Indoor smoking/drug use continues to be a problem in Building E of the South 67 Condos.  Currently there is a foul smell coming from E22 (almost like marijuana), where I don't believe anybody is living there yet, so I expect it's getting there through the vents from E26.  I've been smelling what smells like spice or incense for a while, which might actually be spice or possibly a cover-up for the foul smell I'm smelling from E22.

Currently I am in the process of printing all emails related to this situation to be used as evidence in the event of my death.  I won't have the emails from my MSN account seeing as I no longer have access to it, but anything sent from my Hotmail account since I switched to Comcast in 2013 I should still have access to.  I already have backups for the online logging of this problem, as well as backups of texts & voice logs discussing this issue, so I don't need to worry about getting those ready, only the emails remain.

Health problems from indoor pollution today:
  • Chest Pains
  • Coughing
  • Dizziness
  • Earaches
  • Headaches
  • Irritated Eyes
  • Migraines
  • Nausea
  • Ringing Ears
  • Trouble Breathing
UPDATE:  I can't really say I'm surprised, but it seems there's been an increase in the spice smell in my home office after posting this log, which would more than likely mean retaliation to the log.  I've had to put my respirator back on again to deal with it while I'm working on getting the emails printed as evidence after my passing.

UPDATE:  After working on getting these emails printed for a few hours, I decided to take a break to get something to eat.  Had to take off the respirator for that, decided to leave it off until I smelled the pollution again.  Didn't smell it in my dining room, but did when I walked back into my home office & immediately had to put the respirator on.  It's probably been over 3 or 4 hours already that it's been happening; can't really account for what happened while I had the respirator on to deal with it since I can't smell the pollution with it on, but I'm including this time in this estimate since it doesn't seem like it's stopped while I was using it.

UPDATE:  When I completed the printing of 145 emails regarding this problem this morning (that doesn't include what was on my MSN account before I lost it when I switched from CenturyLink to Comcast; the email was provided through CenturyLink), I took of the respirator as I was heading to bed & was surprised that I actually didn't smell any pollution for a change.  Things were different when I woke up around 10:20 AM, where the pollution is so strong from E26 it actually smells chemical (not sure if just spice/incense accumulated over a very long period or something I haven't really encountered yet).  Goes without saying I had to immediately throw my respirator on.  I use scented candles at night while sleeping since I can't use the respirator while sleeping unless I'm sleeping in the recliner in the living room (would end up breaking the thing rolling around in my sleep), which only causes a fire hazard; even more so since I still don't have the replacement smoke detector that Charles stated he was going to give me around about a year ago, which probably won't happen at this point given he's cut any form of alliance we had on the matter yesterday.  He made a promise & supposedly already bought it, but has never actually completed that promise; I don't intend on buying a new one when that open promise is still unfulfilled, so it shouldn't be a surprise if this place burns down some time while I'm sleeping (that's wouldn't be a problem if not for the constant indoor pollution I have to deal with).

UPDATE:  When I took of the respirator off to get something to eat at 11:06 AM, I immediately started smelling what smelled like spice/incense again. It wasn’t lasting, but continues off & on throughout the time I was eating.  Considering I could have the respirator on while I was eating, the first thing I did was turned on the air purifier, which unfortunately means an increase in volume in what I’m doing & possibly disturbance to others in the building (the bad part of this is unless it’s in my bedroom, then people getting disturbed are not the people causing the problem).

For what I was going to do after I got done eating, I likely won’t be able to use my microphone while I’m using the respirator; these are cases where I have to use scented candles.  This would be classified as “denial of freedom to property” in the ToS for these condos, something that the HOA & Management seems to think I’m not entitled to (or maybe they just don’t think renters aren’t entitled to privileges that make living here tolerable, which goes to show why people should NOT rent here if the HOA is going to use that to discriminate against them).  Of course that goes without saying on the central air, where my unit has already reached a peak low of 60° F today due to being unable to use my normal heater.  The space heater my father lent me over 2 years ago when this problem started makes a smell itself, so I try not to use it when I can, but I do use it while I’m sleeping (yet another fire hazard caused by the daily pollution on this side of the building).  Because of the smell from the space heater, I’m also running an air purifier right next to my head & have a scented candle lit while I’m sleeping.

UPDATE:  Pollution from E26 is still continuing, hasn't really stopped since the last update.  I had to take off my respirator to discuss an application with my father for food stamps, was pretty well coughing the entire time making it hard to discuss the application.  I put the respirator back on when he hung up, but he may end up coming back.  The only plus side to this is the toxicity level is still somewhat low to what it usually is, but still high enough to cause health problems.  Obviously there are going to be further logs today because they have no consideration for those around them, most likely when I have to take of the respirator & get blasted by toxic fumes coming from their unit.

UPDATE:  Considering this problem never stops, I’m considering starting live streams on my YouTube channel using the webcam on my laptop to show how this plays out on a daily basis.  This will also allow me to discuss the problem with people watching.

The indoor pollution has been a problem pretty well all day.  While the toxicity level stayed low most of the day, it is particularly strong now & is causing an issue with coughing into my microphone on my PS3, which it’s something I’m discussing with those people.  Currently the gameplay is being broadcasted on Twitch, so that discussion is being aired on my Twitch channel.  The microphone may not broadcast my voice, but it does broadcast the voice of the people talking to me.

UPDATE:  Looked into it & it looks like streaming to my YouTube channel through my webcam will definitely be possible.  From now on when pollution is playing a factor & I'm either having obvious health problems from it or having to use a respirator because of it, I will be streaming to my YouTube channel.  I'll be deleting those streams regularly, but this will give an idea of the problems the pollution causes in real-time.

UPDATE:  Looks like I might be one step closer to getting out of this hellhole.  My parents & I went looking at a house today, we're discussing whether it's going to be my new home or not.  I told my father living there would be preferable to living in a constant toxic environment that kept me ill every day of my life.  With any luck, I'll be out of here in a few months.  Interesting fact, the person selling the house happens to be the same Real Estate Agent that sold us this unit & she apologized a few times while we were there that this place didn't work out, apparently not knowing the problems we would have when she sold it to us.

When I got back, the pollution could be smelled, but not entirely strong.  It seemed to dissipate while my parents were here, I would expect so they couldn't smell it & I have further fuel against them for doing it (not that that would matter, Charles has already stated he won't help me with this matter anymore, however my father being the owner might have said something to Charles about it).  While my mother stated she couldn't smell anything, my father could, but he wasn't sure what it was.  After they left, the pollution levels skyrocketed from where they were while my parents were here, however their still happening in spurts.  It was enough that I had to put my respirator back on, however my father kept bugging me on the phone, so I didn't get to keep it on for the majority of the time I was trying to help him (had to keep taking it off to answer the phone).

I was attempting to head to bed ill from heavy coughing on that pollution that drained what energy I had left from a very long day of secondhand pollution-induced illness, unfortunately my father kept me from going to bed for around an additional 2 hours.  Now I'm going to attempt to head to bed & sleep of the illness those fuckers next door are forcing on me & hope my father doesn't call me again tonight.

I've managed to get streaming working under YouTube using the webcam on my laptop & am going to start using that to do live coverage of illness caused by the indoor pollution.  Live streams also get backed up on YouTube, however I don't believe I will be keeping them unless there are specific points of interest that point out extreme illness, at which point I will crop the video down to those points & re-upload them to YouTube as documentation of the problem.  I'm also going to start embedding that live stream into the latest log on these blogs so it's pointing out specifically what they're causing.

UPDATE:  Directly after the last updated, seems the pollution got particularly & I mean like 7 times stronger than it was after my parents left & I was talking to my father on the phone.  I would expect retaliation to the update, however I mentioned I was heading to bed also, so that might have given the idea that they had free-range to cause as much pollution as they wanted while I was sleeping.

My unit reached a peek low temperature of 60° F today due to being unable to use my heater via central air due to the indoor pollution.  This is also the reason why my gas has been shut off since September of 2015.  This run of pollution has been running every day since 12/6/2015.
