Indoor smoking/drug use continues to be a problem in Building E of the South 67 Condos.  Looks like E26 is currently the main instigator today since when I woke up the smell was rather strong in my unit & I've been hacking up a storm every since I woke up.

Today I was woken up by a call from Charles about a response made on the PMS Facebook page that he was apparently notified about; can't really call this one so much a rant, but it went beyond a lecture as he again was implying legal threats (he never actually said it, I think what stopped him was that I'm holding fast to my promise of suicide if any legal action is taken me or my family).  An interesting twist in this conversation was that at this point he tried to redirect the blame from PMS to the HOA, where in the past he was telling me I couldn't put the blame on the HOA when I had specifically stated that I did; seems he's started to get a clue that he needs to allow me to put the blame on the HOA if he doesn't want me to put the blame on PMS, which is perhaps the only reason why I haven't gone through the BBB yet.  I have the call recorded, however the recording device I purchased on Amazon has some problems with cutting out that missed a small portion of the conversation.

By 11:24 AM, I had to contact Charles once again to try & talk some sense into them.  The timeframe logging, if Charles ever looks at it, should give him an idea just how bad the situation is; this logging can be found at https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1rvtXm8f7_3aKJW__-Kil5tM2Jt23R4KtnlEKqNrqN0I/edit?usp=sharing

Health problems from indoor pollution today:
  • Blurry Vision
  • Chest Pains
  • Coughing
  • Dizziness
  • Headaches
  • Migraines
  • Nausea
  • Ringing Ear
  • Sore Throat
UPDATE:  E26 is being particularly stubborn today with the indoor spice/incense use.  I have texted Charles about this 4 times already & he states he's already left 2 messages seeing as they are not answering.  I have a note up that states I can smell it & am logging it in the timeframe logging that I mentioned above, which is being used to point out just how bad the situation is on a day to day basis (doesn't have a lot of details & it gets hidden when the pollution is not a problem; shouldn't get Charles riled up unless they find the timeframe logging & start complaining about it, but I wouldn't put it past him to get pissed off once he finds out about the "pollution detected" note simply because it's online where people in the building can see it & likely will since some of the people living here are following that page).
