Indoor smoking/drug use continues again today in Building E of the South 67 Condos. The majority the pollution (if not all of it) is assumed to be coming from
E26 & is currently being logged on 3 different sites. Timeframe logging was not done today because I just didn't feel up to it; the pollution has been pretty bad for the last 2 days (including today) that I'm constantly having to use my respirator to make this pollution tolerable. The lack of timeframe logging today is because I've been in bed ill most of the day & while I was awake, I was for the most part using the respirator to cut down on health problems until I went to bed ill again because I had it off for too long...
Health problems from indoor pollution today:
- Blurry Vision
- Chest Pains
- Coughing
- Dizziness
- Headaches
- Migraines
- Nausea
- Ringing Ear
- Sore Throat
UPDATE: I lost track of how many times I had to put my respirator on around 6 AM (at least 5 times at that time). For the most part the respirator was on to help deal with the pollution with pollution the majority of while I was awake, either being put back on after being taken off (mainly while eating or having a drink), then put back on again almost immediately afterwards. I ended up going back to bed ill around 9 AM, then got woke up by a phone call from my mother (3rd call, the first 2 I was too far out of it to answer the phone) about 5 PM. At that point I was still dealing with the pollution, however was attempting to get ready for Christmas dinner & opening of presents at my parents house, so I wasn't able to use the respirator at that time. When I got back around 8 PM, the pollution was still a problem, but seemed to have subsided a bit (that doesn't mean I didn't have health problems from what was still there, however).
Temps reached a peak low of 64° F today (see first comment below) due to not using my central air to avoid sucking that filth through the vents from E26; this is also why my gas is currently turned off seeing as I would rather not have to continue paying an upkeep fee to keep it on when I'm not using it (hot water is provided by a central boiler, so I don't need gas for hot water).
