Indoor smoking/drug use continues to be a problem again today in Building E of the South 67 Condos, again verified to be coming from E26.  It wasn't too bad in my unit until around 11 AM, where the accumulation of that pollution had me opening my windows again in an attempt to get some clean air.  This run of the pollution problem has been happening every day since 12/6/2015.

UPDATE:  Indoor pollution has been continuing to increase, so it’s shouldn’t be surprising that I’ve started taking steps against it again.  I took the URL to the statement out of my window this morning, but have since put it back up after a number of steps taken before that happened.  I was intending on going to work on the house a little later today, but had to get a few things done before I could go; unfortunately it looks like my father had to get some things done & seems he isn’t going either.  So my staying back from working on the house at this point wasn’t my doing or the bugger next door's fault, it was my father’s doing because he had something to take care of that prevented him from working on the house (wish I knew this earlier so I could have started working on some other things in the house earlier).  Despite having my windows open, the pollution continues to build & at this point I now have the respirator on as well.  I’m intending on turning the stream back on since it’s only getting worse, not better, so that will probably be up within 10 minutes.

UPDATE:  Indoor pollution continued pretty well all day today, not really dying down until I stated that I was adding a link to his background report that was going to be obvious (as opposed to the other 2 that were pretty well hidden) around midnight.  At that point the pollution did die down for a little bit, but increased again before even a half hour had passed, so I guess I don't have any reason in removing them yet & will likely be up all night.  Given the level of pollution, it's probably going to keep me from getting to sleep due to being unable to stop coughing on the crap, so it's very likely I'll have to tell my father I won't be going to work on the house again tomorrow, which means longer to move out & another mark against me moving out at all; something tells me this bastard really doesn't want me to move & he just wants to continue causing me problems, so he'd rather I stay so he can keep making my life (or what's left of it) hell (he'll probably have a different opinion about that after it kills me).  At this point I have my respirator on due to high pollution levels from E26 so I can finish these logs, then attempt to get to sleep (hopefully enough to be able to work on the house tomorrow so I can move out sooner).


Indoor temperature reached a peek low of 63° F today due to leaving the windows open nearly all day in an attempt to get some clean air in my unit, until I couldn't tolerate the cold anymore & shut the windows; unfortunately it wasn't enough to filter out the level of filth that E26 was causing, so I was left coughing on the pollution for most of the day & the archived stream (started around 2 PM) will show that.

Yet another continuation of the pollution from yesterday, indoor smoking/drug use continues from E26 in Building E of the South 67 Condos.  I think it's very likely that his pollution will keep me up tonight (even with my windows being open for 3 days straight) not being able to get enough (or possibly any) rest to work on the house today, so let's cut this short, place our bets & see if his actions slow down my ability to move out even further or possibly prevent me from moving at all.  This run of the pollution problem has been happening every day sine 12/6/2015.

UPDATE:  As expected from the level of pollution when I went to bed, it looks like another day I won't be going to work on the house since I couldn't stop coughing on it for most of the night (or possibly all night; I haven't gotten any sleep yet, but the night isn't over yet).  I'll be telling my father tomorrow that I won't be helping him because the pollution kept me up hacking on it all night & he's already going to know who I'm talking about; sooner or later he's either going to call Charles to complain about it, hit the culprit with a Cease & Desist order or on the flip side, decide I won't be moving because I didn't help enough with getting the house fixed up.

UPDATE:  As I stated earlier, I ended up letting my father know I wouldn't be helping him with the house today due to the pollution keeping me awake most of the night.  I also let him know that it appeared I needed to wash my bedding again today, seeing as I woke up smelling like that crap again (this isn't uncommon).  There was another detail, but it's a personal matter with the house, so I don't really need to go over that in this log.  I started hearing some slamming shortly after I got out of the shower (had to take another one because of the smell, I took one last night around 8 PM when I got back from the house) after I texted my father, so I'm wondering if my father called him with the phone number I gave him a few weeks ago (either that or he's able to see me writing this update for the logging).

As I stated before, I'm going to have to wash my bedding today & I don't really have enough time to use the Sanitary setting today, so I'll have to use a shorter setting on my washer so I can finish it before the end of the day.  Given I only got a few hours of sleep last night due to being unable to stop coughing on the pollution, I'll have to get some sleep on the couch between load changes (this is pretty normal given washing the bedding normally takes around 18 hours, however I'm using a shorter setting this time so I can finish before night time, so shouldn't take as long this time).  I've also sprayed down my mattress with some Febreze hoping it would help with the smell if it managed to get into my mattress.

My windows are still wide open, this makes the 4th day straight.  This is probably the only thing that is making the daily pollution somewhat tolerable.  Occasionally I'll use the respirator when I have to, but I try to avoid doing that whenever possible since I can't eat, drink, sleep or use communication devices while I'm using it.

One thing that worries me about the possibility of him being able to see what I'm doing on my main computer is that he likely has my credit card number if he does, which is one reason I'm trying to monitor my account activity in case my card does get used illegally.  I know recently both my Gamespot & Wells Fargo accounts got compromised; never did get back my Gamespot account (didn't bother to make a new one either), but the Wells Fargo account got automatically locked when it noticed the IP change & I had to change the username & password to regain access.  If he has been able to see what I'm doing on my computer, then you can only imagine what information he might have access to as far as logins, passwords & personal information goes, which is one reason why I started locking my computer over night...

One thing I noticed in his criminal history "DAMAGE / INTERRUPT COMMUNICATION DEVICE".  I'm not entirely sure what this means, but I would expect this might explain the wireless interference I've been getting with my wireless devices (like somebody could be using a signal jammer).  This is hardly the worst of my worries about this scumbag, but one problem with it is such methods doesn't only effect me, it's going to effect everybody in the building (and possibly beyond, within range of whatever he's using).

UPDATE:  Currently there is a strong smell in my bedroom & that smell has been verified to be coming from E26.  One thing I forgot about was that this is a Sunday, so it's not uncommon for the pollution to get EXTREMELY bad over the weekends...particularly on Sundays.  That same pollution is what kept me from going to work on the house today that we're attempting to fix up so I can move & I expect will be a repeat again tonight.  With at least 7 arrests on "under the influence"-related charges between 2000 & 2004 (4 in 2000 & 3 in 2004; this is only what I can see online), the proof makes it pretty obvious that it may be drugs being done in his unit & as long as it's been happening & as many complaints have been filed on it, it's obvious he don't give a shit what anybody thinks.

The URL to the statement is still in my window & has been since probably around 9 PM yesterday.  Considering the pollution hasn't stopped since yesterday & his pollution kept me from working on the house today (due to not being able to stop coughing on it long enough to fall asleep last night), I haven't had a reason to take it down yet.

I realized this morning that considering I attempted to contact the police about that one arrest he had (nothing to do with drugs), that Charles would likely already know about what I attempted to report to them (seeing as management for locations where situations are reported are always notified when the police are called) & the fact that I've done a background check on him.  All Charles would know about this matter would be the one arrest I attempted to report to the police however (seeing as he's not listed in that list & probably should be if he's still within the statute of limitation; I gained an understanding of how statute of limitation works for this list from a roommate years ago that was convicted for a similar reason, although I don't entirely know the full details on that arrest), not the rest of the information from that report.  Of course I could probably prove my case if I were to show that report to him, not that I expect he would do anything about it considering he's already cut me off on this matter.  Sooner or later Charles is going to attempt to contact me, perhaps I should remove the blocks on his phone numbers again (reinstated after it became obvious he wasn't going to respond to my text about the fact that this bastard next door is going to prevent me from moving if he doesn't knock off that habit of his indoors) so I can point out what was on the report when he calls me to bitch about what's in my window; maybe he'll get a court-ordered inspection of the unit afterwards once he has enough proof to point out that that's likely the case.  I still have that complaint I haven't sent to his company complaint department yet, so I can always send that if he won't listen to reason when I present him with the facts of the background report.

UPDATE:  The pollution has been happening pretty well all day, which isn't surprising for a Sunday, because that's usually the case.  I ended up having to close my windows when the temperature in my unit dropped to 65° F due to getting so cold outside after the storm.  The pollution from E26 quickly built to a very high level in a matter of minutes.  It looks like I may need to open the windows again despite the blistering cold outside...or trying to find a way to get him to stop it.  The last option is pretty much to wait until I need to call the paramedics, which at this level of increase I'm sure will happen before the end of the night (if not before the end of the hour).

So this is what it comes down to at this point:  When the pollution is high enough to be a problem, I'll be throwing links in various places on the web to the background report on the owner of E26.  When the pollution stops for a given time, I'll remove the links (not the report, nobody can find it without the links anyways & they aren't exactly obvious where I put them).  One link has been up for probably around 24 hours already, with a new one recently added to the web.  Currently the pollution is high enough that I've had to put my respirator back on & I expect another day that I won't be going to help on the house because this dumbfuck finds doing his drugs indoors is more important than me moving (and that could be permanent if the fucker don't pull his head out of his ass & take his shit outside; for somebody who wants me gone so bad, he sure is doing the opposite of what it's going to take to get me out sooner...or at all).  Should this continue another night, I intend on disclosing the one detail in his record on these blogs that is going to get EVERYBODY here on edge (if they know about it, I only know about it because I paid the fee to do the background check, but this report seems to be incomplete, so I'm considering doing another one through another service to see if I get more details).

Cigarette smoke started up directly after I shut off the stream (midnight break to make sure streams are on the right days based on video/stream titles), as I could smell it from my long couch in my living room in Building E of the South 67 Condos.  This log is pretty much a continuation from yesterday, as there really wasn't any break from the pollution.

I later heard something outside of my door, went to find out what it was.  I heard what sounded like a woman near the front door to the building, but other than that, nothing on my door like I was expecting.  I could smell the spice smell pretty strong in the public hallways, but I'm not really to concerned with that, provided it's not effecting my unit (usually this means they're taking it outside & it's just being tracked back in, but I guarantee that hasn't been the case today).

After I got in my office to start typing up this new log, the hookah smell could be smelled pretty easily.  I turned on my air purifier to try & filter the stench coming from E26, but it didn't do much & I ended up having to put my respirator back on when the spice smell was getting thrown on top of the hookah smell.  Looks like it's going to be a rough night tonight; I think that fucker may actually be trying to keep me from moving, where I thought he was hellbent trying to get rid of me.  As I've stated before, if I'm not helping fix up the house, my parents are going to drop the idea of me moving; if that pollution keeps me up all night coughing on the shit, I'm not going to be well/rested enough to go work on the house.  I can only imagine how this is going to be when my father attempts to sell this unit & he can't; going to be a lot of disappointed people in the building that may have been happy to see me move when I end up moving back because the unit couldn't be sold because of the pollution (if we even get that far; first things first, got to fix the house so I can move before we worry about selling the unit).

UPDATE:  Looks like somebody took the note over my doorknocker off of my door last night about requesting people used the doorbell also, so somebody really has it out for me now.  I'm going to put it up one more time, then if it gets taken down again, I'm going to ask my father to make a complaint with Charles on it.  If it happens again after that, I'm going to link that background check in another place on the web.  I might go as far as putting things back up in the hallways again.

UPDATE:  I just realized that that noise I heard last night was that female I heard at the front door of the building was her taking off the note about using the doorbell, not anybody putting anything on my door.  So I have a gender to make the complaint against to Charles, however who exactly is still the question.  I have a good idea on who it might be, so I'll stick to a complaint against those units.

UPDATE:  When I got back from a long day of working on the house, I could barely smell the pollution in my building when I got back.  Walked in my unit, still couldn't smell the pollution.  It wasn't until I walked into my home office that I could smell it, but I was about to jump in the shower & decided to see what it was like when I got out.  The pollution was near non-existent when I got out of the shower, so I decided not to say anything until it started to increase again (not that that was going to stop me from writing this log).  I expect the fact that I've left my windows open pretty much for 2 days straight was playing a factor in that pollution not getting strong today.  I was half-expecting the note about using my doorbell (rather than knocking) to be ripped off my door again when I got back, however that wasn't the case.

I started doing something new today, as to not allow the smell coming off my clothes when I got back from working on the house to screw with my senses & confuse the matter as to whether the pollution was coming from other units.  I'm taking a shower as soon as possible after I get back & leaving the porous items that I took with me outside to air out (this includes my clothes, after I get out of the shower).  I'll leave them out there until after midnight when I go to bed.  Of course I'm not going to leave them out there without some insurance in case somebody attempts to steal them, so I have a couple backup lights on out there, so if somebody does attempt to grab them, my security cameras will catch them in the act, then I can use that footage to report them to the police.

The pollution started to pick up a number of times while I was trying to take care of some utility bills on the house we're working on & ordering a few things we were going to need to wire the house for internet/television, but didn't stay strong for long enough that I felt I needed to say anything about it immediately & continued to get what I needed done.  While I wasn't intending on making another update tonight unless the pollution got strong (even though I had written the update for a future update), I started smelling cigarette smoke in my home office around 9:55 PM (even with the windows open & the air purifier running) as I started writing this update, so my plans of holding off on the update didn't last long.  The odd thing about this is that particular smell didn't start until I started writing the update, so I have to wonder if the person causing the problem is able to see what I'm doing on my computer.  The pollution is picking up however, as is the nausea from it, but currently I can't verify it coming from the normal culprit who causes the problem, so I won't be putting that URL to the online statement as to why I'm moving (and what might prevent my moving) in my window for the time being.

UPDATE:  Pollution is becoming a problem again & it’s the same hookah smell that comes from E26 all the time.  At this point the URL to the statement has be put up in my window again.  Should something be ripped off my door again, I’ll be throwing another link to the background report somewhere on the web.  At the steady increase in pollution, it is very likely I won’t be going to help my father work on the house tomorrow & I already stated this to him before he dropped me off.  As stated before, this not only slows down my ability to move out, but if it happens enough time, it could completely negate my ability to move out.

UPDATE:  The pollution from E26 is continuing, so at this point I’ve had to put my respirator on to help deal with it.  Seeing as I have my windows open trying to get some clean air in here, that means people outside can see I’m wearing it & start questioning why; considering the lights are on at night, that’s going to stick out like a sore thumb…that is, if anybody is still awake (the guy that’s causing the problem appears to be a night person, so I don’t think that’s all that uncommon around here).  Were it not so close to midnight, I would have the stream running, but if I can’t sleep because of the pollution, then there’s nothing stopping me from running the stream (not to mention another day of not working, which means another day I’ll probably get docked on towards not moving).

UPDATE:  One thing I ended up forgetting was that with that URL in my window, people really don't need to wonder why I'm wearing the respirator, because they'll know if they follow the URL to the statement as to why I'm moving.  Plus with that light on out there to make sure my security cameras catch anybody trying to steal my stuff out to air out, they likely can see what it says even at night.

Started hearing some slamming of doors around 1:35 AM, then started smelling the pollution picking up again.  Indoor smoking/drug use continues to be a problem in Building E of the South 67 Condos, currently expected to be coming from E26 (as has been the case for the last year), although I haven't attempted to verify that yet since I'm about to head to bed.  It looks like I'm going to need to leave my windows open all night again so the pollution doesn't get extremely bad, which means it's going to get blistering cold in my unit again & will take some time to warm up since I don't have proper heating due to shutting my gas off in September of 2015 because of this constant pollution problem.

UPDATE:  When I woke up, the pollution wasn't that bad, but seems this was simply because I've been leaving my windows open almost 24/7 to try & air out the pollution.  When I closed my home office window, that pollution got pretty sickening within a half-hour & is likely going to prevent me from going to work on the house today, as I was expecting to go a little later after I had called Amazon about this screwed up order.

UPDATE:  The indoor pollution has been a problem the majority of the day after I woke up (likely while I was sleeping also, however I wouldn't know that).  As a result, once again, I am not going to work on the house today, which means I'll be moving out even later the more this continues (possibly losing the ability to move entirely based on threats my parents have been giving me if they can't sell this unit or I'm not going to help with the house).  At this point I've decided I need to get this done & will be getting the background check done on this bugger.  If I see any open warrants on him, I'll be contacting the police to inform them of where he is.  I'll attempt to submit any information to Mugshots.com of arrests that aren't on their site already.  I might publish that information myself, however that's really a task for Mugshots.com & I shouldn't have to go down that route.

UPDATE:  I've done the background check on the bugger that is causing the problem & at this point I have all the proof I need to believe he is doing drugs in that unit.  There was something else in that report that was perhaps more troubling than the possession of narcotics arrests, something that some people should be aware of here, but I'm going to check a few lists & see if anything needs to be reported to the authorities on it.  I was originally intending on sending this report to Charles, but seeing as he's cut me off in helping me on this matter, I don't see much reason in it at this point, but I'll be holding onto the report should it be needed in the future.  I did contact Mugshot.com to see if they would use the background report to list those arrests, the guy just gave me a bunch of attitude, so looks like I'll have to publish myself if the fucker don't knock it off.  I can share that information privately at any time, but I need to determine whether I'm going to publish it publicly or not & that's really depending on how this bastard acts until I move.

UPDATE:  Seems somebody in the building didn’t feel it was good enough to have that notice on my door, they wanted it on the front door of the building.  It needs to be either on my door or my window to point out who is moving, so I removed it from the front door & have put a link to the statement in my window, which is published online.

A continuation from yesterday, the indoor pollution continues in Building E of the South 67 Condos, as well as the EXTREMELY potent chemical smell from E26.  I don't think there's any way getting around this, I need to get Hazmat out here...  I'm going to see if I can find their number online & call them if it hasn't stopped by the time I find it.

UPDATE:  Ended up leaving my windows open most of the night in an attempt to air the very potent smell out of my unit.  When I woke up around 5:30 AM, the indoor temperature in my unit had dropped to 62° F.  Given I don't currently have a proper heater, not being able to use central air because of the constant pollution, ended up having to throw a coat on after closing my windows & still shivering violently.  Leaving the windows open may have succeeded for the most part in getting the pollution out of my unit (not completely gone, but the worst of what was happening before I was forced to bed ill is gone), however now I have to deal with frigid temps because of it...

UPDATE:  The pollution was happening when I got back from the doctor, store & bank, however it was low enough that I didn't really have anything to complain about.  I don't know if the fact that I left my windows open while I was gone played a part in that, but I would expect it probably did.

UPDATE:  The pollution started picking up again around 5:30 PM.  Even with the windows open, still was strong enough to start me gagging on it.

UPDATE:  The pollution continued to be a problem most of the night (as far as I know), however I ignored it for the 5+ hours I was attempting to get my washing done, so I don't know how much of that time it was happening on top of what my dryer was causing.  I've had my windows open pretty well all day, the pollution from E26 on became strong enough to start being a problem again somewhere between 10 & 11 PM (as far as I know; I expect it was happening while I was doing my washing also, however it's hard to tell the difference between what comes from the dryer & the stale smell of e-cigs/hookah that comes from E26).

Indoor pollution continues to be a problem again today in Building E of the South 67 Condos, however at least it's staying in a tolerable level of toxicity.  The pollution first became noticeable as I was finishing up with my disability case manager today around 9:55 AM.  I mentioned to him that the pollution was starting back up again when I first smelled it, he didn't say anything about not being able to smell it this time, so I expect he could where normally he couldn't.

UPDATE:  When I got back from working on the house, it was no surprise that the pollution was still happening.  What was surprising was that it was a lower toxicity level in my unit than it was in the public hallways.  I suppose that means the person causing it could be taking it outside, but we'll see if that lasts.  It stayed low until my father left after checking his email & so far hasn't gotten too much stronger after he left.  Today has been one of the first days this pollution has been tolerable in a long time & I hope this will be a breaking point to the problem.

UPDATE:  It appears that it's not a breaking point, seeing as the pollution from E26 has gotten particularly strong on a few occasions since 10:30 PM, so it looks like I need to make it a point to get that thing on my door every night.

UPDATE:  At 11:27 PM, I decided I needed to open a couple of windows, in hopes of getting some fresh air in my unit & also to get some cool air into it (even though the indoor temp in my unit is already lower than where I keep it) to help with the heat flashes I'm getting from heavy coughing on the pollution.

UPDATE:  The pollution from E26 has gotten EXTREMELY strong now, a chemical smell that started entering my unit from the kitchen/dining room, & now seems to be spreading throughout my unit; this smell is strong enough, I'm considering contacting Hazmat.

Considering this has turned into such a problem & I expect the cause being retaliation, let's make it a point so that those following these logs knows what the statement says:

To Whom It May Concern,

    At this point I am attempting to move out because of the constant pollution coming from E26 & hostility from a few others in the building.  We have a house recently purchased we are attempting to fix up that is probably going to take a few months to finish repairs, however the high levels of pollution coming from E26 is making me too ill to go work on the house (either in the form of illness caused by the pollution or lack of sleep from being unable to stop coughing long enough to fall asleep), which means it's going to take longer to move out.

    On another matter, I'm being told that if I don't help with getting the house ready for the move, the house will be sold & I won't be moving.  In both of the cases above, the pollution is preventing me from working on the house, which means it's going to take longer to complete & the chance of me moving could fall through entirely.  On another note, if this unit cannot be sold because of the pollution from other units (or any other reason), even if I have already moved, I'll be moving back (against my will) & the house will be sold instead (selling this unit is imperative to paying off the house, otherwise the house will need to be sold instead).  I know out of everybody in the building, E26 wants me out the most, but his actions & constant pollution is going to end up making me stay rather than moving when the house is finished.  Charles has been notified about this already, but seems he chose to ignore the text I sent him entirely, so while I expect Charles is looking forward to me being out also, he's also going to get his hopes dashed, as well as everybody else in the building that also wants me out, because E26 couldn't keep their dirty habit low enough until I could move out.

This is on my door right now & will be put up every night until I move if the pollution doesn't at least stay in a tolerable level.  Should it be taken down, I'll put it up one more time, before I publish the notice online & put a URL to the notice in my window, where the bugger causing the problem won't be able to get to it.  Currently it's only being put up at night, but that may change, particularly if the asshole does end up fucking up my chances of moving out.

UPDATE:  Shortly before midnight, I ended up going to bed ill due to extreme dizziness caused by the chemical smell coming from E26.  If I don't end up calling Hazmat tonight, it'll probably be the paramedics (and I have a doctor appointment tomorrow that I'll end up missing as a result of it, but I'm sure they'll accept the excuse if I get hospitalized over it).

Indoor pollution continues to be a problem again today, seems to be another continuation from the previous day.  It seems the pollution did stop for a little while, but apparently started up again when I got up to get some cleaning done due to not being able to sleep (not able to stop coughing); this happened after I turned on my light in my living room, I heard somebody walk down the public upstairs hallway (past my front door), the pollution started up again & got to a rather high level in a very, very short time.  As a result, I had to put on my respirator pretty quickly after I noticed it started again.  I am certain I won’t be helping my father tomorrow since I just won’t have the energy to help him with it due to not sleeping, not to mention I expect I’ll probably have a splitting migraine on top of it (time will only tell how many other health problems I will have, one on top of the other), when it comes time that I should have been heading out to the house to help my father.

I gave the cell phone number to the people below me as I stated before, explained the reason for it & they should use it as they feel they need to.  As I stated before, I expect my coughing on the pollution is keeping them awake, as it has been stated that they can hear me coughing when it is quiet in their unit (they once called me to ask if I was okay when I was heavily coughing on the pollution).  With any luck, they’ll use that to their advantage, which will show Charles how big of a problem is & hopefully get him to do something about it where he’s decided to give me the finger on this issue until I’m out (pretty much a statement of “fuck off, get lost”).

UPDATE:  As expected, I was up all night coughing on that crap coming from E26 & it just started increasing about 11:15 PM, ended up having to put my respirator on at 11:20 PM.  I expect that the bastard in E26 believes that he can get away with it while I'm gone until I get back from working on the house after 6 PM, but some days I have to stay home to get things done & I didn't even go today because I got no sleep coughing on that crap coming from his unit last night.  I expect I'm going to have to continue telling my father I'm not going for this reason & he's going to keep getting pissed off about it because I should be helping on the house I'm supposed to be moving into, but the owner of E26 just keeps thwarting everything I try to do with his secondhand filth, regardless of what I'm attempting to do at the time.  My father will likely stop accepting that after a few times (until he realizes just how bad it is after getting me out there & I won't be able to do anything useful), but if he has any smarts, he'll call Charles & try to get him to stop it so the pollution from that fucker next door isn't slowing down our progress in moving out; I've been told if my father can't sell this unit, I won't even be moving & he'll sell the house instead.  The owner of E26 seemed to be happy when Charles told him that I was attempting to move, but regardless of how much he may want me to move, he definitely isn't doing anything to make it go any faster (he's only slowing it down with his actions) & could make the move fall through entirely...

UPDATE:  Seems the best way to get across just how bad this problem is would be to allow the paramedics to come when I need them.  I've needed them a number of times in the past because of severe health problems from the non-stop pollution, but chose not to call them because I saw death as an escape from the problem.  Considering we have a house now, there were be little reason in allowing myself to die from this constant problem, so I might as well call for them when needed.  Not only will my parents get notified when I get hospitalized over it, but so with the management of this property.  I don't expect I'll be able to pay hospital bills from this, so we'll end up going after the person that got me in there in the first place to pay those bills.

UPDATE:  At 12:10 PM, only minutes after the last update, the pollution started picking up again.  At this point I'm going to be opening my windows, see if I can get some fresh air in here.

One thing I forgot to mention in the last update is that I'm considering putting up fliers regarding the problem again, seeing as Charles wants to ignore this situation.  If he's not helping me with the problem, I have little reason in trying to go through him to get the problem resolved, so I'll go through my old methods.  Of course I still have that complaint I haven't sent to his company yet; if he wants to bitch & moan about the fliers going up, I'll send that complaint then he can deal with their complaint department.

UPDATE:  The pollution from E26 started up again around 1:15 PM, it's now almost 1:30 & still continuing.  I'm going to be starting the stream again later after I finish a few things, but this just shows regardless of what plans he cancels/postpones, health problems he causes people to have or people he kills with it, he just doesn't care about anybody other than himself.

UPDATE:  The pollution from E26 got strong enough by 1:33 PM that I had to put my respirator back on again.  Given the fact that I have my windows open to try & get some clean air in here (which apparently isn't enough to filter the pollution regardless of being fully open), the people outside can see that I'm having to use this thing again & with any luck, are going to start questioning why & hopefully get back to Charles.

UPDATE:  Indoor temperature in my unit reached a peek low of 64° F today due to leaving my windows open all day to try & air out the pollution coming from E26.  The pollution pretty well continued for the majority of the day, only dying down sometime before midnight before I went to bed.  This run of the indoor pollution problem has been happening every day since 12/2/2015.
