Indoor smoking/drug use continues to be a problem in Building E of the South 67 Condos, once again verified to be coming from E26.  A very strong smell of spice could be smelled around 2 AM in my unit after taking off my respirator (which I've been using most of the night since I woke up), however at the time the source couldn't be verified (even thought I knew where it was coming from).  Building Management was texted at 3:46 AM to see if he could get them to knock it off, although at this point he's probably asleep, so I'll take another route with it until he gets back to me.  This run of the pollution has been happening every day since 12/6/2015.

UPDATE:  Charles eventually got back to me about the text this morning (sent 3:46 AM) at 7:03 AM.  I don’t know if he called them at that point or not, but it was unneeded at that point since they knocked it off when I put up the link pointing out who was living there (the only purpose in this is somebody in that unit is causing the problem; I may not know who, but the information on that page points out who might be the culprit).

Ended up having to text Charles on the pollution again at 10:33 AM, where he got back to me rather quickly.

Another text was sent about that pollution at 1:19 PM; Charles got back to me about 10 minutes later.  In this text I made a point that I had to open a window to get some fresh air in my unit.  Of course the window being open really wasn’t enough, I ended up having to put my respirator back on also.  At this point I have a rather strong migraine where the pain is near debilitating when I cough on the pollution.  I am near getting forced back to bed ill again & I’ll be sure to point that out to Charles again if it’s happening when that happens.  When a migraine is this far along, it’s very unlikely that I won’t be going back to bed ill from it, so I think it’s inevitable at this point…  If the pollution is happening when that happens, I will be sure to point out to Charles that it forced me to bed ill again.

Indoor smoking/drug use continues to be a problem in Building E of the South 67 Condos, once again verified to be coming from E26.  This is yet another continuation from the previous day, however the pollution didn't started getting strong after I woke up at about 8 PM until midnight.  By the time I got this log up, the problem had already resolved itself for the most part, so I won't be attempting to get Charles involved for the time being.

UPDATE:  Pollution started to build again from E26 at about 2:20 AM.  At this point it is strong enough to cause health problems, but still mild enough that I don’t think I need to contact Charles yet.  I’ve put on my respirator in an attempt to tolerate it a little longer & see if it escalates to the point that I need to get him involved.  Once that happens, I will be sending him a text; if it doesn’t stop at this point, it WILL definitely reach that point.

UPDATE:  The smell of spice started getting pretty strong from E26 again at about 3:10 AM, ended up texting Charles.  I don't know if Charles will be responding to this or not, but I have other ways to deal with this if he doesn't get back to me soon.

UPDATE:  Indoor pollution started becoming a problem from E26 again at about 12:30 PM.  Smelled like e-cigs/hookah in my home office, but more like spice at their front door (the spice smell might be incense cover-up for indoor smoking).  Charles was texted regarding the problem.  I put on my respirator seeing as it was needed at the level of pollution coming E26 until either Charles had a chance to contact them or until I got this update posted.

UPDATE:  The pollution from E26 decreased for a while after Charles called them, but it became strong enough to be a problem again by about 1:15 PM.  Charles was texted again before I got into the shower.  I looked like retaliation due to increase after Charles texted me back & I expect he called them, however by the time I got out of the shower, I could not longer verify it as coming from their unit (I could still smell it in my home office however, so I turned my air purifier on, but I think I'm going to have to use the respirator again until I can verify the pollution & text Charles again).

UPDATE:  The pollution increased 10-fold after the last update; I didn't even need to verify the source at this point, that level of pollution can only come from an adjacent unit, nobody is currently living in E22 & E14 is considerate to their neighbors.  I texted Charles again.  One thing I noticed however was that it looked like he was outside while I smelled the spice smell, so it might have been incense this time (or the spice being used as it was designed for, which was originally a synthetic form of incense), but considering he was outside & the smell was that strong, I'm more than certain it was retaliation to the last update.  The smell isn't that bad unless it gets particularly strong, which unfortunately happens pretty often...

UPDATE:  I’m going to attempt to ignore the smell for a while under the assumption that perhaps it is incense.  Of course by ignore at the density it is, that means using the respirator so I can tolerate it.  The main part of it is I’m going to avoid making additional logs for the remainder of the day & contacting Charles about it, see where it goes.  If it gets extremely strong, it’s only going to make the matter worse later tonight.  If it starts to subside over the day, then it may point out retaliation to the logs & calls from Charles.  In any case, at the density of the smell coming into my unit, I might end up having to cancel my plans with my mother to go to a movie & just go to bed ill again (as I have done many times in the past).

UPDATE:  Apparently my attempt to ignore the issue didn't last more than a few hours as I got hit in the face with a rather potent smell at 4:14 in my living room.  Ended up texting Charles again.

UPDATE:  This jerk apparently isn't going to get it regardless of how many time Building Management calls him, so let's take this another route.  Since calls from Building Management isn't enough to deter the fucker from doing it, let's take the route of posting a link about people living in that unit.  As before, he is in control of whether that link is there or not depending on whether they are causing pollution or not.

UPDATE:  Looks like this stubborn asshole is sending me to bed ill again with his indoor pollution.  I texted Charles one more time, letting him know that I've being forced to bed ill from the constant pollution today.  We'll see if it's still happening when I wake up... 

UPDATE:  The pollution today pretty well happened for most of the day (which isn't surprising for a weekend, given it's always the worst on weekend, particularly Sundays).  Outside of the times while I was sleeping, I can't really account for, but pretty well the entire time I was awake was constant pollution with varying levels of toxicity (wasn't always strong enough to cause health problems, but the duration easily made it problematic).

Peak low temp in my unit today reached 64° F due to being unable to use my heater via central air because of the pollution.  This is also the reason why I have had my gas shut off since September of 2015 because I knew I wouldn't be able to use the central while this every day pollution problem persisted (as was the case in the Summer, which ended up hitting me with severe heat stroke on a number of occasions).  This run of the pollution problem has bee happening every day since 12/6/2015.

Indoor smoking/drug use continues to be a problem in Building E of the South 67 Condos.  This more of a continuation from yesterday, but the pollution didn't get strong until between 1 & 2 AM, so I chose not to bother Charles with it until it got to a toxicity level that started causing those problems.  Charles was texted at 2:08 AM about the problem, he responded at 2:16 AM (where I assume he called them about it, although he didn't specifically say that), then the pollution escalated at least 3 times what it was when it started causing me health problems & it could easily be smelled down the public hallway.  I texted Charles again at 2:24 AM, told him I expected he called them because they were retaliating to the call by making it much worse.  I sent another text after that to explain that what usually happens after he calls them about this problem is that they make it worse in retaliation to the complaint & it usually takes a few calls before they get it through their heads.  Or course "getting it through their heads" is very brief, since either they have very poor memories or they're just trying to give a little break for the pollution to dissipate so they can start again (toxicity level I expect is cause my duration of the pollution; if they stop for a while, density will thin out a bit).  I ended up putting my respirator on again until I heard back from Charles again, which was at 2:32 AM.  At this point I'm taking the respirator off again so I can tell if they're still doing it to send another text to Charles if they are.  This run of pollution has been coming from E26 every day since 12/6/2015.

UPDATE:  The pollution from E26 started becoming a problem again at 5:24 AM (at least this is when it was noticed in my unit).  Texted Charles again.

UPDATE:  The pollution apparently started to clear out directly after the last update, which would indicate that they are probably following these logs (which isn't surprising since they were following the logs when they were on Facebook as well, going as far as to "stalk" my profile wall).  That's fine with me, saves me some trouble for when Charles doesn't see the texts or takes a while to respond to them.

UPDATE:  The smell of spice started coming from E26 again about 7 AM, sent another text to Charles.  I disclosed some further information about it being able to be smelled in the public hallways, however there was a catch with this; the smell of the spice that was entering the public hallways was actually coming from E22, which to my knowledge doesn’t have anybody currently living in it, so the pollution from E26 is likely getting sucked through the vent from E26 to E22 via central air, then pushed out into the public hallways.  The reason why this smell effects my unit less than E22 (being right in the middle of them) is that I currently don’t have my central air running because of this problem; not having it running may lessen that pollution since there isn’t any suction to suck that secondhand filth into my unit, however it doesn’t completely stop it.  I started using my respirator again due to the level of toxicity built in a very short time until Charles responds; he didn’t respond to the last text, so he may not respond to this one either, however I expect that may just be because he’s currently asleep.

UPDATE:  Started smelling the pollution in my unit again around 7:44 AM, however it took a while to build to where it could be smelled in the hallway; it was still coming somewhat from E22 (which is expected to be going through the vents from E26), however it took a while before it could be smelled in front of their unit in the public hallway.  Charles was texted again at 8:13 AM, this makes 5 time since midnight (not including the follow-up text to the retaliation the first time).  I also mentioned that I believe the only thing that is getting them to stop (if only briefly) when he doesn’t call them is the fact that they appear to be following the blog I started on this problem (which Charles will probably chew me out over, but that’s the breaks; I won’t be taking them down even if he threatened me with a lawsuit & I think he already has an idea of what will happen if he does go through with any sort of legal action).  I had to put my respirator back on as I was typing this update since the level of pollution will just continue to build until it’s posted or until Charles calls them (many times the first call from Charles just starts a retaliation phase where the pollution gets much stronger, meaning I need to text Charles again & he needs to call them again).  Charles has not responded to the last 2 texts I sent him regarding this; I can’t say I expect a response to this one, but it’s getting around the time he should be getting up for work (the only exception to that would be he might still be attempting to get better from an illness, which I’m sure having to continue dealing with this problem several times a day isn’t helping him get over it).

UPDATE:  Doesn’t look like the last update is going to get it to stop this time; I have another route I can take when both Charles isn’t calling them & the logging updates don’t work, but nobody in the building likes it & it’s not really something I want to use at night.  If they want to be particularly stubborn, I’ll start using that & continue doing it until they stop.

UPDATE:  That asshole in E26 has been extremely stubborn with their indoor pollution today.  I sent another text to Charles at 10:51 AM, that makes at least 7 different instances I have texted him today about this problem.  The logging doesn't seem to be deterring him anymore & any break we get if I hit the wall is very brief (less that 30 seconds).  I think it's time I file that complaint with Murray City Legislators against the Murray Police so we can start getting the police to respond to illegal drugs use reports in this building again.

UPDATE:  I have contacted District 44 House Representative Bruce Cutler, not only to push for more protection for non-smokers, but also to make a complaint against the Murray Police for not doing their job.  The email sent states the following:

(personal information removed) I have been dealing with a problem living here for over 2 years of indoor pollution (smoking/drug use) that has kept me ill nearly ever day starting in 2014 (I moved here August of 2013). Originally I contacted Orin Hatch, seeking the possibility of making the Utah Clean Air Act applicable to indoor multi-residential buildings such as apartments & condos; the representative that responded to my inquiry stated that this kind of request needs to be directed towards state & city legislators.  The laws as they are now do not protect non-smokers in multi-residential units & many of us may not have the funds to move out of those health hazards, leading to severe health problems or fatalities from drifting cigarette smoke.  I am asking you if there is anything you can do to push current Utah laws to provide better protection for those with respiratory issues.  Because of this daily pollution, I am unable to use my central air & have to rely on portable coolers & space heaters.  Furthermore I got a cold over 3 months ago that I still have not been able to fully get over & this is preventing me from applying for new jobs (I have been unemployed since April 16, 2015; the fact that I have mental disabilities makes it hard enough to even get a job, much less keep it, but nobody is going to hire me if I can't stop coughing).  I have attempted to use air freshers/sanitizer/purifiers & scented candles to deal with this problem; in the end the only thing that seems to help is a respirator designed for mold removal.  The HOA won't even listen to the problem & I currently don't have the option of moving, so it's more likely I will be killed by this daily problem before I will be able to move (at this point the problem is more drugs that cigarettes, but that brings me to the problem below)...

On another note (seeing as the representative from Orin Hatch's office stated that we need to file a complaint about this matter to City Legislators to get something done about it), the Murray Police will no longer respond to complaints I attempt to file with then. This comes from making multiple illegal drug use reports in our building on certain individuals who have since been evicted from here, where the police were not able to verify those reports because those individuals had lengthy criminal histories & unfortunately knew the police could not do anything if they didn't answer the door.  As a result of this, the police have labeled those reports as unfounded & likely false reports simply because the people causing the problem at the time knew how to manipulate the legal system.  We currently have problems with other drug users in the building & even the Building Management has been attempting to get the police out here on those problems, yet the police won't respond to his complaints either.  I ask that you relay this complaint to the police & if possible, find some form of resolution to those officers choosing not to do their job.

UPDATE:  Time to stop playing games here.  The pollution from E26 has been happening pretty well all night & continued for most of the day (I ended up going to bed around 4 PM after going to lunch with a friend, where that pollution was so think in my unit it I was having trouble even breathing, so beyond that I can not say).  I may not be able to determine WHO is causing the problem, but I can definitely determine WHERE it is coming from, so from now on while the pollution is a problem, I'm going to be adding a link to the latest log linking to some information about the people responsible for the problem based on address.  The link will be removed when they knock it off & re-added when it starts up again.  In the case where the pollution is happening when I go to bed (especially if it forces me to bed ill, as it nearly did a couple times today & actually did at about 4 PM), the link won't get removed until after I wake up & only if I no longer smell it.  Even if this information gets removed, I have backed it up & will use those backups if needed (originally I had checked to see if the information was cached on WayBackMachine, it wasn't), however for now I'll just be referring the link to the site that has the information.  They're likely going to throw a legal threat at me over this as they have in the past, but I won't be intimidated into removing it through threats anymore; they can control when it shows based on when they are causing indoor pollution, however if they do decide to take legal action, they will be getting publicly accused for pushing a mentally disabled person to suicide & that situation will likely be aired on the news based on the method used, especially since I plan on pointing it out to the news before I go through with it.  The link has been showing for probably 6 to 8 hours already, which at this point is being removed since the smell has been substantially lowered & the source currently can't be verified.

Charles has stated he's in some meetings & hasn't been able to respond to the number of texts I sent him last night, but seems he will when he has the chance.  I have notified him of the complaint to House Representative Bruce Cutler regarding non-smokers rights in multi-residential buildings & the complaint against the Murray Police for not doing their job; Charles has also been provided with a full copy of the email that was sent including personal information.

As for the email that was sent, it looks like Bruce has responded to it rather quickly.  There seems to be the confusion that I was referring to apartments, however; while I did include apartments in that request for revisions of laws to protect non-smokers, I will need to clear up the confusion that I was requesting this to be considered for condos as well, seeing as changing the law for only apartments isn't really going to resolve the problem that I'm currently having.  I still intend on moving regardless of whether the Utah Clean Air Act begins to apply to condos or not because of the discrimination & hostility I am receiving from others in the building, but this should make the matter more tolerable until I can move if it happens before I get the chance to move...should I survive long enough for it to go into effect.  Should this be made a reality, indoor smokers can blame the owners of E26 for this happening, since my fight for my rights as a non-smoker probably wouldn't have gone this far if not for the daily problems I have been dealing with since early 2014 while living here.

UPDATE:  The pollution from E26 appears to be starting up again, however currently it is not strong enough to exacerbate health problems to the point that I need to text Charles again or re-add the link with information about residents in that unit (it's getting there though), so right now I'm going to use this opportunity to disclose information on where the conversation with Bruce Cutler is going.  In Bruce's response to my email, he stated the following:

I will have to look into the indoor clean air act and see how it affects apartment buildings. 

Have you contacted your landlord to see if he/she is willing to move you to another apartment away from those that smoke?

Who in the city have you contacted about your other issues?  This is mostly a local enforcement issue.

My response to him was as follows:

In my case currently, it's a matter of effecting condos, not apartments (however apartments are also a part of this request as I had that problem in every apartment I lived in; the last one I had to break the lease on under the claim of being a health hazard only to move into these condos, where the issue is 20 to 50 times worse than it was in those apartments).  I am a renter of the unit, where my father is the owner.  One of the reasons why the HOA will not hear me out on the matter is they believe I do not have a right to speak at the HOA meetings being classified as a renter, even though I am direct family with the owner & the unit was actually purchased for me to live here (while paying rent to my father).  At this point the indoor pollution problem caused by indoor drugs (not so much a matter of indoor smoking anymore, at least as far as I can tell; however what is expected to be spice might be coverup for indoor smoking, among other possible secondhand pollution that we can't get the police out here to deal with).  On a suggestion from the representative from Orin Hatch's office, I attempted to talk my father into speaking to the HOA for these condos about this matter, however that conversation didn't turn out too well (he turned hostile over the phone) & he refused to even speak to them about it.  At this point my father is attempting to move me out, but considering I can't drive, my father's requirements to purchase a small house for me to live in may make it impossible to find a place.  The big demands he is insisting on that's going to make finding a place very difficult is it needs to be within walking distance of a grocery store, under $160,000 & be no older than 1940 (built date); a small/no yard is preferable & not too far from where my parents live where other requirements, but seems he's willing to negotiate those terms if the others are met.  My father seems to see the ability to walk to a grocery store more important than being able to get out the current health hazard...

I have been fighting this battle for about 2 years now, ill nearly ever day (I actually lost $900 in wages in 2015 due to illness caused by this pollution when I worked at home over the internet & was forced to bed ill from that pollution) & constantly having my attempts to get it stopped put on ice by the management of the condos because I do not have the funds to take the the people responsible for the problem to court over making my own home uninhabitable (without some severe health problems, that is).  I have contacted numerous organizations in an attempt to get them involved in this situation & hopefully find a resolution, the most recent being Utah Legislation.  It might be easier to refer you to the description on my Facebook profile banner, but I'll see what I can do here in regards to how many organizations I have contacted regarding this matter & what happened with those contacts:

• HEALTH INSPECTORS - An attempt to force an inspection of just how bad the pollution is to see if the place could be classified as an inhospitable health hazard & force the HOA into make some changes to get the condos up to code under condo standards in Utah.  These condos were originally old sports buildings from what I've heard & I know that at least the wiring isn't up to code, causing numerous surges & fried electronic devices as a result of it.  The ventilation is anything but air-tight & the pollution goes right through the walls from one unit to another (currently the pollution coming from E26 effects every unit on this side of the building on the upper floor; I can't say for certain if it effects the lower floor, but that's a possibility).  Unfortunately those Health Inspectors that I contacted, never contacted me back...

• POLICE - The police have been contacted on this problem numerous times.  Originally the HOA would allow me to sit in on the HOA meeting & even speak at the first 2 I went to, however the third one I attempted to go to they wouldn't allow me to speak without a permission slip from my landlord (father).  I thought it would be pretty simple to get that letter from my father, but he decided after debating it for a while that he didn't want me to be able to speak at the HOA meeting because many people in the building have not been happy with my means in fighting for my rights as a non-smoker & this is what's caused the discrimination & hostility from the majority of the building that I live in.  When the HOA did allow me to be a part of the meeting, they stated that I needed to take smoking matters (as it was indoor smoking in the beginning) up with the police.  I did that a few times, but every time it was the same; they stated they couldn't do anything about indoor smoking.  Eventually it turned into a matter of drug use & the police a lot of the time would not respond to those complaints expecting I was using the excuse of illegal drugs to get them out here on indoor smoking problems.  Eventually every time I called them, they either wouldn't show (even if the dispatch stated there were sending something) or have an officer call me back & state they were not going to respond to the problem since past complaints were "unfounded".  As for why the police could never verify those complaints, that was simply because the people causing the problem never answer the door, knowing the police couldn't do anything without a search warrant due to their lengthy criminal histories & past experiences with the police.  Eventually I stopped calling the police because every time I would never get anywhere in calling them; I expect if I ever needed a paramedic (which is very likely with the health problems I have now from the constant pollution), I do not expect they would even send one & that would be the death of me...

• HOA OF UTAH - I attempted to contact the HOA of Utah to see if they could do something about the HOA for these condos choosing to ignore the issue.  Unfortunately my attempts to contacted them went ignored...

• TOBACCO PREVENTION & CONTROL PROGRAM - This is one of the few organizations that have attempted to help with this problem.  I have contacted them 3 times in my time living here, every time they have attempted to get involved, however get shut down I believe when they contacted Building Management, where from my understanding from the Building Manager, Charles Blackwood, they simply get referred to their lawyers.

• ANONYMOUS CRIME/DRUGS ABUSE TIP LINES/WEBSITES - I started using this when it was obvious the police would not respond to complaints from my phone number.  I've made at least a few different complaints regarding this matter & other illegal activity, however I do not know if those complaints anywhere...

• IPETITIONS - This was an attempt to get non-smoker co-operation to get the laws changed through an online petition.  The petition got little recognition, so it never really went anywhere.  The petition can be found at http://www.ipetitions.com/petition/ban-indoor-smoking-in-shared-residential-buildings.

• DISABILITY LEGAL AID - This was an attempt to gain funding or find a lawyer that would work a lawsuit against the people responsible for the problem by taking up to 100% of what would be won in a lawsuit rather than charging separate fees as payment (seeing as this would be the only way I would be able to pay for it).  Given I have a mental disability & am currently a client with Valley Mental Health (have been for most of my life), I attempt to go through Disability Legal Aid before attempting to go through Utah Legal Aid.  Unfortunately the number my case manager (provided through VMH, more accurately a part of Independent Living) led to a physical abuse hotline, so I didn't get anywhere with that route...

• UTAH LEGAL AID - The majority of what was said above is accurate here also.  They stated that they won't cover this kind of issue, but stated I could attempt to file a lawsuit against them without an attorney.

• UTAH STATE COURTS SELF-HELP - Given I didn't know the first thing about filing for a lawsuit against somebody (especially without an attorney), I contacted this website for some insight on how I would start it.  They provided me with a document that I could use to file for the lawsuit against these individuals, however I looked at the document & couldn't make heads nor tails of it, so I ended up decided I wouldn't be able to take the matter to court without a lawyer, which I didn't have the funds for, so I gave up on the idea of taking them to court unless I could talk my father into doing it (which he has been against since this hold discussion started, even doing it on my own when I could have paid for it).

• FOX 13 NEWS - I contacted Fox 13 News in an attempt to get something aired on the news pushing for law changes that would better protect non-smokers.  Unfortunately I never heard back from them & to my knowledge, nothing ever got aired on the news...

• SENATOR ORIN HATCH - I contacted him to see what could be done to change the law in the US (or at least in Utah) to better protect non-smokers or those with severe respirator issues in shared-residential buildings.  I got a reply back about a month later from a Mr. Launey (if I'm spelling his name correctly) stating that they couldn't do anything from that office, but gave me some insight on where to go with it.  He stated that I should contact Utah State Legislators to see what could be done about changing the laws & Murray City Legislators to make a complaint against the police for not doing their job.

At this point we are here, having this discussion.  Perhaps one of my last attempts to find a way out of this situation, get over the symptoms of this cold I have had for over 3 months (prolonged because of the pollution), finish getting my dental work done (something that has been postponed due to being unable to stop coughing) & hopefully get well enough to be able to start applying for new jobs.

UPDATE:  Indoor temps in my unit reached a peak low of 65° F due to not being able to use my heater via central air due to pollution coming from E26.  This is also the reason why I have had my gas shut off since September of 2015 knowing that I wouldn't be able to use the heater while this pollution problem continues.

Indoor smoking/drug use continues to be a problem in Building E of the South 67 Condos; once again, it's verified to be coming from E26.  At this point it's determined that it may not be who we originally thought it was given it's been verified there are multiple people living there, however it's still definitely coming from that unit.  I provided Charles with the information I got last night, he's going to attempt to figure out who in that unit really is at fault to make sure he's contacting the right person when he needs to chew them out to knock it off.  I've already sent Building Management another text regarding this problem happening tonight, ended up getting a reply pretty quickly.

UPDATE:  Ended up having to text Charles again about an hour after the last text  regarding the pollution problem.  Looks like Charles is going to be getting texts for most of the night seeing as these human shitbags never give up.  Charles is apparently ill also, so I can expect he's getting pretty cross with these assholes, even more so than normal.

UPDATE:  I woke up perhaps an hour after falling asleep; that’s about 2 hours of texting Charles about the E26 indoor pollution for the second time tonight.  I waited a couple hours before I texted Charles again to verify that the source was actually being done in that unit rather than being traced back in from outside; I pretty well already knew this was the case, but I try not to bother Charles unless it’s strong enough to cause health problems.  The 3rd time of texting him was at 7:13 AM.  Charles had gotten back to me pretty quickly on the first 2 texts, however I have yet to receive a response to this one (2 hours later, however I’m trying to tolerate the pollution using my respirator until he can get back to me seeing as he’s currently taking time off from work due to illness; unfortunately he never really gets a break from work because I never get a break from the pollution from the moron next door & Charles would rather I tell him to take care of the problem than I take the matter into my own hands & deal with it myself).

UPDATE:  Peak low temperature reached 65° F today due to being unable to use my heater via central air due to the pollution coming from E26; I expect it would have been a lot colder if not for the fact I was doing my washing for several hours this morning & the drying putting off enough heat to get my unit over 70° while I was doing it.  This pollution is the same reason why I've had my gas shut off since September of 2015.

Charles never did respond to that third text of the problem...  This run of the pollution has been happening every day since 12/6/2015.

Indoor smoking/drug use continues to be a problem in Building E of the South 67 Condos.  Currently I'm having a problem determining the source since it seems to be coming from E28 stronger than it is from E26, however it's more likely to be coming from E26 that E28 since a call from Charles to E26 has put a stop to it in the past.  I'm expecting the pollution from E26 is affecting E28 based on the room he's doing it in (probably his bedroom).  Because the source currently is undetermined, I haven't texted Charles on this yet, but will later if it gets strong enough that I just need to get it stopped regardless of who's doing it (I'll let Charles find out who the culprit is).  For the time being I'll be using my respirator off & on & be leaving my blinds open so they can see I'm being forced to use it again.

UPDATE:  At this point the source if verified, it's coming from E26; text has been sent to Charles, however I'm not sure how he intends to deal with it since it's obvious calls & messages don't seem to do a bit of good with this stubborn asshole.  I think what I've been smelling from E28 is just what comes from E26 while he's in his bedroom, so this only shows that he's affecting other units besides mine.  I expect E26 is also affecting E22, given nobody is currently living there as far as I know.

UPDATE:  Even after texting Charles, the pollution continued for most of the night & I was forced to use my respirator most of the night.  Charles finally responded to that first text nearly 6 hours after it was sent.  After that response, I went into detail on the problem over 4 more texts, to which I didn't get a response.  The fact of the matter is that pollution from E26 affects every unit on this side of the building on the top level; it's possible it might be affecting other units on the lower level also, but I told Charles he would need to verify that with them.  One other thing I mentioned to Charles was that he should let the owner of E22 (currently vacant) know to shut off his central air until he could sell the unit; one sales attempt of the unit already fell through because of that smell & he had to do a redo of that entire unit to get rid of the smell before, only for it to happen again through the vents because E26 is still doing it.

I got tired of waiting for something to be done about it where it looked like nothing was going to be done about it, so I started hitting the wall from my bedroom.  I'm still hearing banging from what sounds like it's in the hallway at night, so I expect he's pissing off other units with his daily pollution also, however I still haven't determined who is doing it.  In any case if I did find out who it was, it seems likely their on my side to get it stopped, so I wouldn't really want to rat out an ally even if I did know.

I attempted to call Charles today to see if he's still attempting to deal with this problem or not, seems he wasn't in the office.  I'm going to try to avoid calling him on his cell, but I will if that's what it comes down to.  I can send him another text, but I expect I probably won't get a response.  I know I WILL be doing one or the other if the pollution builds again & I'm able to verify it's coming from there.

UPDATE:  Tonight I verified that there is more than one person living in E26, as I spotted a woman leaving the unit at 11:47 PM & locking the door with her own keys.  This means that the person Charles is calling when I send him a text might not be the same person that is causing the problem & his claim of not doing anything inside might be correct, but it's definitely still coming from that unit.  Next time I have to text Charles about this problem, I'll be sure to disclose that information so we can get this matter resolved by calling the person who really is causing the problem; it might even make sense to contact him beforehand so we can find out who it is & get contact information for then when it happens again.  Of course I don't expect anybody in that unit is going to give up that information willingly, so Charles might just need to keep calling the same person until he gets tired of the calls & decided to give up who is really doing it.

Indoor smoking/drug use continues again; as is almost always the case, it's coming from E26 again.  This problem really is a continuation from yesterday, as has been the case for nearly a week.  Regardless of how many times Building Management called the bastard yesterday, he would keep doing it until he got called a number of times, then pick it up later after stopping for a short time.  At this point I'm about to head to bed, however it looks like I'm going to be forced to sleep somewhere other than my own bed; he's been polluting the building for so long starting yesterday, my bedroom stinks too bad to sleep in there...  That same smell is also pretty toxic at my recliner in my living room, but it seems to be somewhat less at my couch, so I'll try sleeping on there.  Really as bad as it is, I'd probably be better off sleeping in a motel (or living in a hotel until I can move as far as health is concerned, if you want to get right down to it), but I'd only consider that if I could get the fucker in E26 to pay for it (I might consider doing that if I end up getting forced to do that in the future, even if I have to take him to court to recover it).  I sent another text to Charles letting him know he's still doing it & that I might have to sleep on the couch/recliner because my bedroom literally stinks of his drug use.

One other thing I'm going to mention here, I heard a big slam last night around midnight.  I knew I would be the first person to be blamed for this giving I've hit walls in the past when people were pulling this shit, however I haven't done it in some time (I'm not going to lie though, I've definitely been considering it for a few months; the only thing stopping me was Charles attempting to take care of the matter, but seeing as that moron doesn't even answer his calls, I don't see why I shouldn't).  I think somebody else is getting cross with his daily pollution & I know there are others in the building that have a problem with it (at least one of my friends living here have stated they have a problem with it & was on my side against it; another stated it bothered them also, but they didn't want to get involved in it) & likely was where that noise came from.  However I don't know too many people who live in the building that will go to the extremes I will to get the problems resolved (even my friends in the building won't go that far as far as I know), so I couldn't really say where the big bang came from last night.

This run of the problem has been happening every day since 12/6/2015, the majority of it (if not all of it) coming from the bastard in E26.  Last night Charles attempted to get the police to respond to the problem, however it's no surprise that they chose to ignore the issue, which is why we're going to be filing complaints with Murray City Legislators against the Murray Police for not doing their job.

UPDATE:  Before I was even able to go to bed, the pollution levels coming from E26 had risen so high that it was literally affecting every room in my unit.  I decided I needed to do something about it, since I wasn't going to get to sleep at this rate.  Charles has already been contacted about it, so perhaps he'll call the fucker & get him to pull his head out of his ass & knock it the hell off.  In my case, as much as I would like to hit the wall to get that fucker to knock it off, I just decided to try & cover it up with some scented candles.  At this point I have a scented candle burning in 3 different rooms to try & cover up this secondhand filth that human scum has no problem imposing on everybody in the building.  Of course leaving candles burning while not being monitored is a fire hazard & it's even more so considering I currently don't have a smoke detector since Charles still hasn't provided that replacement he said he was going to a year ago.  People might blame me for causing the fire hazard, however look at the reason for it & considering that moron is forcing such methods to be used just to make living in their own units tolerable, he's actually the one causing the fire hazard.

Were a fire to break out, I don't think I would attempt to stop it or even to leave the unit, letting it burn me alive since that would be my escape from this problem.  Sure people would be blaming me after the incident, but if anybody is seeing these logs, they might consider who really was at fault.

 UPDATE:  We got a bit of a break from the pollution today starting at about noon, where it started to subside, then I couldn't smell it until late in the day.  I actually managed to get some decent sleep for a change, not getting woken up coughing on the pollution (the last 3 days I've only gotten probably a total of 6 hours of sleep between them; I got maybe 5 hours of sleep today during the day time, which is better than I usually get being somewhat of an insomniac).

I sent a rather details email to Charles earlier, detailing how calling the owner of E26 & leaving him messages really doesn't do any good, we needed to find another way to address this problem.  In the email I suggested a number of alternatives, although I doubt Charles will use any of them (unless he gets pushed to the point that he decided to come here, catch him in the act & take care of it himself like he did with Julie).  I also pointed out a few other details, like how I'm using Tylenol to deal with the headaches/migraines caused by the pollution or heavy coughing on it; I've had my eardrums burst 3 times from taking regular doses of Tylenol, so it's not something I should be doing as often as I have been.  Another thing would be following up on the fact that Charles has been telling me to take E26 to court because of the constant pollution; if I had the money for the court & lawyer fees, I definitely would, but this currently isn't an option for me.  Another thing that was covered was that I've tried to discuss suing him to my father, as well as attempting to talk my father into speaking to the HOA about the problem since they won't listen to me (classifying me as a renter because I rent, even if I am direct family of the owner).  The last thing I mentioned was that I think I freaked out the wife in E23, as she saw me with my respirator on as I was walking out & I guess that scared here enough to rush inside leaving her keys in the door; I would have told them about the keys if they were in my circle of friends, however the husband in that unit started showing me discrimination & hostility within a week of moving in, so I can't really consider them friends & decided not to say anything to them about leaving their keys in the door, choosing to ignore it instead.

Peak temperature in my unit reached 63° F today due to being unable to use my heater via central air because of the daily pollution problem.  When it got to it's peak low in my unit, I decided it was a little too cold to be comfortable & fired up the space heater again.  This is also why I've had my gas shut off since September of 2015.

Indoor smoking/drug use once again a problem in Building E of the South 67 Condos & once again it's that bastard in E26.  I've decided after the all day, all night problem yesterday, I'm going to immediately text Charles as soon as I can verified it's coming from that fucking moron.  Charles will get an idea of just how bad it is with as many texts he's going to get, until I expect he'll come over & deal with it in person (like he did with Julie).  He's inconsiderate attitude regarding his drug use nearly canceled the dinner I was hosting last night & I have expect he's doing that purposely to make me ill at this point.

UPDATE:  Ended up getting forced to bed ill about noon with a splitting migraine caused by hacking on the pollution coming from E26.  This migraine was easily debilitating, as it had me hunched over on the floor holding my head in pain until I could get myself back up & drag myself to bed & hopefully sleep it off.  I took some Tylenol as well as an added measure, but other than that I couldn't do anything other than find myself in bed ill again from this moron's pollution.  I'm supposed to be going with my parents tonight to Golden Corral, I nearly called them to tell them I wouldn't be able to make it...  After waking up & taking a shower, I noticed I could still smell that pollution in my home office, although the toxicity level as I write this is on the low end; considered texting Charles again, however right now I have other things I need to get done unless that pollution increases to a debilitating level again.

UPDATE:  The pollution from E26 was bad enough when I got back from going out to eat with my parents that I decided to text Charles again, stating that it was also strong enough it could be smelled in the public hallways (I originally smelled this in my bathroom, so I was pretty well expecting to smell it in my home office when I went in there, I didn't mention this to Charles however); he stated he was going to attempt to get the police over here.  He's stated a number of times he has a contact to the Murray Chief of Police to complain about them when they weren't doing their job, however so far that hasn't really yielded any results, so I provided Charles with the details I got from the representative from Orin Hatch's office when he called me back on where to file complaints against the Murray Police for not doing their job (seeing as they never respond to illegal drug complaints in this area anymore after numerous complaints on Julie & her company about it & never being able to verify it simply because they were avoiding the police by not answering the door).

UPDATE:  Indoor pollution from E26 still hasn’t stopped, ended up texting Charles once again (this is 4 times already).  At the rate it’s going, I’m going to be getting sent to bed ill once again (shouldn’t be surprising why I have $900 is lost wages from self-employment from this problem the beginning of the year) from this inconsiderate piece of trash; already getting the pounding migraine from coughing on the pollution which would have me ill in bed again already if not for using the respirator for half of the day (that doesn’t help prevent coughing on what’s already in my lungs, however).  Tomorrow I intend on calling that member of the Utah Senate that I emailed a few days ago, speaking to him directly to see what can be done about the Utah Clean Air Act in regards to condos.  If Charles doesn’t respond soon on the last text, I’ll start taking matters into my own hands if it continues.

Indoor smoking/drug use continues again today in Building E of the South 67 Condos.  So far it seems the majority of the pollution (expected drug use) is coming from E22, but I don't know that anybody is living there yet, so I have to expect it's getting suck through the vents from another unit via central air (something I've been attempting to keep shut off for probably close to a year & a half already because of that reason).  Either that or perhaps the window is open in there & that pollution is coming through the window from somebody doing it outside.  In any case a sale of that unit fell through once already because of the smell in there when the people came to look at it, so it's not going to be sold any time soon while the person causing the problem keeps doing it.  This is aside from the health problems they're causing everybody else on this side of the building (especially those with respiratory issues, like myself; although in my case the respiratory issues were more caused by indoor pollution over a period of perhaps 12 years in every shared-residential building I lived in & these problems are probably permanent now).  This run of the pollution problem has been running every day since 12/6/2015, the majority of it coming from E26, so I expect that's where it's coming from today, also.

UPDATE:  Indoor pollution has been going pretty well all night & all day.  With the smell as strong as it is in the public hallway, which would be the other side of the wall of E26’s dining area, I think it goes without saying where it’s coming from.  I’ve been considering texting Charles to tell the bastard to knock it off, but I think rather than doing that, I’ll let it continue & use my respirator to deal with it until my company gets here, then I’ll be able to get written statements of that pollution to give Charles (wouldn’t be the first time I’ve done this).  3 of those people live here & one works here (if he shows; he was invited, but I didn’t really get an answer whether he was coming or not when I invited him), so they could technically tell Charles themselves about what they smelled in my unit.

UPDATE:  I ended up having to text Charles regardless about that asshole's drug use...  I chose not to for all night & today thinking I could get some witnesses as to how bad it was that I could take their statements to Charles on it, but realized that they probably wouldn't smell it anyways with cooking 2 different kinds of fish for my guests.  It still might be possible in my home office if I close the door, however I needed to get a hold of building management because if I didn't, I probably would have been too ill to even host the dinner (probably already am, but I'm going to attempt it now that I've gotten in contact with Building Management about it).  I'll definately be pointing out to my guests that I nearly canceled it because of his pollution & making sure they know who is at fault, but I'm pretty sure at least 2 of them already know about it (one I've mentioned it to them before & the other is on my Facebook friends list, where I was originally doing the logging of these problems).

UPDATE:  Ended up having to turn on the central air fan to blow out some smoke from the fish I was cooking for the meal, I thought it was very possible that my guest might be able to smell that pollution since it would literally be getting sucked into my unit while it was running.  They didn't say anything about it, but it was a topic we discussed for a while since it's probably the main reason why I'm trying to move now (although even if this problem was resolved, I would still need to move due to the hostility from others in the building).  I did as I said, I pointed out who was currently at fault, however one of them was very quiet throughout the meal (almost seemed like she didn't want to be there).  This meal was almost canceled due to the illness that lead up until I texted Building Management to call E26 to get him to knock it off.

3 people came to the late Christmas party I've been trying to hold for a month, all people who live in the building; salmon, parmesan encrusted tilapia, chips, drinks, donuts & after dinner mints (this is just what was eaten, other things were offered), plus one couple brought cookies they had cooked & my other neighbor brought sparkling cider.  I think I overwhelmed them with so much food; everybody left full, in fact I have a lot of leftovers.  The main dish was the salmon, which everybody had some; one decided to try the tilapia.  Some fun discussions & laughs, although no time playing games like last year (I guess that's not surprising given the time of day).  This is the kind of thing that people who are friendly to me can be involved in, however those who choose to simply believe rumors & make assumptions without getting to know somebody...

UPDATE:  My unit reached a peak low of 64° F today due to being unable to use my heater via central air because of the pollution from other units.  This is also why I have had my gas shut off since September of 2015, knowing that I wouldn't be able to use my cooler while the indoor pollution continued to be a problem.  Nobody complained about the cold while there were hear during the dinner, however that might just be because it heated up significantly from cooking two types of fish at the same time.

Indoor smoking/drug use continues again in Building E of the South 67 Condos.  Another continuation from the day before, the pollution started in E26 & continued to escalate every time Building Management called him to knock it off (I'm pretty certain I'm even smelling cigarette smoke tonight, however that might be coming from E28 given they attempted to fix the door closer on the back door today; I haven't verified the source of the cigarettes yet).  At this point we're in the final stages of this battle; E26 has pushed me to the breaking point with his indoor pollution & I'm about ready to end this problem through a method that is likely going to rock the news & push for better rights for non-smokers in the future, particularly because I intend on contacting them myself before I go through with it.  The only way this problem is going to go away at this point is if E26 makes an agreement with me that he's going to knock it off until I can move & I think it's already obvious he won't do that since it's only been escalating every time he gets a call from Charles to get him to knock it off & he doesn't even answer his calls. Time to end this problem, through any means necessary, even if it comes at the cost of human life.

Indoor smoking/drug use continues again today, this is a continuation from last night. While the drug smell coming from E26 so far has been minimal, it is growing as time goes on. It did eventually start to subside after making my last update on the log yesterday, but we'll see if this lull lasts or not; if it doest last, I might reconsider putting up that article about his inconsiderate nature with his indoor pollution.

UPDATE:  Considering the pollution has stayed in a tolerable level since I made the log last night (although not completely stopped; of course I was asleep most of last night, so I probably wouldn't know if it got extremely bad beyond going to bed), I've decided to disable pushing of the article mentioned before in the push I intend on doing today, since I need to push an update for my phone number blacklist including 4 new scammers calls I've received in the last two days & I don't believe that article needs to be pushed just yet.  I'll need to go through my raw access logs on my site first before I can push that update to add any IP addresses on botting/hacking attempts on my site to the IP blacklists before I can push it.  Most of this information is irrelevant to the problems happening in Building E, what is relevant is that I'm pulling the article I intending on pushing regarding it since the pollution for the time being seems to be staying in a tolerable level.

Building Maintenance finally came by today to fix that door closer on the back door, something I've been bugging Charles about for about 2 months when I noticed it.  Seems there was more damage to the door than I was able to see myself previously, apparently the entire door frame is going to have to be replaced.  I already gave Charles details on who I thought was responsible for that happening, I gave them to Russ when I spotted him trying to fix it.  In any case this should fix the security hazard that individual caused when it was detached/broken off (it's still unclear how it happened, but I noticed a brace/cast on his arm within the same day I heard a loud slam in the public hallways from within my unit & noticed the door closer was detached, so it's possible he might have just plowed right through the door).  Considering Russ is one of the few people who have been friendly to me on the complex, I decided to also invite him to the dinner on Sunday if he decides to join.

UPDATE:  Indoor pollution has picked up again from E26 (e-cig/hookah smell).  I texted Charles about it; when I noticed the smell had jumped a bit in level of toxicity, I checked on a response from Charles & he responded saying he would attempt to get him to stop.  I tested Charles again letting him know that it looks like the asshole is just retaliating to the fact that I complained to Charles about it again, Charles said he would call him again.

UPDATE:  Ended up having to put my respirator on again.  I was supposed to be going to a movie with my mother tomorrow, but I think I'm going to have to cancel.  I'm not pulling any punches at this point, it's time to start putting the final actions into place on this matter.  The dinner I had planned on Sunday may not even be happening, because I may not even be alive if E26 does what I think he's going to do.  If he don't mind being publicly blamed for pushing a mentally disabled person to suicide & the incident being aired on the news, then I say go for it.  Time to end this, through any means necessary.

UPDATE: Indoor pollution was a problem pretty much all day, with the exception of somewhere between 6 PM (rough estimate) & 11:20 PM, where I started smelling that drug smell in my unit again that I smelled from E26 yesterday. The smell is getting strong as the night goes on, so doesn't look like there's going to be any chance of avoiding another log tomorrow. Up until this morning, I never knew that smell was coming from his unit, but now I do & it's something I need to get the police out here to investigate, but first I need to make it clear that I'm not happy with them ignoring this issue by filing a complaint against them through Murray City Legislators (this is the method that the representative stated to take from Orin Hatch's office).

After the extremely toxic smell last night that I mentioned above, I had determined that the article previously mentioned is definitely going up in my next site update (I'm just not going to push a special update for it), with what I plan is going to happen afterwards (mentioned a couple days ago) if he tries to make a legal matter out of it that article won't disappear for over 2 years after what's going to happen in response to it, where it might be removed pretty quickly if he comes to an agreement with me about the pollution he is causing indoors; I'm only going to give him one chance on that however, he won't get another chance if he continues after it's taken down once. With the lull in the pollution, I was actually considering not putting it up if he could keep it from continuing; no big surprise that it was a brief reprieve from it & continued again at night seeing as he seems to be a night person.  If the pollution has a long enough lull before that article gets published, I might not publish it at all.  Remove the article from my own site would be the easy part, but potentially anything that gets posted on the web can bed cached by other services.  Once cached, it actually takes a request from the owner of the site to get those caching results removed, however sites like Way Back Machine are not search engines & it may not be possible get those cached results removed from a site, so really the best method would be to make sure it doesn't get on the web at all & so far I haven't seen any indication that he wants to avoid that other than legal threats, which I'm not going to intimidated by any longer (I already have my mind set as to what's going to happen if a legal action is taken against me & this is publicity that nobody involved is going to want).  So even if my site disappears in 2 years due to non-payment because I'm no longer around to keep it up, it will still probably be cached on sites like WayBackMachine.

As of this morning, I started moving the logs here on the South 67 Condos Facebook page to another site to clean up my wall so it’s not littered with daily posts of human filth that have no consideration for others around them. It may take a few days to complete before I start removing them from Facebook, but once it’s done all posts regarding this matter should be hidden to both the public & friends. I won’t fully remove them however since I want to make it easy to restore them should I run into problems on the site I’m moving those logs to. The problem is still being logged on the other two sites also, however those are not going to be easily found & likely won’t be crawled by search engines.

I've also been spreading the word about these condos through word of mouth; one of the cashiers at Smith's today I started noticing I was having "one of those days" when I was trying to go over a purchase I was making, I told it was more like "one of those years, 2 years actually". Went into details it wasn't anything at the store that was causing it, it's a matter of where I live. When I told here where I lived, apparently she already had some understanding of what I was saying because she mentioned somebody she knew that moved out of here 4 years ago. I had a hard time understanding what she was saying, but something about somebody getting killed with somebody driving too fast, but honestly I don't know how that's even possible with all the speed bumps everywhere & this seems to have the basis behind the move since it was stated to be a false accusation (obviously I wasn't there, so I can't really vouch for either side, but it was interesting information nonetheless). Pretty well every where I go, I spread the word about the problems I'm having here, so if it's not being spread online, it's still being spread verbally.

Sunday I’m holding a dinner (late Christmas party) for the few friends I have in the building that have actually made an effort to get to know me. Main part of the meal is going to salmon, but there should also be chips, baked potatoes, snacks & drinks (no alcohol); possibly a movie or game afterwards if they have time for it. My parents were also invited, but my father has since backed out since he got pissed off about the discussion I attempted to have with him yesterday (trying to get him to speak to the HOA about the problem, seeing as he's the owner of the unit & the HOA won't listen to me) after I got called back from the office of Orin Hatch in regards to the problems in this building & attempting to get the laws changed to make the Utah Clean Air Act applicable to condos (something Charles has stated he’s been trying to have his lawyers do for years); not sure if my mother is coming at this point as I expect she'll back out as well if my father isn't coming. I also invited Charles since he’s been the one ally I’ve had in fighting this problem (aside from some other unknowns in the building, one being one of the few friends I have in the building), even though there’s been a lot of tension between Charles & I and he wants me to go through his methods, I hesitantly gave him an invite tonight via text; he was out of town, so he declined, but did thank me for the invite.

Why would I bother to mention this on a log that is meant for problems that are happening in this building? The purpose is to point out that those who treat me well, I treat them well. I can be a decent guy provided I’m not being pushed around. If somebody crosses me & particularly if they keep doing it already knowing the result of what they’re doing, they’re making an enemy that they are going to regret making. Normally I give people the benefit of the doubt & consider them friendly until they cross me, a mistake I’ve made too many times with the last two tenants in E22 & was a mistake I wasn’t going to make again. I also decided I need to keep my distance from everybody else in the building who has not made friends with me yet, because I’ve seen on 3 different occasions people having a foul attitude towards me within a week of moving in & I expect vicious rumors to be the blame for that since one of the newest people living here started this when I was attempting to mind my own business & only deal with the problem online & through Charles. There are currently 4 different units in the building that have individuals on my shitlist because of their discrimination against me. I tend to do things nice for my friends around special occasions (holidays, birthdays, etc.), but people who keep pushing problems on me get cut off from that list & instead make an enemy that they’re going to regret making.

Temps in my unit reached a peak low of 63° F today due to not being able to use my heater via central air because of the pollution coming from other units. This is also the reason why my gas has been shut off since September of 2015, since I already knew I wouldn't be able to use my heater with that level of pollution coming through the vents when I used my central air. On a further note, I had to tell the people that were coming to the dinner on Sunday that they may want to bring a jacket with them just in case they end up getting cold because currently my gas is turned off & all I have currently for heat is a space heater I borrowed from my father 2 years ago when this problem started.

As of yesterday, I'm pretty well having to use my respirator almost all day because of the level of pollution that happens throughout the day. About the only break I get is when the guy in E26 is sleeping or away (at least this is what I assume, since it seems it happens pretty well all day & almost always coming from his unit...at least from this side of the building). For a couple days now, I haven't even bothered taking it off when I go to get my mail, so likely somebody will see me with it on & question what the hell is going on or has already seen it on me & already is scratching their heads in confusion. My lungs are bad enough now from several years of pollution that originates in other apartments/units in literally every apartment/condo I have lived in (the only times I didn't have to deal with it was when I was living with my parents), that the slightest hint of pollution set off severe coughing fits that can cause in additional to the coughing itself, splitting migraines, ringing ears, vomiting, seizures, passing out & so on. This is exactly why we're trying to find a small home (none multi-residential situation) to move to at this point, however the specifications that my father is insisting on could quite literally have me still living here for a few more years until I'm able to move out. I honestly don't think I'm going to survive that long and that definitely won't be the case if there's legal actions taken; a legal action taken will mean a lot of problems for anybody who has any ties to the building, including the people living there, the building management, the HOA & even my parents, since what will happen will definitely get aired on the news & might be the turning point for better protection for non-smokers, however it's going to come at the expense of human life (particularly mine).

Indoor smoking/drug use continues once again today & once again it's verified to be coming from E26.  So far it hasn't been too strong today, so I'm not going to say too much about it yet, however this log is going to point out that it is still happening, so today won't count towards these logs disappearing (I need 24 hours of no pollution before a run of logs on it disappears, midnight to midnight).  This run of pollution has been happening every day since 12/6/2015.

The article about the guy's inconsiderate attitude on how his indoor pollution effects others has been written; the next time the pollution gets particularly strong, I will be publishing it to various sites on the web.  As for what's expected to come after that if it gets far enough to be published, see the final update on yesterday's log.

UPDATE:  So this is what it's come down to, we're in the last stretch in this problem.  I've contacted Charles one more time on this matter & let him know this is the last attempt to go through him to get the guy in E26 to stop.  I've given Charles the details of the article I intend on publishing if it does not stop, at which point the owner of E26 will need to go through me to get it removed & that will only happen if he makes a promise not to do it until I move & keeps it; if he does it again after it's removed once, he won't get another chance to have it removed & it will stay up until "sometime" after I'm dead.  Legal threats are not going to make me remove it anymore, he'll have to go through the sites that the article is published on if not through me.  The one that is going to be hard for him to get removed will be my personal site & if he attempts to go through the courts, that won't disappear for over 2 years since I won't be around anymore to remove it once the lawsuit is filed & my site will be paid up for 2 years before I take my final action against this problem (final action because that action will mean I am no longer living).

Also somebody got back to me from Senator Orin Hatch's office today, stated that they couldn't do anything from that office, but they did give me contacts for the state & city legislative committees.  Next step (if I'm alive for that long) will be to contact those committees & see what can be done about the getting the Utah Clean Air Act to be applicable to condos, then to report the Murray Police for not doing their job on the drug abuse complaints.

UPDATE:  I have contacted Mark A. Wheatley (District 35 Utah Senator), in a desperate plea to see what he could do to make the Utah Clean Air Act applicable towards condos.  I have gone into detail on the indoor smoking & drug use (although at this point I think it's just drug use) drifting from other units, the fact that it's kept me ill nearly daily for over 2 years since moving here in August 2015, the fact that the HOA won't do anything about it & despite efforts from Charles to get the matter stopped, those individuals that are receiving those calls are ignoring them.  The next step will be to contact a Murray City Legislator to make a complaint against the Murray Police for not doing their job; this was also something I mentioned in that email sent to Mark.

I spoke with my father about speaking at the HOA meetings on my behalf about the pollution, doesn't look like he wants to waste his time on it since he believes as long as there are smokers in the building, the HOA will never agree to it (and that's probably correct, which is why I've been attempting to go through other methods to force a resolution).  Started discussing where we were going with the search to find a new place to move out, since it quite literally might be a few years until we find a new place with the specifications that my father is insisting on; I ended up ending the call when he started turning hostile over the phone...  I sent him a text afterwards stating that I didn't think I was going to survive until we found a new place at the rate we're going, however he is still new to cell phones, so I don't know that he's going to be able to see the entire message (less than 160 characters, but still...).

I also sent an email to Charles, in an attempt to allow smokers to smoke on their porch/back yards, which hopefully will have them taking their drugs out there also.  This may seem out of character for me being very anti-smoking up until now, but it is a push for the rights so of smokers (although I consider that term an oxymoron given there is no legal definition of "smoker's rights"), so what they are doing does no invade the rights of non-smokers (where there is a legal definition for this).  I also made it a point to point out the research I've been doing regarding lawsuits against individuals & HOA boards for not enforcing a hospitable environment for those with respiratory issues (while they might not have gotten what they were seeking, they did get some kind of monetary recovery). 

Let's look at the facts.  If they are able to smoke outside while still on their property:
 - This will prevent the secondhand pollution from going through the building (inside) where it can travel to other units, forcing people to have to leave their homes to get away from it.
 - This will lower the amount of health issues people get from it & potentially fatalities as well.
 - This will keep the pollution from being tracked down the common areas on their clothes when they come back in from doing it.
 - If the drifting pollution is outside, it can be avoided by simply closing windows in the effected units, where there is nothing that can be done about it if it's already in those units.

Of course allowing smoking on porches & not inside, that's actually lowering their "rights" as they are now, but this would also prevent the majority of that pollution from going down the public hallways as well (with the exception of those in the front units since they don't have an outside portion to their property; E11, E12, E21 & E22).

The pollution appears to be picking up again, while I haven't verified it's source yet, I expect it's coming from E26 again.  At the rate we're going, I expect that article is going to be published by the end of the week, if not the end of the day.  I've already requested Charles to speak to him about this & Charles said he would call, but I expect E26 did not answer & Charles was forced to leave a message as he normally does.  I would expect those messages don't even get listened to, but this is one he should have listened to, since it might have provided details as to what he's going to have to do to get it removed once it's up (I can't say for sure what Charles says in his messages to this guy, but I gave the details to Charles, I can only hope that he relayed the information to him, otherwise there's not going to be anything preventing the article from being posted since he's ignoring what he can do to stop it).

UPDATE:  Ended up having to use my respirator again later in the day due to the pollution levels increasing to a rather toxic level.  Eventually the hacking on the pollution took the energy right out of me, I was back in bed within 5-6 hours of waking up.  When I got up to make a post to my wall about an obvious agitated call from my father about 10 PM, I noticed the pollution has subsided for the most part, but I don't really expect that is going to last.

UPDATE:  While I can't say I'm surprised, after making an update saying I can't smell the pollution only makes it start up again; seems E26 seems to think not being able to smell the pollution is a free pass to start it up again.  Well things are going to start changing here soon now that I know who I need to contact to get the laws changed (of course that's not going to be instantaneous, as much as I would like it to be) & every smoker in Utah can blame this moron for pushing people into fighting for better protection for non-smokers rights.

Indoor smoking/drug use happens once again in Building E of the South 67 Condos, once again the spice/incense smell verified to be coming from E26 (smells different in my unit, but I've been smelling it most of the night).  I don't feel like messing with it today, I texted Charles as soon as I verified it.

UPDATE:  Charles still hasn't gotten back to me on the text earlier, so I sent him another one.  At this point the pollution from E26 hasn't gotten better, it's only gotten worse.  I probably look like a drunk man walking down the hall since dizziness cause by that pollution is making it so I can't even walk straight.  The coughing on that pollution is likely going to force me back to bed ill again.  Once I get finished with what I'm doing on my computer, I'm going start finding some more articles regarding lawsuits against indoor secondhand smoking/drug use where those people won against people causing similar problems & start posting more to the review at the top of the South 67 Condos page.

UPDATE:  Once again, the pollution in E26 only escalated again.  I've already posted 3 new articles to my review on the condos today & I intend on continuing to do it as long as the pollution is strong enough to put the toxicity level into an area where it's going to cause health problems.  Until that bastard gets it through his head that these articles that are getting posted are only going to add more fuel against him, that fire is going to continue burning & growing bigger until somebody decides to use that information against him.  Going to hope Charles calls him soon, otherwise I might have to start taking matter into my own hands again.

UPDATE:  I've texted Charles a number of times today (3 so far), in the last one I told him he should call the police if that moron isn't going to answer his calls.  We've attempted this a number of times already, however it seems the Murray police is lazy & would rather not do their job (at least this is what Charles implies & I have to agree with it from a personal perspective, however I'm going to admit that's putting it lightly).  Supposedly Charles has a contact for the Murray Chief of Police, but I don't know how effective it's been since I haven't seen the police out here for months (at least not on this issue) & that fucker in E26 has been doing it every day since 11/6/2015.

At this point I've had to put my respirator back on since it seems this human filth isn't giving a shit what anybody says.  If I were to put that information back up about him stating his name & address, I bet it would get his attention, but then he'd be pissing & moaning about a lawsuit again.  At this point I'm not concerned whether he sues me or not, I won't bow down to his idiocy, nor will I take the relayed threat from Charles either.  I will keep it up even after he files the papers, seeing as I won't be living anymore when I get notice that the lawsuit has been filed.  He's then going to regret his actions since not only with that information be public, but additional information will be public in the form of putting the blame on him for causing loss of life in response to his actions.  This will very likely be getting on the news as well, especially with the method I intend on using if it goes that far.

UPDATE: I ended up getting forced to bed ill again at about 9:40 AM from the pollution coming from E26, stayed in bed from that illness clear until about 4:50 PM, so most of my day has been wasted because of that fucker! I'm done messing with this situation, I am going to write that article about his inconsiderate nature with his indoor pollution & if it gets this bad again, I'm going to publish it regardless of his threats of a lawsuit. Once it is published, I will write another article in preparation for the lawsuit putting the blame on him for pushing a person with mental disabilities to suicide (which would be accurate; I've been considering this for probably over a year now to get out of this daily health hazard situation since I really can't see any other alternative to get out than being homeless & I'd rather be dead than homeless) & spreading it around the web before that happens (the story was written for news stations a few months ago, it just hasn't been sent yet, so I'll only have to make minor changes before I send it to them).

I've been using my life as a bargaining chip for a while now, feeling my life has no value when I've been debilitated by this daily pollution for over 2 years while living at the South 67 Condos. I am fully prepared to do this & use it to my advantage even after it's been done. People might call me crazy at this point, they would probably be right considering I've been pushed this far. I attempted to be friendly with everybody in the beginning, but when you are pushed so far & under constant stress (and illness in this case), it's easy to lose ones rational thinking. I am ready to leave this world & death may be the escape I need to get away from the daily sickness caused by every day indoor pollution. After it's all said & done with, if I have any choice in the matter, my spirit will stay around & haunt these condos since I will have unfinished business even after death & I will make the lives of those causing the indoor pollution a living hell until this building is finally free of those pollutants & non-smokers can finally breath easy. After this hits the news, I expect the HOA may decide they need to do something about it, so I might not have to haunt the building for as long as I might think I'll need to, but they haven't done anything about it up until now, so we'll just see what happens...if I have any choice in moving on after it's all said & done with.
