At this point my gas should be shut off, I requested to have
it shut off the beginning of September.
It was shut off because of this pollution coming through the vents. I'll be using the space heater my father
lent me a couple years ago for heat in my unit until I've gotten a week of no
pollution to determine that it's stopped & I'll be able to use the heater
through central air (the normal way).
I'm also still without a smoke detector... Charles stated that he was going to get me a
new one when the other one was picking up indoor smoking from E22 (now
evicted). He still hasn't dropped it
off regardless of him saying multiple times that he had one & was going to
drop it off. I've come to terms that
he's not going to drop one off; since he mislead me into throwing out the other
one stating he was going to get me a new one, I won't have a smoke detector
until he follows through on what he said.
He was here not too long ago, said he had it in the car & he was
going to bring it up...never did, so I have to assume he's not going to be
giving me a new one to replace the one he had me throw out...
Health problems from indoor pollution today:
- Bloody Nose
- Chest Pains
- Coughing
- Dizziness
- Headaches
- Migraines
- Nausea
UPDATE: Ended up
having to shut off the cooler again, the smell only escalated shortly after
making this post new (I would expect retaliation to the post). I'll attempt to find out where it's coming
from & post an update if I can figure it out, but I haven't been able to
determine it's origin (I might be able to today with the escalated pollution
coming through the vents), so we'll see...
UPDATE: Decided I
needed to go to bed ill again... I was
doing okay with the pollution before it escalated, however the escalated
pollution pushed me over the edge...
This is going to screw up my sleeping schedule for my doctor appointment
tomorrow (like usual), but not a lot that can be done about it; some people are
just inconsiderate dirtbags that are not concerned on how their "toxic
pleasure" effects others... 
UPDATE: Ended up
spraying air sanitizer in every room to clean up the filth that came through
the vents in the 20 minutes (probably less) that I had it running. Took a while to clean it up, until then I
was hacking like crazy while trying to get to sleep.
The fact that the pollution was at it's worst on that side
of the building would lead me to believe the smoke was coming from E26. I considered going to sleep on the couch in
the living room on the other side of my unit, instead I just decided I was done
fucking with these guys & cranked up the volume on my radio. However doing this wasn't pure retaliation
to the indoor smoking, there was another purpose for it also. I had running my air purifier, backup cooler
(Sunpentown SF-609) & fan on high which made a lot of noise, as well as I
had one of my ears ringing (not sure if that's caused by the pollution or not,
but it wouldn't surprise me), so I had to turn up the radio to be able to hear
it over all that commotion. I'm sure
other units could probably hear it, although when the pollution gets that bad,
I'm not concerned what other units want; if they're going to be inconsiderate
with their toxic sludge going through the vent, why the hell should I be
considerate with my noise level or anything else?
