Yesterday E26 was being extremely stubborn about stopping the pollution, I ended up texting Charles 3 times yesterday. At first we tried to get the police to take care of the problem because at this point the really strong smell is assumed to be spice, not incense as it seems he claimed to Charles about a week ago. In the end Charles had to call him himself & leave a message because this idiot won't pick up the phone for him knowing full well why Charles is calling him (this is what Julie did before she got evicted from E22, avoiding calls from building management because they already knew they were going to get chewed out).
I've already had to put on my respirator once today to deal with pollution, however I can't say whether that pollution was coming from E26 or from the space heater I'm currently using for heat seeing as I have my gas turned off because of this 2+ year health hazard problem.
It's looking like it's going to be another repeat of the last 3 days where the pollution continued pretty well all day (on the 3rd day I started texting Charles again). At the rate it's going & apparent stubborn attitude of the fool in E26, it's looking like I might end up texting Charles about the pollution every day & I know that's not going to go over well because I was doing this with Julie & her bastard boyfriend as well; eventually Charles snapped & gave us both an earful (me when he got here because she kept denying doing it, but the tale turned when he caught her smoking cigarettes inside when he came personally to take care of the problem), banned her boyfriend from coming back (although that didn't really stop him, he kept coming back until he got arrested; I don't really know the reason why he got arrested, might be Charles made good on his word to trespass him if he came back, although that took a couple weeks...), then started pushing Randy (the landlord of the unit at the time) to have them evicted. It's not surprising for the pollution to be bad on the weekends, because that's normally the case as well as on holidays; I would assume this is because they figure they won't get caught (this is one of the reasons why Charles gave me his cell phone number), but Sundays are easily the worst day of the week around here pollution-wise. I think I'm ready to send another text to Charles already; that spice/incense smell is getting particularly strong already & it's not even noon yet... >.<
Health problems from indoor pollution today:
- Blurry Vision
- Chest Pains
- Coughing
- Dizziness
- Headaches
- Irritated Eyes
- Migraines
- Nausea
- Ringing Ear
- Sore Throat
- Trouble Breathing
UPDATE: Regardless of contacting Charles about the problem & him attempting to get a hold of E26 (apparently avoiding his calls since he already knows why Charles is calling him) & leaving messages, the problem has not stopped or even gotten better yet, but only increased in severity. It seems that now when he gets a call from Charles, rather than taking it as a note that he should knock it off or at least cut it down a bit, he retaliates by making the matter much worse. At this point it looks like I'm getting forced back to bed ill again because this moron would rather make people miserable than be considerate or have a concern how his dirty habits effect others in the building.
UPDATE: Tracked time has pollution from E26 happening for 3 hours & 20 minutes today. Time is likely low by at least a few hours due to having to use my respirator a couple times as well as going to bed ill from the pollution around 5:20 pm.
Temps reached a peak low of 63° F today (see first comment below; ignore the note on the thermostat, I forgot to change it) due to not using my central air to avoid sucking that filth through the vents from E26; this is also why my gas is currently turned off seeing as I would rather not have to continue paying an upkeep fee to keep it on when I'm not using it (hot water is provided by a central boiler, so I don't need gas for hot water).
