Indoor pollution continues again today in Building E of the South 67 Condos & today I was able to verify that at least some of that pollution was still coming from where it has been for at least the past year.  While pollution has still been happening this morning, it has at least stayed low, so I haven't had too much to say about it, other than it's pretty much a continuation from yesterday.  I can't say that the pollution is fully coming from E26 at this point, but I know that at least some of it still is.

UPDATE:  As soon as I walked in the front door of the building, it was pretty obvious that the bastard in E26 was going all out with the pollution.  My fears were confirmed when I walked into my unit & immediately started coughing my head off, despite leaving all 3 air purifiers running the entire time I was gone.  My father came in afterwards because he needed to check him email, I was hacking my head off the entire time.  I pleaded with him to go speak to this jackass that caused this every, I don't think he even bothered, but I'm sure he got a firsthand experience of exactly what it causes, because I wasn't coughing that hard at the house & it didn't start up until we got back.

I removed the pictures of this fucker because he was keeping the pollution low for a few days, but today after the definite increase in pollution while I was gone (whether it was because I took down the pictures or not, I can not say, although I would expect that to be a part of the equation), so at this point I can say they DEFINATELY won't be taken down again.  Directly after my father left, I opened my windows & put my respirator back on again, after putting the bastards photos back up again.  The results as to what happened when I got back home tonight is what you see here.  Should the pollution continue at this level for the rest of the night, it is very unlikely I will be able to help my father with the house tomorrow, which will only prove how this pollution is going to slow down how quickly I can move out, if not entirely if my father can't sell the unit because of that pollution.

UPDATE:  Looks like the pollution from E26 has changed from the spice smell to the e-cig/hookah smell.  For it to get that strong in my bedroom (which is usually resistant to it), I think it goes without saying he's not holding anything back.  However he did change from one smell to another, so you could argue a possibly decrease, but then again this is a recent change to what has been happening probably all day since I left.  The big problem is that it's effecting my bedroom, which really isn't going to allow me to get to sleep or "sleep off" the illness it's causing & most likely I'll be too ill or tired to help my father with the house tomorrow.  I'm seriously going to have to consider using that excuse to try & recover from when the pollution gets as bad as it has tonight, seeing as yesterday I went to work on the house with an ALL DAY migraine, ringing ears & dizziness that had me keep running into walls.  I think my father is more likely to not accept that excuse than try to speak to Charles or the jackass causing the problem, but if it effects my work at the house despite getting dragged out there, sooner or later he's going to have to accept the excuse or even later still, take the matter to the bastard that is causing the problem, whether it's through Charles or directly.

UPDATE:  So the pollution from E26 continued until I started vomiting for the first time today.  So I added it to the list above, guess what?  The pollution only increases in retaliation to the addition of the health problem, where vomiting is one of the more severe problems I get from the pollution.  I think it's pretty obvious that I won't be helping my father with the house tomorrow, seeing as I expect this indoor pollution is going to keep me up all night coughing, vomiting & with splitting migraines.

While I had the windows open, the indoor temperature in my unit dropped to 64° F.  So from just what hit me since I came home, there will be a photo of severe temperatures due to not being able to use my central air because of that pollution, getting sent to bed ill from the pollution & likely my father mad about me not going to help him tomorrow because that pollution made me too ill to go help him (we'll see if that's the case or not tomorrow when I try to wake up.

UPDATE:  And after the above update, the pollution increases once again.  This is going to be a very long night...  I hope my father starts getting the smarts to call Charles or speak to the HOA about this after I'm too ill to help him a number of times because of the constant pollution...

UPDATE:  I ended up getting sent to bed ill about 10:25 PM, however I haven't gotten any sleep to speak of yet, since I can't stop coughing on the crap coming from E26 (been coughing almost non-stop on it for an hour since I attempted to go to bed) & my migraine & dizziness has only gotten much worse from it.  I expect the coughing is keeping the people below me awake so the pollution is not only effecting me, but also them if they can't get to sleep from my coughing, which is caused by E26's pollution.  I expect sooner or later I'm going to be getting an email or phone call from them about it, but there's little I can do about it since it's the pollution that's causing the non-stop coughing.  Seeing as Charles won't listen to me anymore, I'm going to give the people below me his cell phone number, let them know they should try texting him if the coughing is a problem, then perhaps Charles will call the bastard causing the problem & do something about it.  I know they don't like hearing about this problem, but I also know they don't like being kept awake by unneeded noise, so maybe they'll use that opportunity & I'll gain an ally in the getting the problem stopped.

UPDATE:  Temperature in my unit reached a peek low of 64° F today after I had to open my window to try & get some clean air into my unit because of the pollution coming from E26.  This indoor pollution problem has continued every day since 12/6/2016.

While it is unsurprising that when I got back from working on the house, the indoor pollution was still happening in Building E of the South 67 Condos.  What I can say is that it doesn’t appear the pollution seems to be coming from the same place at this point.  As I was leaving, I saw a woman out in the parking lot smoking, but she started heading in as I was getting in the car to leave.  The pollution was somewhat tolerable when I got back home, but still strong & persistent enough that I ended up having to put take some steps to try & deal with it; first I turned on the air purifiers, second was to open the windows & last ended up being putting the respirator back on again (all 3 within ten minutes).

Indoor smoking/drug use continues to be a problem in Building E of the South 67 Condos, once again coming from E26 (walking anywhere in front of their unit, despite whether it's near their front door or not, smells like a chemical spill & that smell carries down the public hallway as well).  I wasn't intending on doing a stream today, but seems I may have to since the pollution seems to have gotten much worse since I started doing them again (obvious retaliation if you ask me).

On another note, seems I'm having to take another day off from working on the house due to illness.  I can not say whether the indoor pollution is the cause of that yet or not, because it didn't get really bad until after I got back from being out yesterday.  I do expect the pollution played a part in it however, since I didn't vomit until I got back & started coughing heavily on the pollution (good thing I was in the bathroom at the time).  So as I already expected, illness (whether it's caused by the pollution or not) is slowing down how quickly we can finish fixing up the house & therefore, also slowing down how quickly I can move out.

UPDATE:  Due to an immediate increase in pollution that quite literally went from tolerable to sickening before I could even notice it started increased, I've had to open every since window in my unit to try & get some fresh air in here.  I'll probably have to put the respirator on also, which means people outside are going to see me with it on.  Seems the guy in E26 really doesn't want me moving out, because not only is his constant pollution preventing me from getting cleaning done so the unit can start being shown to potential buyers, my packing done so I can be ready for when the house is completed, making it so I can't help my father with repairing the house so I can move out quicker & the fact that my father won't even be moving me out if he can't sell the unit, this asshole just keeps doing things that is not only slowing down my ability to move out, but it's going to prevent it altogether.

UPDATE:  At about 1:30 PM, even with all my windows open to try & get some fresh air in my unit, the pollution from E26 still escalated to the point I had to put my respirator back on.  That fucker in E26 seems to be pushing this just as far as he can, although I can't entirely say I'm surprised since weekends have always been the worst.  I think it's time to get the BBB involved, seeing as it doesn't look like the pollution is going to even get back into a tolerable range for the remainder of the day.  Charles, I guarantee, is going to have a fit over this, but he chose to ignore the text I sent him earlier, so time to do something that is going to get his attention on the matter.

UPDATE:  Looks like I’ve found another way to deal with this rather than going through the BBB & that’s to file a complaint on the Property Management Systems website through their contact form.  This will DEFINITELY get the attention of Charles, but I’m pretty well expecting he’s going to attempt a lawsuit afterwards.  There is a reason why there are review & complaint systems; they’re meant to be used where there’s a problem & this is something that Charles either doesn’t understand or attempts to deter you from using them through a series of threats, hostility & belittlement, which appears to be an attempt to try & make you believe you have no rights living here (this actual statement has been said directly to me before by him).  This stops here!  I’m going to write that complaint & if the pollution has not stopped by the time I finish writing it, I’m going to send it.  I have a number of voice logs of calls he’s made to me (through a recording device I purchased specifically because of the calls I was getting from him) where it’s obvious just how those calls go & I intend on mentioning those in the complaint.  Of course the full blame can’t be put on him since it’s actually the HOA that prevented anything from getting done that would have put a stop to it, but I can still call out the faults of this company in that complaint that weren’t necessarily based on a decision from the HOA & that’s primarily on how Charles chose to respond to it.  It’s a long shot, but with any luck, maybe the company will decide that managing these condos is not worth it & tell them they will no longer manage them.  Eventually this is going to get on the BBB regardless, but for right now I need to try & keep the complaints private (or at least not visible to the public) until the unit has been sold.

UPDATE:  Complaint has been written; all I have to do is send it through their site.  We’ll see if the pollution continues to be unbearably strong before I send it, but once it is sent, this is basically going to get his superiors involved to see what can be done about it.  I wouldn’t be surprised if he ended up losing his position in PMS (or at least as Building Manager of these condos) after the complaint has been sent (it wouldn't be the first time I've stated something that somebody lost a management position over, although at that point I wasn't really shooting for it) & I’ve stated in the complaint that I’m expecting he’s going to attempt to take legal action once it gets to him based on previous discussions (one-sided rants is more accurate), so they’ll already be aware of what he will probably attempt to do once he gets the complaint.  Given the complaint is probably too long to be sent over their web form, I’ll probably upload it to Google Docs, along with the voice logs, so they can access what is needed for the complaint there.  I also have a number of texts I backed up to DOC files, so I can include those as well.

UPDATE:  While I can't say I'm surprised, after I added earaches to the list of health problems caused by the pollution coming from E26, the pollution picked up again after that change was made.  Obvious retaliation if you ask me, I wasn't smelling it when I woke up & added it, but did almost directly afterwards.  Why didn't I add the note when the health issue was actually happening?  I don't always add health problems as they are happening because I may not get to the computer right away; this is particularly true when I'm attempting to sleep, however I keep a piece of papers next to my bed so I can jot down notes & not have to run from the bedroom to the computer when I was trying to sleep.  The people below me have stated that they can hear me walking around at night, particularly in the bedroom, so I attempt to minimize doing things in the bedroom at night whenever possible (of course I still have to make a few trips before I can got to bed to move around air purifiers, portable coolers, space heaters, scented candles & get up a few times to adjust the space heater (portable cooler has a remote, but I still have to put water & ice into it & it will start beeping if it gets low), so there is still walking around I wouldn't have to do if not for the constant pollution.  Because the pollution picked up as quickly as it did after adding one minor health problem to the list (childish retaliation), I ended up putting on my respirator again & opening a window for some hopefully clean air.  I can't stay up all night, I have to get some sleep so I can help my father with the house tomorrow; just got up for a little while since I've been resting most of the day & won't be able to sleep for a little while.  If the pollution gets bad enough, I may end up becoming too ill to help him tomorrow; I have to wonder how many times that will have to happen before my father goes after the guy himself.

I woke up this morning to a potent smell of pollution, which at the time I couldn't tell exactly what it was, but I knew it was enough to wake me out of a relaxed state & get me back to my computer rather quickly.  It was 7:43 AM in the Building E of the South 67 Condos, where even the air purifier running right next to my face while I slept wasn't enough to filter that much pollution at one time.  When I got to my computer however, I couldn't smell it anymore & attempted to go back to bed for a little while.  I ended up heading to the bathroom instead, where I started smelling what smelled like cigarette smoke as I was finishing up about 8:02 AM.  By 8:03 AM, I could also smell it in my bedroom after attempting to go back to bed again & knew I needed to get up & start another public log on the matter.  By 8:17 AM, the pollution was strong enough in my home office that I ended up having to put the respirator back on again (with the blinds open of course).  As I continued to work on finishing up the logs from yesterday, I took off the respirator at about 8:20 AM to blow my nose, noticed the smell of cigarettes was continuing to increase & put the respirator back on as soon as I could.  At this rate of increase with the pollution, I'll be writing a review on the management of the condos (seeing as there is no listing for these condos & I requested one some time ago, the response from BBB was the file the complaint against the management company since that was already listed) within the hour, although really it needs to be made against the HOA.  In any case I've dealt with the management more than the HOA, so perhaps it's the correct place to direct that kind of complaint regardless.  Of course I'm not actually the owner of the unit, so rather than filing an official complaint, I'll be making a review about the company on the BBB website, then I'm pretty well expecting more retaliation from Charles as a result from it (once it gets on the BBB website, I won't be able to remove it as I have been able to in the past, so this one won't be reversible.  This run of the pollution has been happening every day since 12/6/2016.

UPDATE:  By about 9:15 AM, when I had to take off the respirator to answer a call from my father, it became apparent that I was going to have to open some windows to get some clean air into my unit, seeing as what smells like cigarette smoke hasn't stopped coming into my unit since 8:02 AM.  I'm not sure what got this bugger to keep it low yesterday, but it's pretty obvious he has no intentions in keeping it low today.  Considering it seems to be cigarette smoke, I could get the Tobacco Prevention & Control program to call Building Management again, although there's little they can do about drug use (e-cigs & hookah is another matter).  First I have to make another call to Comcast to get some things in order for the move, but I'll make that call afterwards if I need to.  I'm also going to get a flyer ready to be put in my window since the bastard in E26 keeps pushing this matter as far as he can go with it (although details of location are going to have to be kept at a minimum until after I've moved, although those details will be republished in full after the unit is sold).  I'm sure this guy wants me out as soon as possible, but if what my father said a couple days ago is accurate, that pollution is likely going to keep me here or have me moving back in after I've already moved back out if he can't sell the unit.

UPDATE:  Considering E26 isn't exactly known for cigarette smoke indoors (although some of his guests or others living there are known for it), I attempted to figure out where it was coming from.  While I couldn't figure out where it was coming from on this side of the building, the same pollution that usually hits my unit was coming pretty strong from E28.  While I may not be able to say much about the cigarette smell, I can say that I expect the pollution that was coming from E28 is originating in E26; it's already been proven that that pollution can effect every unit on this side of the building on the top floor (I wouldn't be surprised if it effected the bottom floor also).  While I can't really point fingers on the cigarette smoke, it's still within the domain of the Tobacco Prevention & Control program, so I can still give them a call, especially since I already know that the Building Manager won't be doing anything about it unless my father speaks to him directly & so far I haven't managed to get my father to show any interest in the matter (okay, maybe some interest, but not enough to try & do anything about it).

Before I could post this update, the pollution increased yet again, so at the rate things are going, getting a health inspector out here (if I can find one that will deal with this problem) might be a good route to take.  I have the day off from working at the house today because I had to get some things done at home, so I have time to get these things done today if needed & it's pretty apparent it's needed...

UPDATE:  I've spoken to my father a number of times today, most every time I was coughing into the phone most of the time.  He already knows why this is & I've stated to him the reason for it a number of times, so with any luck maybe he'll be making a call to Charles to try & get us some relief from it until I can move out.  The pollution is not only going to prevent us from selling the unit (which mean I won't be moving if he can't sell it), but it's also going to prevent me from getting cleaning done so my father can start showing the unit as well as packing done so I can be ready to move out when we've finished repairing the house.  I'm half expecting it's going to keep sending me to bed ill before I can even leave my unit to go work on the house (not that I expect my father will accept that excuse very often, unless I'm literally vomiting all over the place), so that's also going to slow down my ability to move out if he doesn't have the help to finish the house quicker.

UPDATE:  The pollution from E26 started getting particularly strong around 5:30 PM, which was when I put the draft back up that I was working on & it only started increasing in retaliation.  As a result, I think it’s time to start the stream up again, see as he appears to want to play these games again.

UPDATE:  The pollution is getting too strong again, even with my windows open to get some air in here, so looks like I’ll have to put the respirator on again.  Of course if the windows are open, so are the blinds, so people will be able to see I have to wear this thing & start questioning why that would be.  I’ll have the stream of health problems up pretty soon.

UPDATE:  Peek temperature in my unit reached a peak low of 65° F today due to not being able to use my heater via central air due to pollution coming from other units; I expect it would have gotten colder if not for the fact that I've been attempting to get my washing done for 2 days straight.  This is also why I had my gas shut off in September of 2015, knowing that I wouldn't be able to use my central air while the persistent indoor pollution problem continued & I didn't want to have to continue paying a fee to keep on a utility I knew I wouldn't be able to use while that problem continued.

Okay, fuck this!  The bastard in E26 in Building E of the South 67 Condos, is making it a point he's not going to stop the indoor smoking/drug use by either continuing the pollution even after I am visually pointing out he is the person causing it or playing games with it by continuing directly after I've taken that visual statement down, so at this point I'm making it a point that I'm not going to remove ANYTHING from these blogs anymore.  If he wants it removed, he can tell me in person he's going to knock it off & he better keep that promise, because I won't give him another chance.  Some information is still negated so my father can still sell the unit when I'm ready to move out, but the pollution coming from E26 is likely to prevent me from moving out if he can't sell the unit because of it...or have me moving back if I've already moved out (something he stated last night as we were coming back from working on the house).  This dumbfuck in E26 is trying to make a point how much he doesn't want me here with the high toxicity levels of his pollution, but based on what my father has stated, if he can't sell the unit, then I won't be moving & he's just going to sell the house we purchased that I was supposed to move into.  As much as the owner of E26 may want me gone, he's only pushing the matter to the point that I won't be moving because my father won't be able to sell this unit with that level of constant pollution.  Should I find out that he's sold the house rather than this unit before I have moved, I will be republishing everything that has been removed previously, including what continued to be logged after it was removed & taking this matter to an all new height that could easily have a number of people moving due to the escalated conflicted between myself & this ignorant bastard & his inconsiderate attitude towards those around him with his filthy indoor habits.

UPDATE:  Pollution started getting pretty bad again about 1:10 AM, shortly before I was intending on going to bed.  The further the owner of E26 goes with the problem he is causing, the further I intend on going with it as well.  While I'm certain this increase in pollution was an attempt to make me want to move, in all honesty I've been wanting to move for over a year already not only because of the pollution, but also because of the discrimination & hostility of others in the building.  Currently the main problem of pollution is coming from the owner of E26 & regardless of him knowing what it does to people, he continues to do it like a big "FUCK YOU" to everybody he's causing daily health problems for.  I'm certain the guy wants me out (this has already been stated by the Building Manager from these condos when I asked him if he told him that I was attempting to move) because I'm one of the most verbal in attempts to fight it, but the problem is that if that pollution prevents this unit from being sold (as has been the case in E22 before), I won't be moving because my father seems to be more concerned about whether he can sell the unit or not than getting me out of the constant health hazard I'm currently in.  We already have a house that we are attempting to fix up so I can move out ASAP, however if my father can not sell this unit for whatever reason (including what others are doing in the building), he's going to sell the house rather than this unit & I'll be stuck here until the day I die.  I sure as hell wasn't happy hearing this (especially since I know this is going to be the case with the constant pollution from E26) & at this point I think the guy in E26 thinks it's a bluff due to the increase of duration of pollution, which quite honestly has become a non-stop problem since he realized I wouldn't take down his picture anymore unless he reasoned with me face to face.  I'm sure the bastard in E26 is pushing the matter as far as he can to make a point & make my life a living hell, but it's going to adversely end up preventing me from moving if my father can't sell the unit, so can I accurately assume that this waste of human life really wants a constant conflict until the day I die?!?  I guess we'll find out...

At this point I have my respirator on just so I can finish this update before I go to bed.  I'm expecting I'm going to be dealing with heavy pollution from him all night in retaliation to the fact that I'm not pulling any punches because of the constant pollution & outright disgust that even through he wants me out, he's continuing a problem that is going to keep me here against my will (and I'm certain his as well).  I'm more than expecting I will be too ill to help my father with getting the house fixed up tomorrow, so that means an even longer period for me to move out (of course with the way the bastard in E26 is going with the pollution, I probably won't be moving out at all).  Perhaps I need to contact the Building Manager to let him know what my father said about what's going to happen if he is unable to sell the unit, seeing as I'm certain both the Building Management & the HOA want me out probably as much as the rest of the people living here.

UPDATE:  I did end up texting Charles last night (one long message over 7 texts) & removed the blocks on his phone numbers in case he chose to call me back.  While I can't say I'm surprised, he didn't respond.  Well this is going to be taken a step further if I end up getting stuck here in the event that my father sells the house instead of the unit, I'll start putting up a URL in my window again that will explain what happened.  Normally I would put it up in the public hallway, but considering I know this fucker will take them down (as he did many times with the Tobacco Smoke Mortality Fact Sheet I attempted to put up), I need to put it somewhere he won't have access to.  I know the Building Management will have a fit about this, but if he's going to ignore the situation & warning like he just got that states I may be here for many more years to come if we can't sell this unit (where I could be out in possibly 1 to 3 months if we can sell it), then that's what happens for ignoring the situation.  Charles did originally state that the "HOA" might be willing to purchase the unit, so if that is possible, whether my father is able to sell the unit to another individual may be irrelevant, however I don't expect my father will get as much from the HOA for the unit as he would from somebody who wanted to live here & I don't believe my father would accept such an offer, so I still don't think it will count.

UPDATE:  Another long day of working on the house to try & get it ready so I can move out, no big surprise the pollution was still happening when I got back & no surprise that it could be smelled not only in my unit, but also in the public hallways.  While the pollution wasn't very strong when I first got back, that low toxicity level was short lived & I ended up having to open a window & put my respirator back on again (with the blinds open, of course).

Looks like Charles chose to completely ignore the text I sent him earlier, so perhaps I should get some other organizations involved in this mess of a residential complex, like the BBB.  I'm sure he wants me out just as much as the rest of the people in the building, so you would have thought that he'd do something about a problem that is going to prevent me from moving; the outcome in the end is going to be these condos getting made an example of on a level no one is going to see coming, so there's going to be regret in ignoring it in the end.

Honestly, with the low toxicity levels today when I got back, I was considering writing a toned down update about this & possibilities why he might be doing it, once of those possibilities not including malicious intent, but now I don't see a point in even writing it since I think it's pretty obvious he increased the pollution when he realized I was back home.  My father seems to think he's doing it to "get back" at me for fighting against the pollution coming from other units & I don't doubt that.  I more think he's doing it to give me hell because I made a commotion about the pollution from other units, since I think at least at one point he did seem to care about how it effected others in the building & was taking it outside.  Right now, it's pretty obvious he's either doing it to cause problems or just doesn't give a damn about those around him & that's why I continue this fight on a daily basis, making his actions public, so people can make a determination just what kind of person he is.

UPDATE:  Interesting note was that after I made the last update, it appeared that the pollution stopped for a few hours.  It did start up again around 10:15 PM, however for the most part stayed tolerable (even through I still needed to open a window for a while to get that pollution into a tolerable level, I could get away with it with just a crack of the window rather than opening it fully).  What's odd about this is while I believed that Charles completely ignored the text I sent him this morning, I was beginning to wonder if he did contacted the owner of E26 despite not contacting me.

The pollution continued in this fashion until after 3 AM the next day, where I went to bed in that hour.  While the pollution was still happening at that time, it was at least low enough not to be a big issue.  At this point I was wondering if we were going to be able to live with each other (or at least tolerable each other) until I was able to move out; I have my doubts on that seeing as this hasn't been the case in the past, but we'll see...

Indoor temperature in my unit reached a peek low of 64° F today due to not being able to use my heater via central air due to the pollution coming from E26; it is likely it would have gotten cooler if not for the fact that I was attempting to get my clothes washed last night & the dryer puts off enough heat to keep my unit pretty warm, so it warmed up the unit to almost 70° before I went to bed.  This pollution is also the same reason why I had my gas shut off in September of 2015, knowing that I wouldn't be able to use central air while that pollution persisted & didn't to continue paying a fee to keep on a utility I wasn't using.

Indoor smoking/drug use continues again in Building E of the South 67 Condos, once again coming from E26.  It appears that posting his picture online as the cause of that pollution gets his attention to stop it temporarily, but obviously doesn't make enough of an impact to make sure it doesn't happen again, so I expect that picture will be visible on the page it's showing on 24/7 until I move sooner or later.  Currently I'm also embedded it into the streams when it gets particularly strong, with the picture on the stream page when it's not running, however before I could even get this log started, it seems he'd rather retaliate to the picture going up with increased pollution rather than knocking it off, so it looks like it's a permanent additional to the stream page at this point (unless he gets it through his head to knock it off).  In any case, I'm going to bed here soon, so it will be up all night if he doesn't get it through his head to knock it off before I hit the sack; if I get another night of retaliation to the photo being up, where I have no voice when I wake up, I won't remove it until the day I move.

UPDATE:  Ended up getting woken up by a call from my father today, where he wants me to go help him work on the house.  I need to get some cleaning done in my unit so he can start showing it to be sold, however I'm going to welcome the chance to get out of this health hazard for a while, perhaps avoiding some health problems caused by that bastard next door.  Since I've woken up however, I've noticed that spice smell is actually strong enough in every room in my unit that I'm likely going to be too ill to even help him by the time I get out to the house.  I decided to put my respirator on until my father calls to let me know he's on his way.  I've considered throwing that picture up to get him to knock it off until I can leave, but I think we're too far along with the health problems I'm already getting that I don't think it's really going to matter at this point...

UPDATE:  I was out most of the day helping my father with the house that I'm supposed to be moving into when we've finished repairs.  When I got back, I wasn't at all surprised that the pollution from E26 was EXTREMELY bad (not only in my unit, but could also be smelled in the public hallways clear to the front door of the building), causing a coughing fit almost immediately right in front of my father seeing as he needed to use my computer/internet to do a few things before he left.  As soon as my father left, I threw up the picture of that bastard that is causing this constant problem & it's going to stay up until that filth clears out of my unit.

One thing I was discussing with my father was what he intended on doing if he's not able to sell this unit after I move out; seems he's against the idea of suing the fucker that is causing the problem that is likely going to prevent the unit from being sold, my father thinks it would be a better idea to move me back in here & sell the house instead.  I nearly told him he should just sell the house now if that's his opinion on it, I'm not going to continue working on a house that I'm not going to be moving into.  I expect my father is going to attempt to find a buyer for this unit before I move out & if we can't get a buyer because of that pollution (or any other reason), I won't be moving out at all & he will sell the house he just got instead.  So what that moron in E26 is doing to try & force me to move out might instead end up preventing me from moving & result in these condos becoming a public display of suicide as a result of the actions of the owner of E26.  If my father does end up selling the house over the condo, I'm going to be certain to throw this in the face of the Building Manager so he knows why I won't be moving, then he's going to need to make a decision on how to get it to stop before the condos are made an example of just how big of a problem this matter is & the person causing it specifically named as the cause of it when it's all said & done with.

UPDATE:  Despite what was said earlier in the last update, the pollution is still continuing.  Sure it stopped (or at least stayed low) for a couple hours after it was posted, but didn't completely stop & started getting strong again around 10 PM.  Of all the people that has it out for me the most in the building, you would think he'd be the one person that would also want me out the most, but what he's going to do is end up keeping me here instead if my father can't sell the unit & the pollution coming from his unit is going to be the prime factor in that.  One thing I forgot to mention in the last update, is that if my father is no longer trying to sell this unit, meaning I'm stuck here & unable to move, all information that was previously hidden will be republished at that time, then he can deal with trying to sell the unit with that information public after I'm already dead.

UPDATE:  The pollution from E26 ended up becoming strong again around 11:40 PM.  Even after putting up the photo of the scumbag that is causing the problem, he still isn't stopping.  What makes this matter even worse is the fact that he may want me out more than anybody in the building, yet this dirty habit of his is going to prevent me from moving if this unit can't be sold.  I don't think it matters how many times I say it, he's going to keep doing it even if it prevents me from being able to move, so I really can't say he's looking forward to me moving as much as he has previously let on.  What it's going to come down to is he's going to find out the full extent of what he's done when I post an update that I won't be moving because my father decided he couldn't sell the unit, then all hell is going to break loose when everything regarding this problem gets republished & I refuse to take it down again.  It's going to get republished regardless since it's obviously the bastard in E26 won't stop that pollution, but considering that pollution is likely going to prevent my father from selling this unit, this also means that I won't likely be moving either & only the owner of E26 will be to blame for it at that time.

UPDATE:  So after I post the last update, he starts up again after he realized the photo is gone...  More retaliation it seems...  I guess I can leave that photo up all night if I have to or until I move if he's particularly persistent.  Of course if the pollution is particularly bad, it's very likely I won't be moving seeing as my father won't be able to sell the unit & won't allow me to move.  This ignorant asshole in E26 is just digging his own grave; or perhaps more accurately, my grave, but it will be his reputation on the line when it's all said & done with.

Indoor smoking/drug use continues to be a problem in Building E of the South 67 Condos, again coming from E26.  Yesterday he apparently was attempting to push the matter as far as he could after I got home from getting some things done with the new place I’m going to be moving to soon, however he was apparently haven’t an issue getting it to that level of pollution to have it do a number on me because I had windows wide open to get some clean air in here.  This unfortunately got me into very low temps in my unit, however no lower than it was this morning (I’m expecting lower before morning, however).  Eventually I got tired of ranting about this total asshole & just starting putting on the respirator, leaving the blinds open so people could start questioning why I would have to use an air-filtration apparatus in my own home in the first place.  This run of the pollution problem has been happening every day since 12/6/2015.

Indoor smoking/drug use continues to be a problem in Building E of the South 67 condos, once again coming from E26.  It did stop for some time yesterday, but unfortunately started getting strong before 1 AM this morning; eventually I turned the pollution illness stream back on again.  This run of the pollution has been happening every day since 12/6/2015.

UPDATE:  I got woken up by a call from my doctor this morning, shortly before 9 AM, ended up having to run to the home office to get it since the phone in my bedroom screwed up again...  I noticed the hookah smell was still present in my home office, although somewhat mild.  After I had gone to the bathroom & come back to the home office, the smell couldn't be smelled, but had started up again within 2 minutes of getting in there.  At this point I don't really see that E26 intends on giving me ANY break from the pollution,, so I don't see any reason why I should hold back in my efforts to fight this.  Due to the level of toxicity in my unit that came from E26, I ended up having to open windows in my unit to get some fresh air inside.  Given it was already 63° F in my unit when I woke up due to not being able to use central air because of this constant pollution problem, I can only imagine how cold it's going to get before I'm able to close the windows again...going to have to put on a coat...

UPDATE:  I've been out most of the day, getting measurements on the house I'm going to be moving to when it's fixed up, discussing how we were going to wire the house for phone, internet & TV, as well as a number of other things.  Before I came back, he had to get some stuff at Home Depot to start patching up the walls, since what he had was dried up & he didn't realize it until he opened up the container & found out about the time he was about to get it done.  While I was at Home Depot, I was looking to purchase a replacement respirator (something my father didn't understand what I was talking about, I had to explain it as an air-filtration device); he said I should hold off on that if I'm going to be moving soon, I responded by saying I've been without a voice for 4 days already because of the pollution coming from next door.  Unfortunately Home Depot didn't have the model I was looking for (looking for a specific model since I have a couple replacement filters already), so I'll probably have to order a replacement on Amazon (where I purchased it before).

When we got back, my father wanted me to make a copy of the diagram he had made with the measurements of the house, since he was giving me his only copy of it.  While he was here & he was making a few adjustments, I asked him if he could smell the smell I could.  He stated that he could smell something, but didn't really say anything about what he thought it was (pretty much the same thing he said last time he was here).  I stated that that smell comes from my next door neighbor every day, usually much stronger than it currently was.  To my surprise, he actually asked me where it was coming from this time.  I pointed the direction of my unit that it was coming from, stated E26, then said he could smell it if he walked past his unit.  When my father left, he didn't bother to follow up on that, but he has some idea as to what's going on at this point.  One thing I did notice while I was at my parents house was that smell was coming off of me, which is not surprising considering my clothes are sitting in a closet that neighbors the asshole's unit that is causing the problem.  Taking a shower to remove it from my body does little when it attaches itself to both me & my clothes regardless of whether they're being worn or not.

After my father left, I had to open a window again to get some air in here since the air purifier alone wasn't enough to clean the air (never is when it's constant pollution, especially when the toxicity level is high).  Considering the pollution did not stop before I left, that page with links to his information has been up pretty well all day again (this is the 3rd day in a row this has been the case).  Doesn't seem he really cares about it since he just continues the pollution, so I really don't see any point in tracking time to see if he's actually stopped to take it down; it will stay up until I move at this rate.

UPDATE:  As expected, the pollution increased quite quickly after the last update, which I was kind of expecting from him.  This guy seems to make it a habit of retaliating to my steps of fighting for clean air where I live, which not only shows his stubbornness on the matter, but also his inconsiderate nature & outright disgusting temperament.  I'll be glad when I'm out of here so I won't have to deal with his disgusting habit & attitude.  The logging of this problem that were previously removed will be restored some time after I move out, going back to February of 2014, seeing as it's pretty obvious he don't intend on stopping, therefore I won't have any reason not to put it back up.

UPDATE:  The pollution increased again, probably less than 5 minutes after the last update.  Again not a surprise & again not surprising to be retaliation to something I posted, making the pollution much worse than the time before.  I have to wonder how strong that pollution will need to get before other people in the building start complaining about it; shall we find out?  I'll have the stream up in a while, but for now I need to see what I can do to filter out that pollution, so I have my windows WIDE open, which is only going to drop my indoor temperature much lower for a much more EXTREME temperature photo to be added to the logging after midnight.

UPDATE:  Pollution increase again, looks like more retaliation in a matter of about 3 minutes of the last update.  This log alone is going to point out just what kind of scumbag this asshole is.  I can take this another route if I need to, let's find some other sites to copy this collection of links around to.

UPDATE:  Pollution continues to increase from E26.  I started wondering if the pollution was coming from outside when I posted something about it, seems that wasn't the case when I closed my windows to verify whether that was the case or not.  I think he's trying to make the matter as intolerable as possible, which is going to be hard for him to pull off when I have my windows wide open to air out the filth that bastards is attempting to shovel into my unit in retaliation to making his actions public.  This will be his undoing when other people start complaining about it.  I'm considering calling the police myself, however I don't think they will respond to it.  The other option is I start hitting the wall again in response to the pollution, perhaps he'll call the police himself, then they can deal with what they're smelling.  Of course if he has any smarts, he'll knock it off after his calls the police, which wouldn't be surprising seeing as he seems to avoid the police by not answering the door when they come knocking on it.

UPDATE:  And another increase in pollution, only seconds after the last update was posted.  Anybody following these logs should be able to easily see just how this person is.  People may not know where this is happening while the name of the condos are hidden, but that will all be republished later, then it will be apparently just who I'm talking about.  In the mean time while he's playing these games, I've found another location to copy that collection of links to that will have them indexed by the search engines (once they get indexed, I won't be able to remove the cache of that index, so he better knock it off before that happens).

UPDATE:  Increase in pollution again, this log is easily going to make a record for the longest log on this problem to date.  I think I'm going to start taking this matter another route; let's see if I can get anybody to come over that can give me a written statement of the toxicity level of the pollution.

UPDATE:  I guess there's another way to do this & that would be to get the background check done, submit that information to Mugshots.com, then link over that information once they publish it.  With the constant increase of pollution, I will be taking that route pretty quickly.  Of course I'll still need to wait for Mugshots.com to publish that information, but this will be the result of his ignorance.

UPDATE:  Seems this dumbshit just isn't getting it (not that that's really a surprise, already knowing what his character is like).  At this point I have my respirator on & my blinds open so people can see that I'm having to use it.  I will be starting up the stream again when I get back in the living room.  At that point there is going to be a VERY long rant about this poor excuse for a human being, seeing as being out as long as I have today has allowed me to get back my voice for the most part.  At this point I've made a decision I'm not even going to attempt to track time to take down the collection of links anymore; it will stay up until I move, then everything will be going public again back to February of 2014 of the current problem while living at these condos after the unit is sold.

UPDATE:  Called my father to discuss the cables I found online that are to be run in the new house, found that my voice was nearly gone again.  When I realized this, I pointed out to my father just how bad that fucker next door was pushing it & I'm sure he could hear it in my voice (or lack thereof is perhaps more accurate).  When I took of the respirator to speak to my father, I could tell just how potent that bastard allowed it to get.  I'm going to attempt to get the police out here tonight if possible; even if they won't respond to the calls of suspected drug use in E26, they should respond when I call for the paramedics, which I expect I'm going to get to very quickly if I leave the respirator off very long.  This will make for a very interesting broadcast tonight indeed...

UPDATE:  The bastard in E26 started up with the hookah smell again around 10:30 PM, ended up having to put respirator on again.  As with before, blinds are open so people can question why I'm having to use this in my own home.

Indoor smoking/drug use continues again today in Building E of the South 67 Condos, again coming from E26.  I made it a point to say that it was going to take an hour of no pollution to get that collection of links taken down if his pollution got strong enough to put it back up again before I shut off the broadcast of health problems caused by it, he's not giving me more than a few minutes, so likely it's going to be up all day again (at least until he goes to sleep, perhaps the pollution will die off then).  In any case, it seems that since he's not getting his way, he's just increasing the pollution, so I'm going to have to put on my respirator again, which means if he does stop the pollution while I'm using it, I won't know it until I take it off again & I won't start tracking the time again until I know he's stopped (meaning no longer smelling it).  I increased the requirement to get it removed from a few minutes to an hour to try & get it through his head not to even let the pollution get strong enough to have it put up in the first place; apparently that wasn't enough to get the point across (not that I can say I'm surprised, this has been happening every since I realized he was the one causing the pollution).

I've started the countdown a few times before it got in the high toxicity range that made it apparent he was retaliating to it, only ever reached a few minutes before I reset the timer because the pollution started again; now it doesn't look like it's going to be stopping at all (maybe if he reads this & gets it through his head to knock it off, but that's highly unlikely given this has been an ongoing battle with him for almost a year now), so on goes the respirator & I'll start tracking it again later if he has stopped by the time I take it off again.  Currently I not only have the respirator on, but also have the air purifier on (which wasn't enough on it's own) & a window open to get some (hopefully) fresh air in here (despite how cold it is outside, which means the temperature in my unit is going to drop to a peek low I'll have to add to the logs with a picture.

If I end up getting sent to bed ill again from his pollution (which I'm not far off from right now) without getting the hour first, I'll just leave it up again while I sleep; I did this last night because the pollution got strong enough to effect my bedroom while I was trying to sleep; he retaliated by making it extremely strong, then I woke up with a sore throat that felt like it was going to tear apart when I attempted to talk, so I had no voice for several hours in the morning (that caused me to cancel my plans of going to a movie with my mother).  If he does that again, I'll just leave it up until midnight again.  I'm half-expecting that even if he knows I'll leave it up all day again in response to a repeat of what he did last night, he'll still do it again since none of this really gets through to him regardless of how many times I say it.  I can't really use the respirator while sleeping if I'm laying down, but perhaps I can use it while sleeping in the recliner.

UPDATE:  Looks like I'm getting sent to bed ill again regardless at about 4:40 AM; I already knew this when I started the log, but was hoping I could outlast it (unfortunately I've had a splitting migraine from hacking on the pollution for several hours & I haven't been able to stop coughing long enough to get rid of it, so I'm heading to bed again & the page won't be removed until I wake up (provided I'm not smelling the pollution again when I wake up; if it causes what it did yesterday, I'll just leave the page up all day again & I'll be expecting the hour break from it before I take it down tomorrow).

UPDATE:  I decided last night that an hour of no pollution might be a little steep, so I decided a half-hour should be good enough.  I did start smelling that pollution in my bed again after I went to bed & didn't particularly want to take a chance on what happened last night, so I grabbed my respirator & a blanket, closed the blinds in my living room & attempted to sleep on the recliner.  Something appears to be wrong with my respirator, not allowing me to wear it for long periods of time, so I may have to replace the face mask for it, which means more expenses to go after him with if we take him to court.  Because the respirator is having problems, I decided to go back to bed & take the tower air purifier from my living room into my bedroom, to be used on top of the bedroom air purifier & the scented candle burning.

When I woke up around 12:20 PM, my throat was extremely sore again, my voice nearly gone (it was completely gone yesterday) and I haven't been able to stop coughing since I woke up.  Within 20 minutes of hacking on this pollution (after waking up), I had a splitting migraine again (which is what usually sends me to bed ill, if not extreme nausea or just lack of energy).  I was using my space heater last night, so I decided not to use the pollution in the bedroom to decide whether I was going to leave the page up until midnight again.  I was able to smell pollution in my home office, but it wasn't particularly strong, so I decided that I won't be taking it down immediately, but if the owner of E26 can give me a half-hour of no pollution, I will take it down after that time.  In the mean time if it gets strong, I'll start seeing if I can find any more links to add to that list.

Right now I have my air purifier in my home office running, as well as a window open when I started using my computer.  It was 66° F when I woke up according to my thermostat, which means with the window open, it will likely drop to that point where I include photos to prove peek low/high temperatures in my unit due to not being able to use central air because of the pollution coming from E26.

UPDATE:  Looks like he still can't give me more than a few minutes of no pollution, so that page probably will be up all day again, especially if I get sent to bed ill again from it.  I honestly believe it's going to be up until the day I move at this rate...

UPDATE:  I ended up getting sent to bed ill again at about 6:15 PM, not so much for a migraine this time, but due to lack of energy from dealing with the problem (probably a combination of stress & energy lost coughing on the crap coming from next door).  When I woke up. my throat was still extremely sore, but I had gained back my voice again (possibly the second air purifier in my bedroom while I'm sleeping taken from my living room).  Once I got back in the home office, I couldn't smell the pollution anymore, so decided to take down that page for the time being.  At this point I don't see any point in littering these logs with mention of that page over & over & over again, so I'll just republish it quietly when the pollution gets strong enough for it to go up again & they'll have to considering knocking it off for at least a half-hour before it's going to be taken down again.  I chose not to post this update until the pollution started up again seeing as I think he might be using these logs against me & was half-expecting it to start up again directly after I posted it.

UPDATE:  The pollution from E26 got particularly strong again somewhere around 10 PM again.  It started picking back up even before I posted the last update, but now it's strong enough to definitely cause health problems.  I'll likely be turning the stream of health problems on again later.  As for other methods regarding this problem, well those were put back into effect a while again will be staying in effect until he's proven he's going to knock it off.  At this point the pollution level is high enough that I'm going to attempt to use my respirator again; it still works for short periods, but until I deal with that smell that's coming from it (inside of it), I won't be able to use it for long periods (will likely need to replace it, I can get one at Home Depot if needed).

UPDATE:  I ended up getting forced to bed ill last night at about 12:45 AM due to a splitting migraine from not being unable to stop coughing on the pollution coming from E26.  To make matters worse, the pollution he was causing ended up becoming strong enough to effect my bedroom last night (which is somewhat resistant to the pollution, at least where my bed is) while I was trying to sleep, as it had been 2 nights in a row last week.  I've stated before that if that pollution got that strong again, I would be leaving up the page of links about the person causing the problem until I woke up, so as of 1:16 AM, I left it up for almost 8.5 hours until I woke up.  Did the fact that that link was up stop him?  No, of course not!  At first it started to increase, then it did stop for a while, however by 1:31 AM I had to light a scented candle on top of the air purifier I was using.  The scented candle helped for a while, by it got strong enough sometime afterwards that I thought I was going to have to bring another air purifier into my bedroom also.  I decided last night that if the pollution escalated in retaliation to the page being left up for several hours while I slept (or attempted to sleep), I was going to leave it up all day until midnight.

When I woke up about 8 AM, my throat literally hurt like hell.  I was afraid to even attempt to talk, since it would begin hurting before I could even start making sound from my mouth.  Because of this pain, I didn't even want to get out of bed.  I knew my mother would be calling me today to see if I wanted to go to a movie because of my previous discussion yesterday & I probably wouldn't be able to even speak to her over the phone, so I got up, found my Halls cough drops & started sucking on them in attempt to numb the pain in my throat so I could at least answer her when she called, but I think it's more likely I'll be going to the hospital than the movie at this point...  Regardless of the situation & sucking on the cough drops, the pollution could be smelled as soon as I entered my hallways after exiting my bedroom, which caused additional coughing, so while I did take down the page for a few minutes after I got to my computer, I decided that I'm going to leave that page up until midnight since it's obvious this guy isn't going to give up.  To take it a step further, when I put it back up, the pollution quickly started escalating at a rapid rate in retaliation to it being put back up (probably should have just left it up rather than taking it down for a couple minutes).  Given I'm going to have to keep popping cough drops, I'm not really going to have the option of using the respirator, but perhaps the "vapor action" of the cough drops will help neutralize the smell so I can minimize coughing (I don't expect it will do anything about the toxins, but perhaps they'll help with the coughing regardless; they are cough drops after all).  If I do end up going to the hospital, I intend on going after the bastard that caused this in one way or another; how is still undecided.  Obviously I'm not going to assault him, but I would defend myself from him if I had to.  Either it's going to be through legal action or hitting the wall if he doesn't get the point.  I'm going to get out a pad of paper, since if the cops get called, I expect that's going to be my only means of communication with them (other than perhaps the computer, which would be quicker, but they're not going to understand that at the doorway).

UPDATE:  While I can't say I'm surprised, the human filth in E26 made it a point that he's not going to stop, despite already turning me into a mute victim of his pollution (at least for the day; will probably be longer at the rate it's going).  At this point I don't even see a point in taking it down at the end of the day, I'll probably be leaving it up until I move & attempting to find more information online I can link in that page.  At this point I have written up that statement of loss of voice & taped it right next to my front door should somebody end up coming by (I might end up contacting the police myself through a webform).  If he ever does get it through his head to knock it off for at least an hour (while I'm awake, so I notice it's stopped, but I'll probably be in bed most of the time while it continues), then perhaps I'll remove it, but his past attitude regarding the matter would state that is highly unlikely...

UPDATE:  I ended up texting my father, telling him to let my mother know I wouldn't be going to the movie with her today.  I also stated the reason, being that I couldn't even speak after that pollution assault last night & the guy causing it still isn't giving up.  With any luck, my father will call the asshole with the information I've given him & get him to knock it off.  My father to this point has chosen not to get involved in this issue, but this might be the breaking point where he decides to.  It is possible he might call Charles also, seeing as I've already given him his cell phone number back when they were replacing keys with key fobs for the pool area (which I expect mine has probably been disabled at this point).

UPDATE:  The jerk in E26 is still at it, looks like I may have to use the respirator regardless, even if I have to keep taking it off to pop a cough drop into my mouth.  At this point he's not only canceled my plans to go out today with the illness he's inflicted on me with his indoor pollution, but also is preventing me from using my phone or any microphones (anything I speak into).  As a result, anybody who calls me is just going to have to leave a message on the answering machine, seeing as I won't have a voice to speak to them.  Eventually people might start getting worried & coming to see if I'm okay if I haven't gotten my voice back to call them back before that happens (which is unlikely with the way the pollution from E26 has been), then they'll get the full story through a written statement or by talking to them over the computer.  Some of my friends (not so much family) have me on messengers, so that's an option of conversation rather than over the phone, microphone or in person.  As has been the case for probably a month now, when I use the respirator, I leave the blinds open so people can start questioning why I'm using that thing while not doing something that it was actually designed for.

The guy still hasn't stopped, so as far as I'm concerned, he's telling me he doesn't really care that it's up.  I'll have to see if I can find some more links to add to it; I might be able to find some that aren't indexed in search engines.  I'm considering moving that page elsewhere on the web where it will get indexed by search engines.

Indoor smoking/drug use continues to be a problem in Building E of the South 67 condos.  The last two days I’ve had to deal with splitting migraines in response to not being able to stop coughing on that pollution drifting from E26 to my unit, so I started using the stream again last night.  He’s been pushing it most of the night, the stream from last night shows a lot of the health problems from it, including a lot of heavy coughing & a splitting migraine where pain killers were used & well as a poor excuse for an icepack I made out of a dish rag & cold water (something I remembered my mother using on me when I was a child when I had a fever), to add to the pain killers in dealing with the migraine.

UPDATE:  Ended up going to bed ill again at about 1:10 AM due to the splitting migraines I've been having the last few days due to being unable to stop coughing on the constant pollution.  I made mention at the end of the broadcast before I shut it off that if the pollution got strong enough to effect my bedroom while I was attempting to sleep, keeping me awake not being able to stop coughing on it, that I was going to put up the collections of links on the individual causing it (seeing as he stalks any place on the web where he knows I'm doing these logs, I knew he would see it), which I believe kept it from getting strong in my bedroom until I could get to sleep.  It did get strong enough for me to be able to smell it at least once in my bedroom, but didn't last long enough for me to get myself out of bed & post the page with those links.  Before I did get to sleep, I was probably coughing for somewhere between a half-hour to an hour before I did finally get to sleep.

I was woken up by a coughing fit where I couldn't stop coughing for about 15 minutes straight about 8 AM.  While I couldn't smell the pollution in my bedroom (with one air purifier running & a scented candle burning) I could smell it in my home office when I walked in there.  At that point I set to updating this log & adding additional health problems caused by this episode.  If the pollution continues at a level that causes health problems after this update is posted, I'll start up the stream again.  Within 45 minutes of being awake, I had a splitting migraine again & had to take painkillers for it again.

I have to wonder if the people below me have ever contacted the person responsible to ask them to stop it, since I'm certain they can hear me coughing up here (they called me once to ask if I was okay shortly after they moved in & I gave them my phone number after introducing themselves as new residents in the building) at all hours & it probably keeps them awake (this was back when the second tenant in E22 moved in after I had moved in, first tenant to be a problem in the matter, who later got evicted not only for complaints made against her on indoor smoking, but also since her dogs kept attacking other dogs in the building).  This continued to be a problem with the third tenant in E22 (with lengthy criminal history, pending warrants, indoor smoking & drug use & unfortunately knowing how to avoid the police when they came knocking on their door; they also got evicted, however I'm not entirely sure as to the reason), however I think the spice smell that was being pinned on them at the time was actually coming from E26.  I don't believe the people below me would have known that E26 was the person that is currently causing the problem until early this year however, seeing as I don't remember saying anything about who was causing it until the late Christmas party I threw around the end of January.  The other friendly unit in the building, I pretty sure I mentioned it to him probably around Halloween of 2015, however the only thing that ever posed a problem with them was the smoke detector that was constantly getting set off, until I was pretty well forced to throw it out after a statement from Building Management, where I currently don't have one since the Building Manager never gave me the replacement he stated he had purchased for me (which is why it was thrown out & I've been without one since mid-2015).  Aside from the other residents causing problems in the building, the Building Management can also be a bully & the HOA I would say is negligent in doing what needs to be done (this includes Building Management).

UPDATE:  I ended up getting sent back to bed again at about 2:30 PM from another splitting migraine caused by not being able to stop coughing on the pollution coming from E26.  I was half-expecting the pollution to escalate to the point that I wouldn't be able to fall asleep & sleep off the migraine that he caused me with his pollution.  While the pollution did escalate, it didn't get strong enough (or at least last long enough) that I felt I needed to leave that page of links up while slept, but it I did continue coughing for a while until I did fall asleep.

I was woke up by a call from Friends of MS at 3:38 PM (they keep calling me because I've donated in the past, which I don't mind since they aren't asking for monetary donations, but haven't had anything for them for a while), the conversation of that phone call went as follows:

Me: Hello.
Them: You okay?
Me: Indoor pollution from the neighboring unit, this is why I'm moving.
Them: Oh dear...  I'll call you back in 6 weeks.

Something didn't add up when I thought about this call; why would Friends of MS call me to see if I was okay if they didn't live in the building & couldn't hear the hacking on the pollution?  Could she have told something was wrong simply from my tone of voice when I said hello?  In any case it didn't matter much since I had already talked to another lady about not having anything currently, but probably would when I moved out, at which point I would give them my new address so they can properly assess whether a truck was going to be in my area or not, I just found it odd that I got a call where one of their reprehensive was asking me if I was okay where they probably weren't aware of the problem to begin with.

My parents ended up inviting me out to go eat with them, trying to the new prime rib & salmon at Golden Corral on Fridays & Saturdays (for a limited time).  Seems like my mother was also was thinking of letting me come over to their house to watch a movie on on demand, but my father wasn't having it when I ended up continuing to cough while we were out.  Basically when I woke up, the pollution was undetectable in my unit, but after waking up, it started picking back up.  I have to wonder if this demon of a neighbor is able to pick up the signal from my wireless security system & use it against me to cause pollution while I'm awake...  My parents stated that if they knew I was coughing like that, they wouldn't have even taken me to eat.  After waking up, I literally started getting another migraine in a matter of maybe 20 minutes, simply because I couldn't stop coughing on the pollution.  The coughing at Golden Corral was simply trying to get that crap out of my lungs.  In any case this is another example of how that pollution once again prevented me from doing something, as it has over the last couple years regardless of who is causing it.

When I got back home, I ended up getting hit in the face with that pollution again, which is normally the case when I come back home.  I decided to open a window to try & get some air in here, as well as turning on the air purifier in my home office.  I think it goes without saying that when I get done trying to clean the sink with some harsh cleaner that my mother lent me, I'm going to have to start the stream up again.  In any case if it continues, I will be throwing that collection of links up again & leaving it up until I'm done cleaning & am no longer smelling it.

UPDATE:  For the majority of the night, that asshole in E26, pushed the matter as far as he could with the pollution, causing me to have to put on the respirator & open windows for fresh air multiple times.  At this point it don’t seem he really cares about the collection of links linking to various sites with information about him or that unit, so I don’t see much of a reason in taking it down anymore.  Perhaps it’s time to see if I can find some more information on him or perhaps finally get that background check done so I know exactly what kind of person I’m dealing with here.

Temperature in my unit reached a peek low of 64° F due to not being able to use my heater via central air because of the constant pollution from E26.  This is also the reason why I had my gas shut off in September of 2015 knowing that I wouldn’t be able to use central air while that pollution was happening & I didn’t want to continue paying fees to keep on a utility I wasn’t using.  This run of the pollution problem has been happening every day since 12/6/2015.

Indoor smoking/drug use continues to be a problem in Building E of the South 67 Condos, once again verified to be coming from E26.  Unfortunately I've been coughing nearly all day & night for 3 days straight already (only got 3 hours of sleep yesterday) because of inconsiderate bastards like him.  As a result, I'm currently using my respirator to try & deal with it & have my windows open to get some air into my unit (despite the snow storm currently happening), but I have methods to get it to stop if I need to use them.  Right now I'm trying to finish getting utilities ready to be turned on at the house my father recently acquired for me to move to to get out of this situation, but I think the Tobacco Prevention & Control program will be the next call on my list after I've finished the other calls & have taken a shower.

UPDATE:  Contacted the TP&C program again today, looks like they don't have any other resources for me to try that I haven't already tried.  The only thing that is left that I haven't tried is a nuisance order, however that's something that has to go through the courts & I don't have the money to pay the legal fees for it.  I guess I'll just continue using the methods I'm using until I move out, then republish everything that was previously hidden about the problems at these condos after the unit is sold seeing as it's obvious it's not going to stop before I move.

Another continuation from the previous day, indoor smoking/drug use continues to be  a problem in Building E of the South 67 Condos.  As of yesterday, I attempted to use the Febreze Car Vent Clips again to make the pollution more tolerable, however that pollution could still  be smelled when it got particularly strong in room that had the clips or when walking into any room that didn't have a clip in it.  I was pretty well coughing all night, only getting maybe 2 hours of sleep because of it.  Going to have to get a few important things out of the way before I'll be able to go back to bed & catch up on sleep (if I can get to sleep with the constant pollution).  I don't remember the time, but sometime after 2 AM, I was getting pains in my lower chest every time I coughed, which normally it just effects the upper to mid chest, so seems I'm starting to get some new health issues from this problem...  This run of the pollution problem has been happening every day since 12/6/2015.

UPDATE:  Looks like trying to deal with the smell in my unit doesn't do a bit of good, since no matter what method I use, the bastard in E26 keeps getting the pollution levels so high that what I'm doing doesn't work.  Looks like it's time to go back to trying to get it stopped again & that means going back to methods I was using in the past.  I'm going to contact the Utah Tobacco Prevention & Control program, see if they know of any Health Inspectors that will deal with this kind of problem.  I might even give them the person's phone number that is causing the problem (doesn't do any good to call the Building Management) if he doesn't knock it off before I call them, which should be within the hour.

UPDATE:  After the last update, I noticed the pollution pretty well stopped cold, likely the mention of giving his phone number to the TP&C program.  Because I didn't smell it after that time, I decided not to call them for the time being, seeing as there was nothing to call on if it's not happening.  I might still do it if it gets bad again, however...

Regardless of whether the pollution had stopped or not, what had gotten in my lungs had taken it's toll & I ended up going to bed ill with a splitting migraine about 3:05 PM caused by not being able to stop coughing on it.  Before I did, I opened some windows to try & air out my unit a bit.  I did notice that I smelled what smelled like cigarette smoke in my bedroom, but it wasn't too strong & running the air purifier next to my head while I slept (like I've been doing for about a month now) seemed to help.

I was woken up by my father around 4 PM, he was letting me know that the bid we made on the house was accepted, all he needs to do is complete the paperwork & pay the amount of the bid.  This means I'll be moving soon, however there's a few factors here before that's going to be an option.  The first is that we need to wait for the person still living there to move out, after that my father needs to make some repairs.  If everything goes well, I expect to be out in maybe 2-3 months.

The other matter is whether the pollution fully stops or not before I move out.  When I went into the bathroom after I was woke up by my father's call (probably only totaling 3 hours of sleep today so far), I noticed that same smell before I went to bed.  My moving out soon also means the owner of E26 has a limited time to fully stop that pollution, otherwise everything that was previously hidden is going to be republished after this unit is sold.  This means at least 24 hours without the pollution & it needs to continue until the day I move out; no exceptions.

Of course I think selling the unit is what's going to pose the real obstacle, especially if that pollution is continuing.  Right now it's fairly mild, but still definitely noticeable & I would say still in a range that would cause mild health issues.  As long as it stays mild, I guess I don't have too much to say about it.  But that pollution is likely to prevent this unit from being sold after I move, as it has with E22 on a few occasions (that I know of) in the past.  This is exactly why I've given all information I have found on the person causing the problem online to my father, in case selling the unit poses a problem because of that pollution & he decides to take him to court over it.

So step by step, I should be out of here soon.  Won't have to deal with the pollution anymore after that, it's just a question of what happens up until that point & we'll play it from there as this story comes to a close.

UPDATE:  The pollution from E26 started becoming strong again around 8:07 PM, had to start using the collection of links again to try & deter it.  From now on I'm not going to remove it if it stops for only a few seconds; I need to make sure that it's actually going to stop, so that's going to be at least a minute, if not a few.

UPDATE:  Guess he don't really care about the page anymore, I guess I'll leave it up all night.  I'll make that call to the TP&C program tomorrow.
