I ended up deciding on getting a respirator facemask to help cope with the daily pollution; it won’t help when I’m attempting to eat or drink & it won’t stop the pollution from traveling to my unit from others, but it should give at least some relief from the problem when it’s needed. I was originally intending on picking one up at Home Depot, looked up the price on Amazon & decided to order it online; unfortunately this means I won’t be getting it until almost Christmas, but hopefully I’ll be able to find some stuff I can do outside of the building to get away from the pollution for a few days until it gets here.
Health problems from indoor pollution today:
- Blurry Vision
- Chest Pains
- Coughing
- Dizziness
- Headaches
- Migraines
- Nausea
- Ringing Ears
- Sore Throat
UPDATE: Photo indicates the temp in my unit at 7:09 this morning before I went to bed. I think there's a short or something in the space heater my father is lending me that is getting temps higher than they should be given it got up around 67° F today while I had it running in the dining room (wasn't watching it since I was in the home office for a while).
