it started affecting the wireless features in my Logitech G700s Gaming mice; I can’t even use the one on my laptop through wireless since it literally freezes at times & had to plug it in directly using the cord. Today it even kept killing the signal on my cordless phones; problems with the one in my bedroom is pretty common when I’m receiving a call, but it was effecting the one in my home office today, cutting off my call 3 times to the point that I just used my old wired phone to be able to complete the call with my friend. Signal jammers should be illegal; if I figure out who is using it, I’m definitely going to be bringing it to the attention of Charles, if I don’t just make a general complaint about it before I figure out who is doing it (I already have an idea of who’s doing it, but currently have no proof in the matter).
What they need to realize is they’re not only affecting me, they’re also affecting anybody else in the building with devices that run over a 2.4 GHz frequency. This is going to lead to other people moving since they can’t use their devices or sending complaints to building management about it (there’s not a lot that can be done about standard wireless interference, but using a signal jammer is malicious & I’m sure something can be done about it by building management or if somebody decides to sue those individuals).
UPDATE: The smell from this morning started picking up again around 8 PM, ended up having to go to bed ill again (second time today). Along with the smell from this morning (which I can honestly say I have no idea what I'm smelling, but I severely doubt it's anything natural & there's a very good possibility it's something illegal based on toxicity level), I also got high spice/incense (Charles thinks it's incense; I think it's spice, which has been illegal in Utah for a few years now) potency from E26, as well as cigarettes off and on. I sent a message to Charles about it before I hit the sack, let him know I was going to bed ill again for the second time today & that I hoped he could get it resolved by the time I woke up otherwise I might be calling the paramedics tonight...if I even woke up, that is...
UPDATE: Tracked time has pollution at 6 hours & 27 minutes today. Time is likely inaccurate:
- It could be low since I wasn't tracking the potent smell between midnight & approximately 3 AM seeing as I originally thought it was something I cooked the previous night for it to be that strong, later finding out that wasn't the case.
- It could be low since time was not tracked while sleeping or in bed ill the second time.
- It could be low because time was not tracked while I was using my space heater (currently my only source of heat since I had my gas turned off being unable to use my central air with that level of pollution coming through my vents & the gas is not needed for hot water because hot water is provided by the central boiler for the building).
- It could be low because I went out with a friend for a while to get away from the pollution.
- It could be high because the first time I went to bed ill, the pollution continued & seeing as it was happening both when I went to bed & when I woke up, there was no cutoff in tracking while I slept.
Temps reached a peak low of 64° F today (see first comment below) due to not using my central air to avoid sucking that filth through the vents from other units; this is also why my gas is currently turned off seeing as I would rather not have to continue paying an upkeep fee to keep it on when I'm not using it (hot water is provided by a central boiler, so I don't need gas for hot water).
