Continuation from yesterday, those bastards in E26 in building E of the South 67 Condos are going all out with their indoor pollution party of indoor smoking & drug use.  I probably should have called the paramedics due to non-stop chest pains they've been giving me 2 hours ago, however I chose not to get medical attention involved since I believe that if it kills me off, I won't have to put up with the every day pain these bastards cause me with their inconsiderate, filthy habits not giving a shit what it does to others around them & death as a result of it might give Charles the fuel needed to put a stop to it so others will not have to deal with the same shit I have dealt with for 2 years now.  I'm going to be calling Charles on Monday (if I survive that long) & if he tells me he's not pursuing this issue anymore, I'm getting the BBB involved.  NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

Health problems from indoor pollution today:
  • Blurry Vision
  • Coughing
  • Chest Pains
  • Dizziness
  • Headaches
  • Hoarse Voice
  • Migraines
  • Nausea
  • Ringing Ear
  • Sore Throat
UPDATE:  E26 has been at it pretty well all night with the indoor smoking, it's now 5:20 AM.  Well tomorrow they may end up regretting that; I intend on giving them the "noise pollution" treatment for as long as they made me deal with the secondhand pollution (at least 3 hours already); the only reason why I don't do that at night is I don't want to have excessive noise at night that will keep the people awake below me (the front room is different, but I can't be doing that in the bedroom at night, which unfortunately means I have no way to deter E26 if I can't get Charles to call them).

UPDATE:  Somebody came by my door this morning about 9 AM while I was in the bathroom; not sure who because they were gone by the time I got to my front door.  Given the fact that that Tobacco-Related Mortality document (6 pages; http://www.cdc.gov/tobacco/data_statistics/fact_sheets/health_effects/tobacco_related_mortality ) was removed from the foyer within only hours of being put up (the same one that was taped to the doorjamb of the front door of E26), I expect it was probably somebody who lived in E26 that came to my front door this morning.  Still need some more sleep if I expect on staying up much longer (only have about 3 or 4 hours from last night with the pollution party), but they'll probably end up coming back; I'll make sure I have my recorder & bat ready in case whoever it was intends on being physically/verbally hostile (already turned on my security cameras last night because I expected as much).  If it was somebody from E26, I expect they'll be back over here as soon as I start the noise pollution.

UPDATE:  Looks like the cigarette smoke started up again around 9:30 AM; I expect from E26, but I haven't been able to verify the source yet.  I'll probably find out later if whoever came to my door this morning comes back.

Looks like the guy that I thought was a Caucasian male smoking inside E12 is actually the new guy in E21, I saw him stepping out this morning when I was looking up & down the hallway trying to figure out who came to my door this morning.  So either this means that it's the lady in E12 that was doing it previously (last name of Ishino) or there's somebody else living in there doing it.  At this point I think who was doing it in E12 is irrelevant, since it doesn't seem like they're at fault of it anymore (that will probably change, but we'll see where it goes).

UPDATE:  I decided I'm going to hold off on the remainder of "noise pollution" until I figure out who came by this morning.  I'm pretty certain it was probably somebody from E26 that came to my door this morning & I'm more than certain they were looking for a verbal altercation if not a physical fight; there is the off chance that they may be looking for an agreement to make things easier for the both of us, but I think that's highly unlikely given I think all reasonable thinking for the people living here went out the window a long time ago (and I'm not excluding myself in that, I was probably one of the first people to crack after being sick nearly every day for several months straight within the first year of living here).  40 minutes down on the noise pollution payback from last night; 2 hours & 20 minutes left, which I will be picking up immediately if I start smelling the cigarette smoke again & am able to verify it's coming from E26.  If we are able to come to a civil agreement that will make the remainder of my time living here at least somewhat tolerable (considering I am currently attempting to find a place to move out of this health hazard/hostile environment), then I may drop the additional time of noise pollution planned for E26 today; however if that turns into un unpleasant incident, I'm just going to pick it up immediately...maybe even call the police if needed.

The purpose of the document detailing Tobacco-Related Mortality was to take a less "disturbing" route to what I nearly did last night.  Dealing with the indoor smoking for 3+ hours nearly drove me to a nervous breakdown & it was everything I could do to keep from screaming at the top of my lungs (which probably wouldn't have been very effective given I don't have much of a voice currently due to all the coughing last night) or banging on the wall of their unit from the public hallways.  I wasn't going to let it go completely however, so I took a less aggressive/intimidating route in providing information to them so they could reconsider whether what they were doing was worth the grief they were causing others in the building.  Obviously they would have rather not heard about it at all given the document I put up in the foyer was taken down within the 4 hours that I got minimal sleep after putting it up (I intend on putting it back up if I start smelling cigarette smoke again), however no action is not really acceptable from my perspective when they continue to make me ill every single day.

UPDATE:  Doesn't look like whoever came by this morning is coming back tonight, so I'm going to finish what I can of the noise pollution payback before 9 PM tonight.  There will be an additional half-hour tomorrow, but depending on whether indoor smoking/drug use continues in E26 again tonight will probably determine whether I decide to pursue the rest of that payback or not.  I haven't smelled any cigarette/drug pollution today beyond the 9 AM mark, so seems I may have finally gotten through to people today (not that I expect that's going to last).

UPDATE:  It appears that E26 is still continuing with the pollution given the cover-up smell I can smell in my home office now (8:25 PM) & can be smelled at their front door, so I will be continuing the noise pollution payback tomorrow starting with the half-hour I didn't get in today, plus any additional time I have to deal with tonight.

UPDATE:  Given the cigarette smoke started becoming noticeable around 8:55 PM, I decided to put the Tobacco-Related Mortality document up in the foyer again.  The guy in E23 came back & asked me about what I was putting up, I explained the situation about indoor smoking (having said anything to him about the drugs yet) keeping me sick for 2 years & mentioned E26.  He sounded skeptical, even tried to state whether it's just switching from unit to unit (which I know the reason for that because he moved in while I was fighting with Julie in E22 about the indoor smoking & drug use; he was originally hostile towards me because of the rumors floating around, but at this point he is at least asking what is going on rather than just assuming based on what he's heard or past actions), which indicated disbelief; I tried to point out that E26 isn't the only people doing it (didn't get a chance to state that E26 appears to be the only problem unit at this point).  E12 use to be the worst source of the problem, even before E22 (while Julie was living there; not particularly the case while the previous tenant was living there) & E26, but right now only E26 appears to remain a problem.  Given I no longer see hostility from him (skepticism yes, but not hostility), I'm going to be cleaning up all posts about past discrimination about him since this no longer appears to be the case (not that there has been a lot of them); I also intend on giving him a run down of what has happened since I moved here, although I don't really expect they will read it & it probably won't better the situation, but it will make things a big easier between us if they do read it & understand where I'm coming from.

UPDATE:  Looks like the drugs have started again in E12 tonight, so it's not over yet like I previously had thought.  So logging will continue on that unit until it fully stops.  Right now it looks like it's causing a bigger problem with the pollution than E26 is (of course that appears to alternative between the two of them).
