UPDATE: The e-cig/hookah smell started getting strong again around 11:32 AM; I was about to add this update to the logs when I decided to drop it when it started to subside again. When it picked up again, probably close to twice as strong at it was when I dropped the update, I created the playlist for archived video broadcasts today which I'm sure I'm is going to have to be done today & embedded that playlist into this log. No videos in that playlist yet, but it's obvious there are going to be some by the end of the day, so that part has been done for now. Now I add the update that I chose not to post previously since it's apparent that pollution is going to be a problem again today.
UPDATE: When I got back home, the smell of spice could be smelled in all rooms in my unit & I already know where that smell is coming from. This is likely something that is going to prevent us from selling the unit after I move out, as it did with E22 after the unit was COMPLETELY redone in an attempt to remove the smell that was in there & repair damages from the last tenants after Randy sold the unit to another Real Estate Agent (according to the Charles, they had to file a disaster claim after they were evicted).
From the sounds of it, it looks like we may already have the house we put the bid on, however the Real Estate Agent hasn't specifically stated that yet. They called my father as we were out to eat & stated they wanted him to come in, sign some papers & put down $500 on the house, something about "holding the house". That right there sounds like we may already have it, we're just waiting to see if that's actually the case. Once my father has the house, he'll have to make some repairs & changes, but I should be out within a few months.
My father is still hounding me to take down anything regarding why we're moving in the first place & this is where the pollution will probably escalate to the point that it kills me or I end up snapping & doing something that EVERYBODY in the building is going to regret. Without that information online, there will be nothing to keep the individual that is causing the problem in check & it will make the last few months of living here a LITERAL TOXIC ZONE where sooner or later there will be a fatality from it or retaliation where Building Management is personally going to start getting involved in one way or another.
My father also wanted me to get the place cleaned up so he could start showing the place to potential buyers, so I don't intend on cleaning up the information online until I've gotten the unit cleaned up & I've contacted him letting him know he can start showing it. Here's the thing, however; even if those logs disappear, that does not mean I'm going to stop making them. Even if people can't see them, I'm going to continue writing them so I can restore them after my father sells the unit. If nothing is deterring the bugger in E26 from continuing the pollution, then those logs are going to get EXTREMELY lengthy for when they get restored.
As far as for the people living here, I don't expect anybody here is going to state that there are drug users in the building, because they don't want that kind of attention (I was the only person doing that & it was only because I was trying to force the HOA/Building Management to do something about it). However even if that information can't be found on the web & people aren't exactly saying it in the building, I guarantee the smell coming from E26 will be enough to deter people from buying the unit. After a number of failed sales & if my father can smell it himself after I've moved out, he's sooner or later going to go after the person responsible for causing the problem. My father may be against the idea of lawsuits at this point, but he can figuratively speaking be a train coming at you at 100 miles an hour if you piss him off & he has a short temper as it is. I'm certain it won't take long before he does sue the fucker in E26 & while my father may not have his full name to do it, I will gladly give it to him, along with any other information I have on the guy when my father is ready to take him to court.
If the online information is not a means to deter the bastard from doing it for the remainder of the time I'm living here, that means I take other methods, like hitting the wall & calling organization to get involved. As I stated the logs will continues, but they won't be public to anybody on the web. And if the problem doesn't fully get resolved before I move, they will be restored to the public once my father has sold the unit. If my father is having trouble selling the unit because of the smell coming from E26, I will be giving him what information I have about him so he can go after him with a lawsuit.
UPDATE: After I posted the first paragraph of the last update, the spice smell increased quite a bit as I would expect retaliation from E26 to the new update being posted, which ended up forcing me to put my respirator back on despite 3 air purifiers running the entire time I was gone & when I got back. Given the conditions stated in the last update, I expect this is going to all go spinning out of control since he thinks he has a free pass to continue his filthy habit without retaliation to it. I will state that is not the case; I have other ways to deal with it if not online, but it's going to be disturbing to others in the building using those methods, where they may not be aware of what is being done online.
Before I finished writing the last two updates, my father called to give me shit about this again, saying he wants ALL information about this problem removed IMMEDIATELY. So it appears I may not have the option of leaving it until I've finished cleaning & packing the boxes I currently have, I'll have to do it now. I am posting this last public update for the time being, which will be the last thing to go private so the owner of E26 will still see it (which I'm certain he will immediately after it's posted since he seems to be getting notifications when anything changes on them). Once they are down, I'll resort to hitting the wall to get it to stop if I have to. Remember those logs are not going to stop simply because they can't be seen by anybody else on the web & they will be restored after my father sells the unit (if he's ever able to with the constant pollution problem) if the problem is not resolved before I move.
The e-cig/hookah smell started becoming a problem around 6:30 PM. Considering the pollution was just continuing to escalate & these blogs are no longer able to be seen (until after my father sells this unit) as a deterrent to the pollution (also I'm unable to use the video streams until this unit is sold, which probably had the best success in quickly putting a stop to it), I ended up kicking the wall to get him to stop. That might only be a temporary solution, but I can keep doing it all day if I need to. At night that won't be an option & I'll have to find some way to cope with the pollution (either by using the respirator or using scented candles).
UPDATE: That pollution ended up becoming a problem again at 6:42 PM. Considering it became obvious that I wasn't going to be able to keep writing a new update every time the problem started up again, I decided to just keeping track of the times that it started becoming a problem:
- 6:45 PM
- 6:52 PM
- 6:57 PM
- 7:06 PM
- 7:20 PM
UPDATE: Spice smell got particularly strong again in my dining room about 8:27 PM & seems that fucker is going to call the police every time I hit the wall, so I have to find another way to deal with it. For now I'll put on the respirator & find another way to get his attention. He already knows about these logs, so perhaps I can use this to may advantage by posting personal information until he gets it through his head.
Looks like I found another way to deal with this problem rather than hitting walls. What I've done is changed the URL of these blogs to another so I could create a new blog at the same web address of the old logs expecting he would still be tracking that URL through whatever means he's using. Seems it worked & he was still tracking it. The word "pollution" is spelled in leetspeak, so nobody will likely find it through search engines using normal search terms (especially since I disabled it being listed on blogspot & unable to be crawled by search engines), so I can use this to get him to stop when it's getting particularly strong. Sure this is basically trolling, but I needed a way to get his attention that people weren't going to be able to determine exactly was going on until I could move.
UPDATE: Sometime after the police left, I started having heat flashes. I'm not sure if it was because of the heated rant built up from literally years of frustration on this matter or another symptom from the constant pollution. In any case, I had to open a couple windows to try & cool off despite the frigid temperature outside. Heat flashes finally stopped maybe 45 minutes later.
UPDATE: Seems I'm still having heat flashes even after getting my unit down several degrees. In any case I need to get some sleep because I'm fighting to stay awake here & can't really continue packing at night anyways since it's going to disturb the people below me. Something in the rules of these condos said you couldn't do things that would cause loud noises at night anyways, but seems most people here are slack on that one & don't say much about it; my neighbors downstairs have stated that my walking around keeps them awake however, so I attempt to avoid going into my bedroom if for anything other than sleeping (unfortunately with the pollution problem, I have to make a few trips taking space heaters, air purifiers & door bell receivers in my room before I can finally go to bed, the latter so I can actually here it over the air purifier running right next to my head).
Indoor temperature in my unit reached a peak low of 63° today do to being unable to use my heater via central air because of the constant pollution coming from E26. This is also why I had my gas shut off in September of 2015 knowing that I wouldn't be able to use my heater while this pollution was a constant problem & didn't want to continue paying an fee to keep on a utility I wasn't using. This run of the problem has been happening every day since 12/6/2015.
