Indoor smoking/drug use continues in Building E of the South 67 Condos; still haven't determined where it's coming from (I expect E26, but not currently verified), but it's increased in density enough in the last 2 hours to be a problem.

Spoke to Charles about this again since I didn't get an answer to it yesterday, he said he intended in sending out a notice by the end of the week already. He asked me what "spice" was as this has been something I've mentioned numerous in the past with the scumbags that recently got evicted in E22 (regardless of the fact I've linked information about this in emails numerous times); I gave the best explanation I could over the phone & explained that it was made illegal in Utah (once again) a few years ago, I decided to link him some further information about it (once again) via email once I got off the phone with him.

Health problems from indoor pollution today:
  • Chest Pains
  • Coughing
  • Dizziness
  • Headaches
  • Sore Throat
UPDATE:  Spice abuse continues even now, stronger than it’s been all day.  Hopefully Charles will have a better understanding of what it is & it’s current legality status in Utah (illegal) now that he seems to have some interest in what it is & might even read that information I sent him this time (not going to hold my breath on that however as it’s been sent to him several times & apparently never read regardless of how many times it was sent in the past).  I heard walking around on the roof earlier; either Randy attempting to clean out the unit some more or that bitch Julie is back to cause more problems (which is about when I started smelling the smoking/spice again, so she might be on the roof near my cooler doing it).

UPDATE:  Ended up checked every door on this side of the building, appears it might be coming form E18 giving the stalest of smells is coming from there, which is the closest to what I'm smelling coming through the vents.  In any case, I decided to pollution was bad enough that I needed to turn off the cooler again.  This is exactly why my gas is currently turned off, since I have no intentions in trying to use my heater (central air) this Winter unless the issue gets resolved before it gets cold enough to stop using the cooler, since I have to keep shutting off the cooler due to the level of pollution coming through the vent; I will resort to using a space heater the entirety of Winter if needed...

UPDATE:  Temp got up to 76° today, 6° higher than I would have liked it.  Considering I state getting heat-related illnesses around 75° over long periods (on top of the illnesses from the indoor pollution), I'm updating this post with a pic of the temp at midnight.
